Last winter, I received a beautiful, red Betsey Johnson jacket for my birthday. I wore it all winter and I have grown to love this jacket! Unfortunately, towards the end of the winter, the zipper on the jacket completely broke and now I have no idea what to do! I called the Betsey Johnson company and they said they don't repair any products or even sell spare parts (such as zippers) so that I could go to a tailor or seamstress. I couldn't find the picture online, but here's a description: The Jacket is a cherry red with a gold zipper running down the front (the part that broke). It has pockets on both sides and the pockets have gold zippers as well. The sleeves are shaped like bells. It is wool and has no hood. What should I do??

My natural hair color is medium brown. So I wanted to dye my hair a light intense auburn but before I can do that I would have to bleach my hair for better results of the hair dye. I went and bought a bleach kit and developer about 6 days ago and bleached my hair 5 days ago.I wanted to dye my hair today but didn't know if it was safe. And the bleach didn't make my hair dry and dead like they said it would So how long should I wait to dye my hair after bleaching it 5 days ago ??? And can I dye it today???

I'm pretty insecure and I don't really like texting guys first in-case I come across as annoying or desperate. Last night I decided to go for it and text him because we were supposed to be meeting up Friday or the weekend. He replied straight away but it took me an hour and a half to reply back because I had to go out somewhere. He didn't reply after that. Do you think he thought I was rude or something? I text him this morning "hey, sorry it took me forever to reply last night. Still want to meet sometime before you leave?" He's going away next week. I wish I hadn't sent it now. Its been ages and he hasn't replied. It was his idea to meet. Do you think he's ignoring me? I sent it yesterday afternoon. It was his idea to see me in the first place. I feel a bit upset now. We have met up quite a few times before this. He asked to meet last week but I had to cancel. I'm not the most confident person in the world so I can't call him. He replied straight away last night.

okay so my sister is 13 and im 16. and well, we dont really have a mom.... just a dad and 3 little brothers. so i really dont think my dads gonna talk to my sister about periods bra's etc. because hes a guy and all, so i think i might need to step in, and help him out. i know my sister probaly knows about some of the stuff from school, friends, and all that, but i was SO confused at that time, because i ddidnt have anyone, so i dont want her to feel that way. i really dont like talking about any of that stuff but i dont want her to be all stressed and cofused like i was. i dont know if she started hre period yet, i dont think she has, not that i know of at least. and i have noticed recently she needs a bra...... so here are my questions. 1. should i talk to her? 2. how should i confront her? Hello, My boyfriend is a GC holder through DVD lotery and a LPR since March 09. He is currently married but leave separately from his wife since March 09. They both are living in different states and mutually want to get divorce (the wife also has someone in her life and is now living with this man). I am an F-1 student graduating in Dec 11 with a 3rd M.A. I am applying for Ph.D. but will not be able to start (if accepted) before Fall 11. My boyfriend and I want to get married but we are not sure about where to start. Given that their divorce will be mutually by consent approximately how long would this take to finalize the divorce? Is it really necessary that he rush into getting his divorce so we can get married? It seems that I would have to keep studying anyway. to maintain my status of F1. Can his immediately file for me? If yes, how long would this process take? Is it possible to change my status in this case? If so, What would be my new status? Can I still go to school? Thank you so much for all your input!

there is a computer upstairs and behind it is the stairs to go down and my mom and dads entrance to their room when you are sitting at the computer your back faces both entrances i am always scared some stranger is gonna come out and kill me i keep turning around every 30 seconds to see if anyone is there. In around May my dad took my Xbox away (not telling why) and returned it in June. It worked fine aside from three games- Modern Warfare 2, AC: Brotherhood, and Black Ops. I'm not too concerned about Brotherhood and MW2 but I'm a little frustrated with Black Ops. When I got it back, Black Ops would run up to the end of the Activision-Treyarch screen, then it would freeze. I tried cleaning it with my disc skip fixer but no luck. So I tried again tonight and now it tries to read the disc for about a minute and a half, then it says "Unrecognized Disc", implying it's like a Wii or PS3 game. There are a few scratches on the disc but they were there when the games were taken away. I've tried cleaning out the disc drive and the disc itself. I really don't know what could have happened because the Xbox and games just sat there in a garbage bag (inside the house) for a month and a half. I've tried clearing the system cache too. I'm really mad because all the other games work aside from the three I mentioned and I want to know if there's anything I can do to fix the disc, or if I'll have to buy a new one. (Please don't give answers like, "TL;DR" or "Get PS3" or "Get Battlefield Bad Company". They don't help at all.)

I've liked the same guy since freshmen year in high school, and we are now starting our senior year. We have been friends since we are both top of our class and do math competitions together and have classes together etc. We also have this understanding of each other that other people just don't understand. We are passionate about very similar things, but often times are on the opposite sides of the spectrum, yet we still respect each other's opinions, and love debating. ex: different politics/religion. We will both be going to East Coast for school, but will probably still be a few states apart. I know we will continue being friends after high school and the rest of our lives, and I'm nervous if we ever do date or do anything that it will jeopardize our friendship in the long run. But like I said, I've liked him since frosh year. Over the last 3 years, esp when on break, I will convince myself that it is better that I don't like him, but then break will end and we will see each other again, he says hi to me and I am suddenly back to liking him again. I'm positive that he likes me, because without me telling anyone, everybody in the school just assumes. He gives me the upmost respect, and is amazing to me. He can tell if I'm having a bad day and will ask, and if I'm depressed he knows what to say to get me to smile and make me feel awesome again. etc. IDK!!! Help me please. Head or heart? When I first booted it up the screen was black, to make sure everything was working I connected a VGA cable and everything is working on the TV screen. There were boot up problems that I had to fix (the F8 and F3 and blah blah) and once those were fixed the screen booted up white...What do I do???

Recently I had fell on my knee and some Of the skin came off and i put a bandaid on it after a day I tried peelin it off but the scab seemed to have stuck onto the pad of the bandaid so when I tried to peel it off it Hurt bad and it was like I was peeling the scab of with the bandaid..so should I leave it on for a couple more days or should I get in the shower and try to take it off

In 2005 my iron skillets went thru Hurricane Katrina. They have sat for 5 years and are extremely rusty. They have been family heirlooms and I would like to salvage if possible and if they will be safe to cook in.I love all the suggestions for removing the rust, I hope someone will be able to shed some light and advise if they will be safe to use. thanks much!

Torment follows the life of Lucinda Price as she discovers who she truly is. The setting is in the coast of California at Shoreline, a beautiful school nothing like Sword and Cross. It is told in third person point of view, focusing mostly on Luce's feelings and briefly, Daniel. Luce must go to Shoreline for protection from the Outcast, the Elders, and everyone else that wants her dead. She makes a couple of friends at Shoreline, but one in particular makes her question something very important. I would say the author, Lauren Kate, definitely achieved her purpose, but her writing was a little confusing at times. I found this book very interesting and I would DEFINITELY recommend this book to others. In conclusion, this book is very good with a few errors every now and then.
