Can someone tell me the sizes of the ear gauges? like what is the biggest and smallest? aren't they counted by 2's? like 14 12 10, etc? is a 12 smaller or larger than a 14?

Hi I have a mountain Cur male dog. He is about 12 years old. He was fine until about an hour ago when I came out of my room I noticed he had thrown up. I went to take him outside, but I had to carry him up back inside. He is acting very lathargic and breathing hard. I got him to eat a piece of bread, but he won't drink anything. His nose is very dry. Can anyone tell me what the problem might be?

They actually created jobs and contributed to GDP and GNI. If there taxes were zero they would have less administrative burden and more capital to expand or pay employees (less likely). The way I see it businesses especially small and medium size businesses that have mostly domestic operations should have little to no taxation as possible. They are actual job creators not just "rich". I'd say then either adopt the Bowles-Simpson plan to have tax rates at 6%, 14% and 23% with no exemptions or adopt a consumption tax rate of 23% as studied by CATO, Urban-Brookings, and St. Louis Fed (tax inclusive, exclusive would be 30%). I consider myself relatively right of center but don't think someone wealthy is congruent to a job creator. Someone who actually starts a business is a job creator, someone that is compensated generously is just wealthy. Albeit, they might start a business later but the lower tax/administrative burden would add to their wealth.

But the knife it self has this lever as you can see in the picture, if i push it down the kinfe comes out... is it spring assisted of switch...

I have been a ps3 guy for years and recently got a xbox 360 slim new and recently i have been playing bad company 2 and after a few days it would sometimes not let me connect to ea online it happens everyday while other times it lets me connect i talked to ea and my cable company and the ports are open and i did all the troubleshooting i could and i noticed today there is a small pretty thin ring around the disc is that normal the game is used could it be cause its scratched up so its not connecting i also have madden 08 and it also has a ring. also i want to note my 360 is laying flat and the vents do get pretty hot but my friends say the vents heating up is normal any advice??

I have a relatively decent computer. An ASUS Essentio Desktop with a Phenom II X6 core, 8GBs or RAM and an ATI graphics card. I can run my Garry's Mod on high settings with a very smooth framerate. Unfortunately there are certain props ingame that cause unusual framerate droppage; Combine props in perticular. I've tried lowering all of my settings and even reinstalling the game but this strange lag doesn't go away. I've checked with some friends and they don't get as near as much lag when looking at the props, and they have less powerful computers than me. Can someone please give me some advice? Is their maybe a console command I can try? Please help!

I had my first one last week which was the introductory session where my counsellor explained the guidelines and then we spoke about how I was feeling generally. I told her about my eating habits and she said that she is going to check in on it each week and she mentioned about maybe a referral to an eating disorder clinic. She asked what I wanted to gain through counselling and I said I wanted to be able to speak about my dad more as he died when I was young. Does this mean I wont be able to talk about anything else that is troubling me? Ie self esteem etc. Counselling is a whole new thing to me so I really dont understand what happens. Any advice on what happens and the structure of the sessions would really help. She's booked me in for 4 sessions and then a review.

Indians at my work smell really bad, the entire building and all 6 elevators in our building smells like these Indians at the end of working day, it is disgusting! They wear their ethnic cloth at work with flip flops, exposing their dirty feet and undone nails in a professional office and think it looks appropriate! ...and every time there is an event with "free food" they swarm the place, but they never attend any event where they have to donate like $2.00 for a cause! Parasites! Is it too much to take shower daily, have courtesy for others at work, and wear nicer professional attire at work, shave the mustache, and eat in the cafeteria with their moth closed while chewing and use spoon not hands to eat? Yeah...I know, most of you are gonna call me racist, and ignorant, and whatever,....but the fact still remains, and the odor is still here.... call me racist and ignorant, but what do you want to do about the odor? the entire building reeks curry! Calling me racist cannot change the fact............take shower, and so laundry! it does not cost that much!

it always happens in early august. it starts creeping back into my dreams. it was dove season and we were walking them up with dogs (?) it was september, but there was snow on the ground (?) i flushed a dove that was as big as a pheasant, it looked exactly like a dove and behaved exactly like a pheasant. (?) i had a great shot, so i took it...with my single shot .22 (wtf?) i was sure it was my shotgun until i pulled the trigger. i think the gun magically morphed in my hands (?) am i crazy? does this happen to anyone else this time of year? someone want to take a shot at interpreting my dream?

My parents arent very supportive about it. But, i would like to serve for my country. And if it is worth serving, should i enlist or become an officer. Im 16 and only have either one year or two years depending on if my parents sign for me (which chances are they wont) and ive been thinking about it for atleast 2 years now researching and finding out info. one of my buddies from the marines say that if you wanna go into a certain job of the marines like infantryman, mortarman, (i would like to go in as infantryman) and tell the recruiter that, he/she would say " yea, sure you can just sign here, and here... " and chances are you wont get the job. is this true? and please dont answer saying about another branch is better then the marines because i wanna go into the marine corps. Thanks

I have a lot of older (early-to-mid 2000s) games that I adore, but are CD-ROM based and are for Windows XP. First, can I play XP (or 95/98) games on a Windows 7 laptop? After reading the BBC reports and listening to him on both TV and radio, I feel then man is a complete and utter idiot. If these so called rioters are evicted then where will they live? If they are denied the dole then where will they get the money to eat and cloth and shelter? It does not take an Eisenstein to work out these people will then be forced to burgle and mug people just to get the money they need to survive... food, cloths, shoes, shelter, etc. I was led to relive David Cameron was intelligent. I read very much like Paul Harvey (both Sr. & Jr.) did over the radio during their years behind the mic. I have a best guy friend of 5 years, and I think I might be in love with him, and I don't know what I should do... We are very close, though we don't get to see each other often, so we text almost every day. He knows EVERYTHING about me, especially things I've never told anyone, and he tells me everything too. When we do get to see each other, we are always close, for example, when just sitting around or laying around, we cuddle, and that's just how we have always been whether we were single or not. We always say "I love you!" when we end a text conversation, or when we leave after hanging out. Hell, we even bicker at each other once in a while like a couple would. He has been there for me for everything difficult that I've gone through in the last 5 years, which is so much more than I can say of any one person in my life, and he cares about my happiness so much. But the thing is, I don't know if he, you know, loves me like I think I love him..
