Okay, here's the situation: 1.I am 22 years old and have been with this company for about 6 months. 2.About two months ago, this 22 year old girl was hired into my department. 3.When she first came in, I sort of showed her the ropes and showed her how things were done and we sort of bonded over that time period. 4.Since then, we have grown closer. We talk every day at work. We talk about life, movies, music, sports, and etc. We also have inside jokes and joke and laugh together. 5.She always sits next to me at company meetings. 6.Sometimes, she'll come over to my desk and sit and talk with me for 30-45 minutes at a time. During these times, we talk about our weekends, and about life and joke and laugh together. 7.Sometimes, she'll tell me her hopes and dreams for the future (for example, she'll tell me how one day she wants to move to Florida; we live in Minnesota). 8.Earlier this week, she said to me: "I have a friend who told me last night that she is driving to Alabama next weekend. I was thinking of this when she told me because you went to Alabama last weekend. 9.Most of the time when we are talking, she will have a smile on her face and will look directly into my eyes. Sometimes, I'll make her laugh histerically. 10.Sometimes, we'll tell each other stories about our past. 11.She doesn't talk to anyone else at work nearly as much as she talks to me. I'm also the only one that she ever comes and sits with to laugh and joke with during the work day. 12.There was this one time she asked me where I go for lunch and then asked me if it was any good. 13.Sometimes, I'll say some little joke that clearly isn't funny but she'll laugh anyway. And sometimes, I'll be discussing business related things with her and she'll have a little smile on her face while I am talking to her. 14.Keep in mind that she doesn't act like this towards anyone else at the office. She hardly even talks to anyone else let alone act this way towards them. So it's not like she's naturally flirty towards everyone. 15.We don't have each other's numbers and don't talk or hang-out outside of work. 16.The catch to all of this is that she has a boyfriend whom she mentions all the time in conversation and never talks badly about him. So my questions are: 1.What's your take on this girl? 2.If she ever breaks up with her boyfriend, am I playing my cards right so that I would be her next boyfriend?

Fallout New Vegas keeps crashing after I recently bought it a couple days ago. I was able to play it until I entered the saloon where it immediately crashed, and now it crashes every time I try to load a save or create a new game, making it so i can't play it at all. I have done everything, I re-installed, I updated my drivers, I verified that all the files were there, I started it from steam and not the desktop, and I also disabled the steam community in-game. These are all supposed to fix crashes but none of them worked (I do have the latest update), I am willing to take any help I can get so please help me out and try out all the fixes you can think of. Please help me!

I mean, what is the rush to get into a relationship. If it happens, it happens, if it doesn't, it doesn't. I am a single, straight, 32 year old man. I have never had a girlfriend or even a first kiss. Would I like to experience a girlfriend and eventually a wife and kids, etc.? Sure, but what most people don't know is that we don't have control over stuff like this. Also, life isn't defined by getting married and having children. However, once one gets married and has kids, that all become the priority; I digress. Even my parents have explained to me that marriage isn't for everyone. So why do people feel so desperate to find a spouse? Also, the argument that people will die alone if they don't get married is nonsense. One out of every two people in a marriage dies alone. If I do start dating for real, it won't be until I am at least 35. What do you think about all this?

I know, its stupid isn't it? Here r the details. She was told she was anemic @ her first check up. She is now 26 weeks and still to this day hasn't even bought one bottle of iron pills. Her doctor told her to buy them and take them everyday. Also she is a picky eater and won't even attempt to eat any of the iron rich foods. Her excuse is that she don't want to take another pill bc she already takes prenatal! I tried to reason with her. I almost lost my life giving birth due to severe anemia. What can I do? Someone please give me advice. Also any professional advice is appreciated. What will or can happen if this goes untreated? Thank you.

I just used "a hundred", there's probably not that many. But there are a super lot of them on regular TV alone. Why do they need so many of the same type of show? I am currently studying financial accounting with the Open university. If I pass this course I would be a qualified bookkeeper. Question is, would I be able to have the knowledge to go straight onto the level 3 AAT course. I am not sure if I were to do the level 2 course if it would be things I already know or if I would struggle to do the level 3 course without the doing the level 2 course first. I don't want to waste money learning something I already know, but also don't want to waste money if I'll be out of my depth! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I go to the gym 4 to 5 times a week, usually 36 minutes of cardio, and 15 minutes of lifting weights. But I'm wondering how long does it take to burn fat during cardio exercise, and about how long should I be doing cardio each day? Secondly, there are so many diets out there, how do I know which one I should be doing? Any suggestions, they all are different, and I'm not sure eliminating food groups is entirely possible. Sure, eliminating things like fast food, pop, sugar, the bad things and making healthier choices, but in reality, I'm not sure what to follow. I'm a current college student, I don't have money for weight watchers, or I'd certainly do it. I chose this year an apartment a mile away from the science building where I'll be in most of my time, and also chose to do a meal plan which the cafeteria closes at 7pm, it's more than a mile away from my apartment, so I won't be eating at night, and I'll be doing a lot of walking. I also have access to a gym there, and free exercise classes. I'm more concerned about what I'm putting in my body. I just need some advice on diet, I want to make this a new lifestyle, but still be able to live normally. Most importantly, lower my cholesterol, it's borderline high and I'd love to be as healthy as I can. So please advice :) By the way I just got a clean bill of health, but would love to lose some weight regardless.

I had sex on the 28th of July, I know it wasn't that long ago, but still. I have a irregular period, we didn't use a condom btw and if I was I can't just wait to take a test when I'm supposed to have my period cause I don't know when that is.. I've been having cold like symptoms and I looked it up and it said some women will get these early in pregnancy. But also I feel like puking but don't a lot now. I've been having weird digesting problems and sorry, but I've also notice a discharge, not blood, in my underwear twice. Also some back pains sometimes. I don't know it could just be a cold/flu. i want to go to school in england for chemical engineering, but i want to know what classes are required. im a senior in high school this year and im taking all of my classes at a local private college, i want to know if i will need english/language/physed classes to graduate in england? i dont plan on going directly there though, because it overwhelmed me trying to find ways to get the money, and figuring out what i would need to get myself over there. i plan on going to an in-state school for 1 year (i have to stay a year before taking part in the overseas program)... and then using the program at that school to take classes in england for a year. after that i want to transfer to a school there, because i'll already be familiar with the area and i'll already be over there. can i do this? is there an easier way? i worry that i'll have taken a bunch of useless classes.. either because they wont be required for a degree in england, or because they wont be accredited. any help here? thanks.
