ok so im a girl 20 yrs old 5''7 feet i think and i weigh 102 pounds my doctor told me i need to gain some weight but i told him im not trying to lose Weight im just trying to flatten my stomach and it is getting flatter the upper abs but not low and i told him this but the problem is my weight keeps dropping and i lift 5 Pound weights and do cardio and eat 6 small meals healthy fruits veggies chicken breasts fish like salmon tuna and whole grains and drink lots of water and organic green tea but i don't want my stomach to get puffy i want to gain weight but the healthy way. I don't want to go to mc Donald's and eat fat foods and not exercise i want to gain weight the healthy weigh but still get flat abs. BUT HOW?

So here's my story, I have a Dell Dimension 8300 (which I nearly hate), whom I got from a friend. He let me keep the hard drive in it until I got a new one, then I was to give the original back. I used it for about two weeks and it ran great (as great as a Dell will). The original was a SATA, so of course the new one I ordered is also a SATA. I decided to give the original back a few days before the newbie came in the mail, so I installed one of my IDE drives and installed Ubuntu on it. Again, it ran fine. Then the newbie came in the mail... I installed it and the BIOS could not detect it, I received the error "primary 0 drive not found". I figured I must have gotten a bad hard drive. So I went to install another blank IDE drive to install XP, and it prompted the same error. The Ubuntu hard drive works fine however. I am nearly positive that the newbie and the blank IDE are in working condition, because the SATA was bought brand new, and the IDE I was using in another desktop just fine, before formatting it. Any idea how I could get the SATA to be recognized?

I went to a card making party about 5 years ago where I the woman had a paper punch that made two diagonal slits on the sheet of paper that would allow you to tuck the corners of a photo into it. I have seen the one that makes the little triangle cut outs - this is different, it puts the cut right in the sheet and you just tuck the photo in. It may have been Stampin' Up as my friend was selling it at the time. Any ideas on what this is called? I checked the usual spots around my area including Michael's, ACmoore and Joann's. Thanks for your help :)

well a bunch of us had a movie night in my garden(took my tv projector out:) at one point me and my crush were having a playful argument about whether or not it would be good idea to replace cars horses etc with vegetarian t-rex's(and it would be an epic idea) and at one point she said f*ck you and i came back with "get in line" and then she said "oh beleive me i am!" then winked and kissed the air then laughed. later i was talking to my best friend(a girl) and my crush was nearby. my bestfriend hugged my arm and started to drag me to get something for her off a top shelf, as soon as i got back my crush hugged me and didnt let go for like 5 minutes:L Later we were watching a film and my crush was sitting next to me. and we were both taking the p*ss out of it...then she went to the bathroom and my bestfriend came over and asked me if i liked my crush and we had a quick conversation about it and afterwards my bestfriend leant on me with her head on my shoulder. when my crush came back she sat at the other side of everyone who was there.... i think she likes me...just not sure...and why didnt she come back and sit with me again?

My girlfriend just went off to college and we have been having problems with her keeping a strong signal where she is. We can't even video chat on skype without dropping the call. Is there anything that she could do to pick up a stronger signal to prevent this from happening? I can't tell you much about her laptop other than the fact that it is a compaq and it uses windows 7. So there's this guy on my island who's kinda disliked me since we were kids. Everytime we are out in the ocean at the same time he drops in on my waves! This is a recent thing and scares the sh*t outta me when he does it so I can't ride the wave properly. This goes against any surf code lol and everyone who sees it gets on him about it but he acts like I'm too sensitive and this is why girls shouldn't surf with guys, but I know it's more serious than he's making out. For skaters imagine someone dropping in when your skating a half pipe or something? What do I do? I feel like getting my brothers to kick his ass but it would start way too much trouble and they feel like I shouldnt surf with them either :(

There is this meme, I suppose you can call it, of two guys in a car. The full image is of stacked photos going back and forth with some dialog. I'm starting highschool tomorrow and I have gym 7th period so I'm nervouse about the lcker room. Everybody knows that I'm gay but nobody wants to change in front of a gay guy because everybody thinks we are rapists that like every guy we see. Will guys be mean about it or will they be ok with it? There are a few other gay guys at the highschool and alot ALOT of bi/lesbian girls but most of the gay guys are seniors this year so I don't know how the people in my gym class will react.

I am currently cutting my diet. I eat 1,800 calories a day of lean meats, green veggies, and almonds. I want a cheesburger and fries so bad though! I haven't cheated on my weight loss routine for about 4 months now, so I want to start throwing in a cheat meal in my diet every now and then. Question is, how big should they be? Burger, fries, soda, and dessert was my idea of a cheat meal, but if I should modify it, what should I take out/put in my cheat meal? Or should I just avoid one all together?

I have been seeing the same pain mgmt. Dr. for 2 years. Last weekend I fell and went down on my knee. Obviously something was wrong and had to go to the ER. I then had to make an appt with my general Dr. At that time I had to see another Dr. as the one i usually see was out of town. I take 4 10 mg Norco a day. I had been cutting them in half and taking them at nite as i was not able to see the dr. till Thur and this happened the Sat. before. I was getting up at least 2 x's a nite to take something as Naproxen was not working. When i went to the dr. They put me in a knee brace and asked if i had been given something for pain. I told him I had my medications listed.HE said he would give me 14 5 mg. Lortabs to get me thru the nite till I came back in 2 weeks and if it wasnt any better would have to have an MRI. MY PM dr. is 50 miles away. My appt is on the 30th and was not going to hide this from him as i am very upfront. Though the insurance company did. I then get a letter saying he has dropped me as a patient. I truely do not want to seek out another Dr. He put in my spinal cord stimulator and knows me well. I am not sure what I can do or say to get him to take me back as a patient or if it's even possible. I can see if i requested 60 or something but 14 and 5 milligrams? I have to call in the morning as they have advised i need close monitoring and my meds but my appt is supposed to be on the 30th and I cant get into another dr. in that amount of time. Can someone who lives in tx please help me with this issue. Please dont tell me to move to Florida either. Serious answers only. Thanks.

me and my ex never talk in class, lets call him shorty. well we never talk in class but we sit by each other everyday but we don't speak to each other or look at each other, this has been for more then 6 months now maybe more. but one day i came to class and i saw shorty i didn't go sit by him because someone else was sitting there to finish there work. so i go and sit by other friend andrew, i am facing to the white board and my ex turns my way and i knew he was staring at me for ages, and he doesn't turn around and stare at random people like that. I then moved to the other side of the tables and sit by my other mate, 15 min later i look a bit behind me and i see on the corner of my eye shorty was facing my way and i could see him looking at me for along time again and i thought "why is he staring at me"? (so he like moved his chair twice facing my way's and he dose not do that to anyone else) so what do you think he is thinking or what is your prospective? By the way he has a girlfriend and she is in thai land for 3 years and me and him where going out when he was with her then he broke it off. So dose he he want to get back with me or is he thinking about it? Or what? I do feel for him a bit.
