Hi i have accepted an offer at sainsbury's only yesterday and the hours are quite bad friday 3.30pm-9.30pm, and im only 16 and only finish college at 2.30pm, and saturday 4pm-10pm. The pay is around £4.70 an hour and £6.50 after 6 months. I also today got offered a job at McDonald's which i don't yet know the hours but i was told it would be a week night and one day on the weekend. Would it be best to carry on with the sainsburys job or go with the McDonald's one and which is a better place to work and best pay? I start sainsburys next week so i may have time to change my mind?

our city has given residents blue recycling bins for plastic, paper, cardboard, glass ect.. these bins are pretty big and have hinged covers. they are also clearly marked, RECYCLABLES ONLY! When the city collects our trash and finds household trash in the recycling bins, it is marked with an orange sticker, with recycling materials only, and left unpicked up. Yet many inner city residents continue to place household trash in them. why?

I'm getting married in less than 2 weeks to my best friend in the world. I have saved myself for him as my husband, so we will be making love together for the first time very soon. I'm not nervous, and everyone tells me that I'll need to tell him what to do (He's a virgin as well), but that's really the only thing anyone as told me. Our wedding reception is early in the day, and its just desserts, no meal or alcohol, so I don't think it will go very long. I imagine we'll be at our room by 7 pm at the latest. Any advice?

i had this: 1 pack of raspberries (i ddnt finish all of them though)- 90 1 orange-60 a small fat free salad (with like 4 cups of lettuce)- 50-100 calories im REALLY making an effort to diet and eat healthier lower fat/carb foods. im trying to be healthy, like yesterday i ate AN ENTIRE BAG OF CHOCOLATE CIHPS. like who DOES that??? so im trying to change my eating habits even if its hard. . . this is just my breakfast and lunch im going to have a few snacks and dinner... is this good and healthy so far?

My daughter is 2 years old. and she usually always goes to bed very well at night. around her 8 o clock bed time, i will just say good night, give her kisses and put her in her bed and tuck her in and she's goes right to bed, Its nice. but lately in the last week or so, she's been fighting her bed time more. i will tell her its time to go night night, and she will shake her head, and go "No, no night night. she grabs a blanket and lays on the couch watching tv. and then when i do pick her up and finally make her go to bed, she screams the whole way, saying, " No, no night night." and she just cries and cries when i try to lay her on her bed. why is she doing this all of a sudden, in the last week or so?

I know a 31 year old guy who was married w/kids and he went out w/other girls. He said that he was unhappy in his marriage but that could be a lie. There was 1 girl who kept rejecting him but he kept pursuing her. He made up lots of lies and held onto her even though he had no serious intentions w/her. My question is why? He grew up in a seemingly good household w/good parents and well-off. What if the girl had serious feelings for him? Was he going to just dump her? What if she killed herself b/c of the hurt? Why can't he just be a regular person and live w/dignity rather than spend time, effort & money trying to deceive, manipulate & play people? It doesn't make any sense to me. I have better ways of spending my time and better goals than to manipulate people. Why?

I have just started an Art and Design course at Leicester College and it doesn't feel like the right course for me and I am not excited about doing it at all! Now that I am on the course I am regreting it. I decided I really really really want to do a floristry course at brooksby. I was offered a interview for floristry but I turned it down because I thought I was going to like the art course. What should I do. Any advice? Is it easy to change courses or is it to late even though it is the first month on a college course?
