I want to lose weight in my legs, stomach, and face. Everyday i go to school until 3:00 and i try to limit how much i eat, i also ONLY drink water. I eat dinner around 6 & wait until 8 to jump rope for 20 min. will that help me lose weight? (I just want to lose at least 5 pounds)

I feel so pathetic asking this question on here but I want an unbiased perspective. Well I guess when I'm telling you about him it's not unbiased is it? So here are the cons about my bf and I want to know if I should just deal with them or if I should stop putting myself through this crap and move on. He makes me pay for my own things all of the time. He doesn't hold my hand in public. He is not romantic at all. I went to say good bye to him today because he's going out of town for the weekend and he asked me to fold his laundry while he cleans the grill outside. I bring him lunch at work. I usually make the effort to hang out. And hes a teacher ad a coach so hes really busy and we dont hang out that often and i cant blame him for wanting down time, but i feel like if i were in his position I would want to spend time with him because he's my boyfriend. My last ex not trying to compare, but we hung out as often as we could because we wanted to and this is just so different. For example because he is so busy during the week we get maybe one day to hang out and then we so on the weekends and last weekend we hung out once when he knew this weekend he was going out of town. I just don't understand how his brain works. He hasn't has a gf in 3 years and I guess I could blame his obliviousness on that but I feel like I'm better than this! I feel like a back up plan not a girlfriend

My one year old maltese needs some training in some areas, and I wanted to try to train him myself instead of behavior classes because they are SO expensive. What are some good books that helped you or that you know of? Also, what is a good way to socialize my dog, besides the training classes, if any? okay, so i've been making it a point tp let as many people as possible know the true dangers of antidepressants. such as how they can possibly mess you up permanently (because that's what they did to me) and therefore persuading them to not buy their antidepressants, and to seek help from a good therapist instead...therefore resulting in decreased sales of their antidepressants. and i was thinking about emailing the drug company to let them know that they are losing sales because i have been sharing my experience with people.. to kinda rub it in. i know i cant tottally put these companies out of business by what i'm doing.. but i can do my best:) THANKS!!!

All I recall as far as the lyrics are the words "I'm sorry for" a bunch of different stuff being repeated throughout the song. It's a slow song. It's an R&B song. One of the lyrics is "I'm sorry for what I put you through". I tried looking it up online but all it's giving me is some song by Akon!

I know the ho box for w3v3s looks different than the one for the v2s but I wont get the v2 box unless itll sound louder than the subs being in my kicker box.

The corner of my mouth will twitch and I will blink hard and a lot. Also my head will suddenly jerk to the side. Sometimes I will suddenly look up for no reason or scratch head or arms for no reason too. It kind of embarrassing. My parents don't have this problem so I don't know where it came from. It gets worse when I'm nervous or it's loud too.

Ok, I know that unemployment happens to most people in their life at some point. Whether it's their own fault or not. My partner was/ is an alcoholic. He has changed a lot in the last 6 months though. He has pretty much not drank in that time and saw a Psych once or twice (I threatened to leave him because he was very abusive). He has stopped seeing the Psych due to money issues. Anyway, there is underlying depression and anxiety and family history which lead to this. Which is why I wanted him to continue with the Psych. He hasn't been drinking and the abuse has been cut down for the most part. However he is constantly losing his jobs! He gets tired and then just doesn't go into work for a while. He then loses his jobs (he is in construction) and his bosses always say its because they are out of work. However, they aren't! I know its because he is unreliable but he wont admit it to himself! He thinks that because he works hard when he does go to work, he is entitled to have days off whenever he wants with no consequences! It frustrates me because then he starts to feel 'useless' and becomes emotionally and verbally abusive with me because he feels down about himself. He accuses me of not wanting him and not being intimate (i dont feel like it because he is rude to me!) Then if I give into him it's just like he 'uses' me and wants me to do degrading things. Which I dont mind if I feel loved but I dont! I work hard and always go to work. I neglected myself for a year because of his drinking. So, i started to buy myself nice things again. Like beauty products and shower gels which are really expensive (rangeing from $50 to $100 each). I know it seems like a waste of money but they help me to feel better and worthy, and I dont drink or do drugs or buy any clothes for myself. Plus its my money. But he says its a waste of money. I ask him not to use the stuff but he uses all of it in days with no regard for my stuff! He uses my clothes to mop up spills on the floor and he still owes me $600 from last year which he conveniently 'forgot about'. I live in a shared home but he wont even let me sleep there because he accuses me of cheating! I am beginning to hate being around him and he is puching me away but he just wont listen! I think I am losing the plot! I could support him through his unemployment but its just the fact he expects me to pay for things for him (even cigarrettes) and he has no regard for my feelings or my things!

I need to take a picture of the moon for my Astronomy class and in the picture you have to be able to tell the phase of the moon (full moon, crescent, etc.) but when I take a picture it just comes out as a bright white full circle every time. I just have a small digital camera (Nikon coolpix) that I had bought for just normal, simple photos. Is there any way I can change the settings or something so that I can get a good picture of the moon?

My ex boyfriend and I haven't talked in person since late February of this year. After we broke up last December, we tried being friends but it didn't work out so we both ended it in March of this year. I had called him a few weeks before we came back to the college we both attend just to apologize for getting mad at him all the time and stressing him out so much because I felt guilty for it since it was one of the main reasons we stopped being friends. I didn't have any intention of getting back with him since I knew he had a girlfriend already and even if he didn't, I don't want to get back with him. After I had apologized, he had told me that he would help me to get my life back on track by making sure I went to church every Sunday and that he would help me with my school work when ever he could. He had also told me that he wanted to work on a friendship again, not like the one we had before though. I didn't initiate or intend for him to want to be friends again or to talk to me. When we got back to school, however, he ignored my attempts to talk to him again, twice, and he never tried to talk to me on my own. I was hurt because I believed that he really wanted to be friends again but I got over it and started hanging out with other people and started to live my life without a care about him. The only thing that's bothering me now is that when ever I'm walking back to the dorm from class and he's sitting outside eating lunch with a friend I notice him just staring at me. I've also noticed him staring at me when I leave my room and he's sitting in a chair that has a view of the hall. When I turn around his head moves telling me that he was looking at me just then while I closed my door. I know I'm not just imagining things cause it's obvious when someone is looking at you for more than just a glance. Also, anytime I walk by him, I pretend he doesn't exist while I notice him out of the corner of my eye watching me. It's kind of freaking me out cause I don't like people staring at me cause it's just weird. Can someone tell me why he's staring/looking at me for more than a glance?

I am using XP SP3 Pro with WMP 11 player.Also has and uses regularly K lite codec pac update version which will comprise all needed Audio/Video codecs.Though i failed to observe when this problem raised but now on importing media (WMV) in Movie maker it plays both Audio/Video in its monitor.But in Edit/story line only audio is playing and no video.On edit cut point it shows relevant thumb nail.The movie could not be saved also.Tried many options and settings including installing recommended codecs but situation remains same.Every where searched on net but only to find questions but no solving answer.I request for a feasible solution and Many thanks in advance.

How can I lower my CPU Usage? I would really like to Not fry my laptop HD... again. Here are the specs: Asus Notebook G60JX Intel Core i5 CPU M 430 @ 2.27GHz 2.27GHz (but it's a quad core, how do I unlock the other 2?) RAM 4GB, 3.86 usable 64-bit OS Security: Nortons 360 Premier Edition Currently running Firefox V3.6.21 and with 5 tabs open runs at 200,000K Memory in the task manager, If I have Java up for instance on Runescape, the Java runs at well over 300,000k and sets off my nortons high usage alerts. Any time I play a game or watch a streaming video online it all goes up and my laptop fans kick in as fast as they can go. Simply said, I would like to just lower my Memory and CPU Usage because I like this laptop, I bought it a year and a few months ago and don't want to get another one or have to invest in a desktop.
