So a cop pulled me over for a rolling stop. I am 100% sure I did my stop but still pulled me over anyways. He gave me a reduced fine because I have a clean record and explained me how it worked to pay or contest. I asked "if I wanted to contest, what do I do?" then he asked to give back the ticket... I gave it back then he wrote me a new ticket for the full fine... Is this right what he did? I was told once a ticket is written up he needs to issue it. Also should they have a electronic record of the previous ticket?

Everywhere I go, I think at least one person is hearing my thoughts. It's either because their laughing at the same time I think of something funny or look at me when I think of their name, or when I think in class, "please don't call on me, please don't call on me!" and then the teacher calls on me just because I don't want to be called on. and when I thought somebody I knew needed to smile more, he started smiling more. I mean WTF, this is seriously starting to scare me because now I need to think carefully to make sure no one hears something they shouldn't. and I know I'm not talking because at school (where this mostly happens) I'm really quiet.

It really annoys me when all of my friends go after guys who are all macho and cocky, and somehow seem to think they are going to treat them right. If he behaves like an asshole around his friends, why would he act any differently towards you? I'm not saying it's all girls, but I can kind of see why those nice single guys are getting annoyed. Then again, they don't bother to look for the nice single girls. If you want a sensitive and nice guy, then go for sensitive nice guy (or girl). Most likely he will not be really macho and over confident, but you can't turn someone into something they are not.

I met a guy through a friend and we dated for a few weeks. He said he wanted to get to know me better and that he was happy to see me outside for our first date, meaning he wasn't just trying to get me into bed right away, as I have my own home. We got on very well and we saw each other a few times but have not yet had sex, we have fooled around a bit. He then went away on a training camp (hes a martial arts fighter) and as we are new, I have left him alone. I don't know if he is back yet. I today found out he had lied about his age, so I texted him and asked why. He replied he thought I wouldn't be interested if I knew his age, as I am 30. He had said he was 26 but is only 21. I said the age thing didn't bother me but the lies do. He said he only wants sex so why get hung up? I countered that if it is just sex, why the need to lie about his age, then?? He said he wanted to have great sex with me as I am a "real" woman, but no strings. He also said he may be young but he is mentally mature and I won't regret it, and that he would never lie about anything else. That was earlier today. This evening I sent him a saucy text to hint at what I want to do next time he comes....and he hasn't replied. Now he has downgraded whatever it is we have to "just sex" how do I handle this? Yes I wanted more, as per the initial stages, so am I going to get hurt here?

long story short, I bought a blueray movie, cashed out and had to stand waiting for a manager to open the plastic case the movie was in. I stood holding my bags for, get this 35 MINUTES, The cashier didnt give a hoot, because I already checked out and paid, and she went about with everyone else whileI stood at the end of the cash register. I want to complain because this is the third time the same thing has happened with different employees. They check you out and don't give a crap that you have to sit and wait while your groceries are going bad. I found out that only 1 manager has the plastic key thing to open the boxes and if they are busy you are out of luck. Who can I complain to??? When I said something about waiting so long to the manager she said " i was busy at the back of the store.'

People do not get how you can mix hate and fear, but when it comes to public speaking, I do not know the difference. I dread every time I have to stand up and make a presentation. I start shaking, repeating the same words over and over, not a pretty picture. I want to know though am I dreading because I am afraid or I truly hate it. If it is just fear, how can i conquer it?

When i plug the card reader directly in one of the USB ports it works for some time but loses contact after a while (appears then disappears from OMNIKEY diagnostic tool). If I connect the device via USB hub it works without a problem. What can be the cause of this behavior? If I connect the device via USB extension cord it also loses contact after some time. It seems it works only with USB HUB! Please help!

Aren't you using the Tax payers money? You say because you don't want to have to be forced..Well you're forcing us to pay your way in the emergency rooms. Pay your own way and you wont have to be. That's basically your argument. What else is the problem you have with it? It helps the poor or disables children or those with preexisting conditions...Is that what bothers you so much? The insurance companies wont be in charge anymore and that upsets you?

I'm not a bad student, in fact i score A's in math and i'm top set for science but i just can't stand it, i just got into year 10 and I feel like school is taking forever to go by, i don't know how i can wait another 4 years to graduate, not only that my parents are getting really irritating expecting me to get all A in my subjects and they say that they're going to take some of my stuff away so i can study more, and i havent done anything wrong, im working as hard as i can but all A? We have to be realistic, i don't know a single person whos done that. Now i know all the older people will say enjoy these years because they're blah blah blah I dont care i'm going crazy and i need some real advice from stopping me falling over the edge and no that does not mean suicide.

I recently moved back in with my parents from living with my biological father (and from being discharged from the air force due to medical conditions) and they seem to harp on me about me not acting my age. For example: they are always down my back about getting a job and personally more excited about it than I am (It annoys me that they think i can't look for jobs on my own and talk to me like i'm stupid). I see myself as very mature, responsible, and not a partying person, go to college my parents never paid a dime for my education. I have no kids, not married, and I have a stable relationship with my boyfriend (who they don't approve of because he's younger than me). But, I have always been able to get jobs and do my own thing. If I needed help I was never ashamed to asked. But, every since I moved back I am looked at as some immature, irresponsible, I can't do anything by myself type of person. I honestly don't know why or what makes them think that about me. But, its really frustrating and I frankly would like to know how is an 21 year old suppose to act? Thanks
