[CardioTrainer Users] Bulk-editing workouts?

I've been tracking my elliptical workouts with CardioTrainer for ~6
months or so. As the calorie counts didn't match up with the
elliptical machine's calorie assessments, I added the calorie
information to the Comments section for each workout.

Now that it's possible to edit the calories spent for elliptical
workouts, I'd like to go in and update the calories spent on these
older workouts.

However, I'm having some problems:

1. Editing a workout's calorie information and then saving it moves
the list all the way back up to the top. This means I have to scroll
down for each and every workout I want to retroactively update the
calories for... ouch!

2. It'd be awesome if there was a way to bulk-edit the calorie data.
Is it possible to modify this information in, say, Google Health, and
have it sync back to CardioTrainer? Or is it possible to edit the
"backup" file with an application like Excel, and then re-import it
into CardioTrainer?

Let me know :)
