Re: Gamma or beta training w/ theta meditation

The only thing that seems to be missing from your routine is intensive
musical training. I noticed that improved my DNB performance.
How long have you been training to get to D8B? and haven't you noticed
a decline in perceived benefits at such a high level? In another
thread I suggest that if we see decreased benefits around 7-8, these
are probably reasonable times to begin Triple N back, then quad, and
so on. As for your questions on the beats, I have no real answer
because I don't understand that they confer any wonderfully
significant advantages, in terms of time-cost-benefit but I may be
wrong.
