i feel that if you have done nback 30minutes a day or more for 180days
(as in 180 different days you played nback for 30minutes or more) at a
least bouts of something relatively consistent (say, 3days a week for
a month, quit a couple weeks, return for 4days a week for a month,
etc) and you have progressed form say dnb2 to dnb6 over that
time...............
i am skeptical of the continued INCREASE in significant benefit in
actual cognitive gain..........i do believe in maintenance forever tho
to keep what you gained, ie perhaps once a week for an
hour............i believe that keeps what you gain.
after something like that, i think it would be more time efficient to
consider some other alternative development, whether it be building
your native vocabulary, a foreign language, music, etc etc etc.
pure speculation of course.........
