Re: NBR Saturday 9AM Bridge Run and Coffee at El Beit

I don't want to take any runners away from the scheduled NBR runs, but I have to run early tomorrow, due to stuff I have to do later in the morning, so in case anyone else is in the same predicament and can't join the group, I'll be running with my upstate Spanish buddy, Juan, tomorrow morning, meeting in front of 195 Grand St (my place -bet. Bedford and Driggs) at 7am sharp for probably an 8-10 miler at a relaxed 8 minute mile or so pace...

Also a shout out to thank Linda, Jen and Ken for doing the organizing and monitoring of last night's speed workout. That was a great session - you're keeping me firmly on course to get me back to something approaching optimum - THANK YOU guys! (I'll be thinking of you all when I'm away next week savoring that Euro food and drink -well you have to eat! hehehe!)
