Her beautiful dark brown hair was parted to the left, which she thought was her better side. Her pale blue eyes scanned the ballroom, looking for a handsome man to dance with. The dress made her look more beautiful — but she was beautiful in every way.

"You are brown also btw even if you have white skin color. You are filipino-you are considered brown." You are super stereotyping there Ms. Fake Jane Doe....not all filipino are considered brown...you must have a booger around your eyes... How would you consider someone brown if their skin doesn't says it all? Honestly, the history of Brown people in Philippines are the ones who only got mixed with Black people, and the old people selling seafoods, vegetables & other foods on the streets has been in the sun way up too long, and there are kids that's just keep playing under the sun too much, & some don't have too much shelter to cover themselves up away from the sun, so for the most part Filipinos aren't originally brown unless they got mixed with a Mexican or Black...

Mine is faulty.. It's in perfect condition, doesn't have a mark on it, hasn't been bent or anything, yet it almost NEVER wants to register whilst tapping out. It's soo embarrassing when at busy stations because I end up holding everyone up because it takes about 20 attempts for it to register on the reader. Considering it's a faulty card can I get a replacement at no additional fee? And how would I go about getting one?

[ Laptops & Notebooks ] Open Question : Why doesn't my new macbook charger charge when the power is low?

I recently purchased a 60W power adapter for my 2008 macbook. The charger works when the battery power is high but not when it is low . When the battery power is low and I plug the charger in the charger light does not come on. I have checked the Battery information under "About This Mac" and it also shows the laptop is not charging. When I remove the battery and then plug in the charger the charger light comes on. If i then put the battery back in, the battery begins to charge until full. This is the only effective way that I have found to charge the laptop when the power is low. I am not sure if this is a problem with my battery, charger, or the laptop itself. When I push the button on the battery the lights come on which makes me think the problem is not the battery.

i want start applying for for a new job but i am not sure what to choose and what to put in my Objective section i am also not sure if they have a position that suits me or not. i have an IT degree and i have multiple experienceS: programmer, hardware technician and trainer. What i want is find any other position as soon as possible. my recent experience is customer service for 8 years but i also like my old experiences positions.

Me and my wife have been married about a year but together going on 10. We're in our early 40's and when we met she was everything I had wanted in a woman. We're black so when I met her she was very high yella, slender to the point that she weighed about 100 lbs soaking wet and she had very long hair down her back. Probably any man's dream. And she had the shape to go with it. Now, 10 years later she's put on about 30 or 40 lbs. My problem is this. I am a stay at home dad right now due to the fact that I can't find a job. Everyday, her two sons from her first marriage and my daughter, I cook dinner for everyone with leftovers most nights. It seems that when ever we are finished eating my wife will take her plate into the kitchen and then come back to the bedroom with a bowl of cereal. This happens just about every night. It's not like she waits a few hours and just wants a snack. She takes her plate to the kitchen and I can hear her scraping it out but the very next minute she's getting a bowl out of the cabinet for her cereal. Tonight when she did that I got offended and when she came into the bedroom I told her that made me feel like one of two things. (1) That I hadn't cooked enough. Or (2) my food wasn't that good. She told me that she couldn't figure out how I could come to those conclusions. She also said that if she wanted to get fat she's gonna get fat. If the shoe was on the other foot and she was cooking every night but right after we ate I go fix something else to eat plus started putting on 40 or 50 lbs I'm sure she'd have something to say. I am a great cook and had thought about going to cooking school for a while so I know it can't be I'm making nasty stuff. She cleans her plate every night but instead of getting seconds she gets a bowl of cereal. How do you deal with someone who literally says, "If I want to get fat then I'm gonna get fat"? Then she makes the comment, "so what are you gonna do, go find you someone else"? How do you deal with that and not come across as a total jerk of a husband? I may sound rude but I didn't marry a big girl. That's not what I want. My wife loves to eat. We can be eating lunch and she's thinking about dinner or going out later to get some ice cream. I didn't marry a fat wife and I don't want one. Am I wrong?

Ok, so there's this guy in my science class that I sit across from. He and I are pretty much friends during that hour but not really anywhere else. We talk a LOT (my science teacher is kind of loose about chatting as long as he's not talking), joke, whisper during movies and lectures, and such. I know I like him as a friend and I'm pretty sure he likes me as a friend, but I think I may kind of sorta like him as something more. I'm not totally sure but...idk. He's really friendly to me, we crack jokes and chat constantly, we're both the first in the classroom, once he walked me to class when we happened to meet in the hallway (although I guess that would only make sense seeing as we were both going to the same place). But the thing is, in our group of four besides him and I there's a girl who we're both friends with and another guy who's more friends with her but talks to everyone. However this guy and I pretty much only talk to each other. I know he likes a girl who doesn't like him back, similar to how I was a while ago. Also he's always stealing my stuff. He'll take my pen, grin, and then hand it back, my bracelet, my papers, my cell phone, ect. It's in a humorous type of way, and it kind of confuses me But I don't know. For now we're just friends, and I'd far rather be friends than be in the same awkward position I am with this one guy. I was friends with him, but then I started liking him, make the mistake of asking him to the dance, and we really haven't spoken since. I don't want this to happen again. But I don't know. If a guy talks to only you for an hour straight and sometimes walks you to class, laughs at everything you say, and says hi to you in the hall, but likes another girl who doesn't like him, what do you think are the chances that he likes you as just a little bit more than a friend? Like how I feel about him? Idk what to think...if I'd known him for years like I have some guys, I wouldn't think anything of it but I've only really known him for about a month.

Me and my brother have always been home-schooled. My dad has us on this crazy schedule where we go to bed at 8:00 Am and wake up at about 8:00 Pm.. He says it's because he can't go to work in the heat of the day. None of us have any friends except my dad. We can't go anywhere at mid-night, So me and my bro spend about 90% of our day on the computer. We have tried everything to get Dad to change the schedule. My mom even threatened to leave him and take us with her. He still did nothing. I honesly hate him for not caring enough to do that to us. We are stuck. I don't know if I am the only one in my family who cares about it this much. We live in a kind of rough non-kid-friendly place so we can't take walks alone or look for friends. Neither of us know what to do anymore.

So this guy, wanted to cheat on his girlfriend with me. because he was confused about his feelings and wanted to find out if he actually loved her. i said no at first, but i went over his house just to chill, and we hooked up. we did everything except sex. he wanted to have sex but i didnt let him. i didnt wanna go that far behind his girlfriend. cause she was my friend, and yeah i know it was a mistake, but i thought i could help him sort out his feelings. after that day, we didnt talk much. it wasnt awkward, but when i asked him if he felt bad, he said not really, cause he didnt feel a connection between me&him? and he definitely doesnt talk to much as much as he used to. so i guess he only used me? and doesnt care if we're still friends or not?

So im 15 a guy i weight 185(now) i was 220 in febuary to now but lost it on my own... Im a big guy i have very large shoulders.... I Have thicker bones than all my firends their wrist u can wrap your thumb and index finger around it. mine it is thumb to middle finger and my arms are boney... like you can feel my bones all the way up no fat.... My shoulders are bone at the top no fat even at my collar bone.... so i have a big frame so i dont know...Im 5'8.... I have hands *** big as my dads.... my feet are big... im over all big.. i cant get a girlfirend i had one a month ago i really want one... but they are all shallow im in grade 9.... so am i "fat" or what...I know bmi's dont take in account shoulder width..

Hey everyone! so i'm 13 and i have had my period for almost a year. I have it right now, in fact i just got it last night. I was fine with that. When i got home from school my mom told me that my friend is taking her to her shore house and to the beach for the weekened. i was really excited! but then i was like, o wait i can't swim, i have my period. My mom and older sister suggested tampons. I think i'm ready to try them out! so here are my questions 1) best brand for beginners? (i have a very heavy period, though i'm only 13 so i need one meant for beginners. But it CANT leak!) 2) does it hurt when you insert it? 3) Can you feel it when you walk? thanks everyone!
