I purchased two tires from Motorcycle Superstore online and when the tires did not fit I filed a return and mailed them back. About a week later I got the money back from one tire but the other tire has been "return pending" for about three weeks. Customer service doesen't seem to care either. Has anybody else been in a similar situation, and what did you do?

I'm a medical student in school for becoming an RN and I was just wondering what stethoscope would be good for my use. I'm probably going to use it for lung sounds, blood pressure, and maybe a little bit of hear sounds. What do you suggest? well Ive grown up with a drunk dad. it has affected me in a big way. It hurts to see my father drunk. Cause its not him, its like a totally different person, he cheats on my mom. Well I always told myself I would never date anyone that drinks cause I don't want to end up suffering like my mother. I've been with my boyfriend for 3 yrs now ever since we were in high school. Now that he is 21 he drinks when he goes out with friends. Recently I went with him & his friends and he drank. & it bothered me a lot. Should it? What can I do? He didn't drink too much because I told him... but I'm pretty sure he's not going to stop, he's still going to go out with his friends and drink and such. What can I do about this? I just think about my future and I don't want to have to live with a drunk husband

I can browse the internet on my laptop for about five minutes and then none of the pages I'm trying to access load. The wireless connection is still there buy it responds like I'm not connected. If I close down my computer and start again, the same thing happens. If I connect directly to my DSL modem there is no problem. Also, I used another laptop on the same wireless network without any problems. I've tried three different versions of linux, so I don't think it's operating system. Any ideas?

-i hate the way i look. it brings me down and i sometimes stay up late at night googling ways to make myself feel better. im stick thin and unhealthy -i have trichotillomania but have no support from my family (you'll see why in a minute) -my brother is autistic and its affecting me because i still can't accept it. i don't go over to my cousins house or go out with my friends anymore because i feel differentt and feel as if i don't fit in and im jealous of their families and how they're all happier than i am right now. -me and my mum argue a lot. its my fault though, because i dont spend time with my family because i just want to be alone, i have loads of homework (currently doing my GCSE's), and dont sleep well so wake up late and my mum thinks i do it because im lazy so i get scared to go down in the morning in fear of being told off or my mum having a go at me for being such a good for nothing. - mum is under loads of pressure, and my sister is so much better at everything. shes a straight a* student, like a second mum to my brother and so kind and unselfish and sweet that i can never be like that. she wakes up at 3 in the night to help and still manages to get to school on time, without complaint, and i cant even do that. -i have been angry about not getting support over my disorder, actually my mum doesn't even know, because shes so busy with jay. that, and the stress of failing my exams and my friends giving me a hard time in school makes me take it out on her for this horrible situation we're all in, and today she had a massive go at me and cried and said she wishes i wasn't her daughter. this isn't the first time she has said it and i agree 100% with her. if i was her i would hate me too. - on the outside i look like a normal bratty teenager, and my councillor said that im not because of the way i think but my mum doesnt see that because i keep it all in so she doesnt even know how much i care. -its not a simple case of sitting down and talking to her about it. ive tried and failed plenty of times and just want things to get better but its not going to happen like that. -im scared i wont get into college because i havnt done extracurricularicular activities -im underdeveloped for my age -called ironing board by my so called friend and teased at times in school. im not 'unpopular' just average, but these comments have made me down and i feel as if i am. -my best friend, who is a LOVELY person, has such an amazing life it makes me jealous. jealousy isn't healthy but these days i just can't help myself from being jealous. -my mum tells about me to my grandmother, and me and my grandmother used to be SO close but now we aren't. - i feel very trapped. i only see my councillor once a week, don't feel comfortable with telling my best friend all of this, and my pen friend who lives in america knows about this but i only talk to her once a week as well. WHAT DO I DO?!

I'm named in my late Grandmother's will to receive a decent amount which would help me to buy a house. My Uncle who is the executor of her will is rich and we don't get along. He doesn't need his money from the will and doesn't want me to get mine so he said he's not going to send the will to probate. What can I do? Do I have any legal rights here?

I have a 1997 Oldsmobile 88 base model with a 3.8 Series 2 engine. I want to replace the Head Gaskets only. I was thinking about doing it like this....You know remove the Heads, get the old gaskets off, then install the new gaskets, put the Heads back on. With the new Head bolts torque to OEM Specs. Is it a requirement, a necessary step to bore my cylinders when putting in new head gaskets? Head gaskets looks fine on my car right now, no problems that I know of. I just want to replace them. I'm also going to replace my valve cover gaskets, timing cover gasket, and intake gasket. Whats the point of boring my engine if I'm not installing new pistons! I hope the answer is no. Thanks for any replies.

I have done this type of work before, however i have never had my own site or business for that matter so I'm kind of in the dark when it comes to advertising it. I see all of these pictures of folks online and it makes me a bit upset as to how their faces look and mines does not look so good. I recently burned 25 lbs and lost a lot of weight but when I take pictures of myself I just don't see how anyone can find me attractive. People tell me to smile but when I smile I look hideous. I have to wear glasses for a few more months until I convince my parents to get me contact lenses. I am 18, I should be having the time of my life but I just don't get how I can look so bad in my photos. My nose is really big, my self esteem hurts, am I really that ugly? Hello folks. I have just fitted a new rhs wishbone (lower control arm) to a Nissan Almera (N15). The car drives fine, but the steering wheel is off centre, slightly to the right. Will this become a problem and can I fix this myself? The wheel has an airbag so I am unsure about the risks of it blowing up in my face.

I need to replace the defective air pump on my 2001 blazer. The TSB calls for the acdelco air pump (#215-425)and a newly designed hose assembly (#12590627). the other parts needed are a check valve and a solenoid. Heres my question: are these components included with either of these parts? Anyone who knows these parts well please let me know. I appreciate your answers.

Does my vision have to be 20/20, or is there some wiggle room here? Most of my male friends get their hair trimmed, including the hair around their temples, even though this is expressly forbidden by Lev. 19:27. How should they die? I know from Lev. 11:6-8 that touching the skin of a dead pig makes me unclean, but may I still play football if I wear gloves? My uncle has a farm. He violates Lev. 19:19 by planting two different crops in the same field, as does his wife by wearing garments made of two different kinds of thread (cotton/polyester blend). He also tends to curse and blaspheme a lot. Is it really necessary that we go to all the trouble of getting the whole town together to stone them? - Lev.24:10-16. Hey, on Friday there was a lockdown at our school. I am 16 and a girl and my names Courtney. Okay so apparently some ex student entered the school with a gun and he was planning on killing one of his friends who got him arrested. Well THAT person was in MY class. I got a text from someone saying that he has a gun and he is coming to my class to kill the person. There was an alarm in the building and the lights were off and everyone was hiding under the desks and the doors were locked. I quickly crawled over to the window and no one was looking (they were facing the other way). I opened the window a bit and I tried not to make noise. We were on the second floor and I was wearing heels!!!!!! Then ok I heard someone banging on the outside of the door and I didnt even look, I just ran and jumped out the window!!!!!!!!!! Apparently right after I jumped out someone came inside with a gun and shot lots of times and then they aimed the gun at the guy and shot him but he survived. I landed on the grass and ran away to the police cars. Will I get in trouble for escaping tomorrow? Because they always say you should never run in a lockdown but I did it to survuve? PS the school wants to suspend me for running away.
