In fact, under his plan the public debt would increase from $10 trillion in 2011 to $16 trillion in 2021, by his own figures. That's a slower increase than under President Barack Obama's budget, but the debt would still rise substantially. He says his plan would "bring deficits below $1 trillion immediately, ending the era of trillion-dollar deficits." True — but just barely. The 2012 deficit in his plan would be $995 billion, just shy of $1 trillion. It would drop to about $700 billion by 2013 — but that's what the president's budget projects, too. A GOP document defending Ryan's plan wrongly claims that the budget "does not cut Medicaid" and that it "spends more on Medicaid each year than it does the previous year." That's false. Ryan's own projections call for slashing Medicaid below this year's spending level for years to come. That GOP document says Democrats in Congress and Obama increased the deficit 259 percent since 2008, when it was $458 billion. That ignores the fact that President George Bush was in office in 2008. Obama inherited a $1.2 trillion deficit largely caused by declining revenues and Bush's response to the economic crisis. Ryan says Obama's proposed budget "commits seniors to bureaucratically rationed health care." In fact, the new health care law states that the advisory board to which Ryan refers "shall not include any recommendation to ration health care." Furthermore, the board members are to be primarily doctors, economists and other outside experts, not Washington bureaucrats. He says the "principles of tax reform" in his plan are "identical" to those in the bipartisan fiscal commission. That's misleading. Both would close loopholes and reduce tax rates, but the commission would raise $785 billion in new tax revenue from 2012 to 2020 for debt reduction. Ryan's plan is revenue neutral. He says Obama's budget "imposes $1.5 trillion in tax increases on job creators and American families." But, as we written before, about half of that total would come from increases scheduled under current law. He says that closing the Medicare prescription drug coverage gap would "increase prescription-drug prices for everyone." But the Congressional Budget Office says out-of-pocket costs would be unaffected or lower for many. He claims the health care law doesn't improve Medicare's finances. Not true. It does, but experts worry some cost controls won't be fully implemented. Furthermore, Ryan's budget keeps in place some of those same cost controls.

Hi there. I've been playing around with the idea of using fabric to decorate mainly the ceilings at my wedding. My colors are very bright (I'm doing a peacock theme) so I'm afraid that tulle might not be the right fabric for me. Do you guys have any opinions or suggestions on other cheap fabrics that I can buy in bulk? Thanks ahead of time!

I know everybody asks this but, how can i loose weight fast? I get picked on at school for my weight, and i HATE it! its one of the worst feelings ever :/ Oh btw i weigh 12 stone and im only 5 ft 2. I am a size 16 (english size) and i want to get to at least a size 8 by this time next year. Anyone know any good dieting low fat foods and btw i hattee sport, but im willing to give dance a try...i guess..so i need some tips on all that and i want to know what dance workout dvd is best for becoming good at the skill yet still loosing weight! thankyou :) x

I have still to sit my theory and do my driving test so I've still got a bit to go yet, but when I'm done I'm hoping to get a car that is either sporty looking or something I can or already been modified but something that doesn't cost too much, for example when buying the car and insurance costs and also repairs. A little background on me. I'm 23, one of those rly nice sweet guys. I was in a 4 year relationship and then got dumped. She is the only person I've ever had sex with. I've been single for about a year and a half now. I've dated many woman but haven't found anyone until now. Thisgirl is exactly like me in so many ways its scary. We have amazing chemistry. Even more than I did with my ex! But here's the thing...she doesn't want a relationship and I recently agreed to FWB. On the third day, she sat down for the last time at their beautiful dining room table by candlelight,put on some soft background music and feasted on a pound of shrimp, a jar of caviar and a bottle of Chardonnay. When she had finished, she went into each and every room and deposited a few half-eaten shrimp dipped in caviar, into the hollow of the curtain rods. She then cleaned up the kitchen and left. When the husband returned with his new girlfriend, all was bliss for the first few days. Then slowly, the house began to smell. They tried everything; cleaning, mopping and airing the place out. Vents were checked for dead rodents and carpets were steamed. Air Fresheners were hung everywhere. Exterminators were brought in to set off gas canisters,during which they had to move out for a few days,and in the end even paid to replace the expensive wool carpeting. Nothing worked. People stopped coming over to visit. Repairmen refused to work in the house. The maid quit. Finally, they could not take the stench any longer and decided to move. A month later, even though they had cut their price in half,they could not find a buyer for their stinky house. Word got out and eventually even the local Realtors refused to return their calls. Finally, they had to borrow a huge sum of money from the bank to purchase a new place. The ex-wife called the man and asked how things were going. He told her the saga of the rotting house. She listened politely and said that she missed her old home terribly,and would be willing to reduce her divorce settlement in exchange for getting the house back. Knowing his ex-wife had no idea how bad t he smell was,he agreed on a Price that was about 1/10th of what the house had been worth,but only if she were to sign the papers that very day. She agreed and within the hour his lawyers delivered the paperwork. A week later the man and his girlfriend stood smiling as they watched the moving company pack everything to take to their new home.... including the curtain rods. My dog is a year old. He is a german sheppard and lab retriever mix. He is very hyper and loves to chase other dogs and play. He even entertains himself by throwing his toy across the yard and going and getting them. How can I get him to fetch a ball? i put a stupid status on facebook saying i wonder where my knight in shining armour is all i seem to get is retards in tinfoil and the next day he removed me from his facebook page for no real apparent reason. i sent him a text message a few days ago asking him is there a problem and he hasn't bothered to respond back. i thought he liked me and i heard from a friend of his that he did and that always talks about me. and when i text him even when he was working he'd still text me back. i met this guy through a friend and chatted a few times on nights out. we have kissed each other a few times and one night during a friends birthday party we were both got a bit drunk and ended up sleeping together. he use to send me messages on facebook asking me am i going out. but sometimes on nights out he ignores me. i met him out on two separate nights out and he never spoke to me. he spoke to everyone else in the group and completely blanked me even though he sent me a message on facebook earlier that day asking me am i going out. he said to me on facebook 'you must fancy me' so he knows i like him. he also sent me a text message one day asking me when is he going to get another kiss and asking me if i wanted to meet up for fun or go for a drive with him and telling me we can sleep together again some other time if im interested.

Most people consider love to be a feeling. This is wrong. Society has pounded it into our brains that love is how a person makes us feel and is self-indulgent to ones own desires. Theyve told you that everyone has a soulmate, when in fact this is wrong. Let me explain why so many relationships are falling apart, on a Biblical stand point. All humans and animals have emotions. These emotions keep us from using our brains and keep our focus on ourselves and how we FEEL. People get married because of how they feel for one-another or because someone makes them FEEL a certain way. This is not what love is all about, and as a result many marriages and relationships fall apart. When you focus on how someone makes you feel, you are setting yourself up for a disaster relationship. No man and no woman can ever fulfill the desires of your heart, and there is not one perfect being out there who ever will. Arguments are based on what? Feelings; how the other person has made you feel, two people bickering over how they feel is ridiculous, and every word that is said separates each other. When you are cheated on, you focus on how YOU feel, therefore everything starts to revolve around you and yourself, and this is exactly what selfishness is all about. When you become selfish, you can no longer love someone, and this is where most relationships step off. Divorce rates are high because someone decides they are not happy, and consider their feelings above the other persons. If we all decided to love one-another and stop focusing on ourselves, things might start looking upward. So then you ask yourself, how do I love? What is love? 1 Cor 13:4-7 "4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres." Because love is a choice, there can be no such thing as a soulmate. That is a pagan belief, that everyone gets another person all to themselves, which is very self-indulgent. Love is not logical. Its loving someone even when they dont deserve it, and instead of focusing on how you feel, love focuses on how the other person feels. True love is called agape: unconditional love. And because none of us are perfect, we need Gods love, and that is the only love that will ever complete you. Unless a person is completed in Christ, they cannot possibly give you the love you need. They will always fall short. People need to stop complaining about their relationships. Do you realize how foolish it sounds to complain about the person you CHOSE to be with? Your only response is that they have made you FEEL this way, whether they always made you feel this way or not, it is selfish and stupid to consume your thoughts with how you feel. If we put aside our feelings, and become selfless, we can start using our brains and start loving others, not based on how you feel and how they make you feel, but based on how they feel.
