Ziebach County Farm Service Agency Update-June 16, 2011
This is our initial message to producers and partners that have requested e-mail updates from Ziebach County Farm Service Agency in South Dakota.
July 15, 2011 Crop Reporting Deadline Update-If you have not already done so, please stop by the office and pick up your 2011 maps so that you can review them and fill them our prior to your appointment.
Please notate the following information on your maps:
- Crop type and intended use.
- Planting date.
- Estimated acres if complete field was not planted or whole field was not planted to the same crop.
- Please note producer shares if all fields are not the same on the farm.
Please notify our office of any ownership or lease changes as they happen.
If you have not made an appointment or have missed your appointment and have completed planting your crops, please call and schedule an appointment to report your acres.
REMINDER: You are required to report ALL Failed Acres to the office; this includes NAP Crops and Crops covered by Crop Insurance, within 15 days of when a loss is apparent.
