So examples would be Genie from "Bloody Aladdin," the evil guy from the "Wishmaster" series, and Jeannie from "I Dream of Jeannie." A "selkie" in Celtic mythology, is a seal who sheds its pelt and can live on land as a human.

I'm going to start this back a couple years. A couple years ago I kept complaining of this pain in my head, like a hard pressure against my skull (all over my head, not just one particular area) and when I would stand up, sit down, or lay down I would get extremely dizzy and get this weird fuzzy feeling (it's kind of hard to describe). I don't really know how to say what it does to my vision because when I would get the weird feeling I could still see perfectly but there's just something that happens with my sight. I really don't know how to explain it, sorry. It wasn't because I was getting up too fast or moving too quickly (a nurse told me I may have been doing my movements too fast). I complained so much my Dr. sent me to get an MRI & I came out fine, no problems. So they prescribed me Immitrex. I would take it when I got the migraine but it never helped. Up until now I still get the occasional migraine (I no longer take Immitrex. I stopped a long time ago because it never helped the pain, it just knocked me out and I would wake up the same or worse) and I just dealt with it because it eventually passed in a couple minutes (sometimes a lot longer) and because the Dr. told me it was nothing. So what could I do if it was nothing? Okay, now here's my issue. For the past few days my migraine has increased in both pain and the time it lasts and how often it occurs. Normally I used to get the migraine once or twice a month. Now I've been dealing with it since around Sunday. I'm also experiencing the dizzy/fuzzy feeling but that only lasts about 5-10 seconds. Today the migraine has lasted all day & it's driving me nuts. As I type this my head is pounding. I feel like just sitting or laying down and doing nothing all day because when I move it hurts even more. I'm afraid to sit up after I type this because I know I'm going to get that weird dizzy feeling. Does anyone have any idea as to what could be going on? Is there really nothing wrong? I feel like my head is about to explode -_- I know I'm probably over-exaggerating but it couldn't be like a brain tumor or anything like that, right?

There's this guy I am seeing and I am "experimenting" with him sexually. We just did oral sex (and were really wild with that)...I don't know if I want to have vaginal sex with him at all. I am a virgin. So we were texting, and he said something like: HIM: "We have to get together again soon...it's building up now inside of me way too much"(meaning his need for sex) I said something which may have sounded really weird... My son is 2 1/2 and im having difficulties potty training him, he has used his potty 2/3 times since new year but that's it, He seems scared of the bathroom and if i move it to a different room he puts it back. He is happy to go in his nappy most of the time but if he has no trousers on he wont go in his nappy, he wants the nappy removed. He runs around like its hurting him to hold it in then will put pants on and go in them???? Please help- im getting alot of family members questioning why he isn't potty trained yet?? He is my only child.

I'm so sick how unfair this world is. I've had major confidence and self esteem issues ever since middle school. Now women are constantly rejecting me because of my height alone, not to mention that I'm also unattractive. I finally realize why it upsets me so much and how some people are happy being single and are so confident with themselves regardless of what people think about them. Unfortunately, I am not as strong as them for whatever reason. I need acceptance, I want people to like me, to accept me. It's probably due to my lonely childhood and current life. I have even considered joining the military, and when I think about it, one of the biggest reasons that makes me want to do this is so people will accept me for doing something good in my life. I just want people to accept me, I want friends, I want a girlfriend, but I have none of that and it seems I never will with how easily people reject me for such superficial reasons.

at the beginning of the dream i was in my university studying for exams or something and talking to professors ( i've never seen before). the university building wasn't familiar to me either but in the dream it felt so. the place kind of had an ancient indian vibe to it. the books i was reading also looked old. all of sudden i go out of the room and right in front of me a few paces away, i see a big temple. the only thing seperating us was this narrow lane. in the lane i see a procession of monks in orange robe. as i walk closer to it i see them carrying a dead monk who was wearing orange robes and had sandalwood paste smeared all over him. when i looked closely i see one of his eyes was half open and i immediately say " i think hes alive". the other monks say hes dead and ask me to go inside the temple, light these tiny lamps and bring it to them. the temple was huge and the inside of it was furnished in gold and had these tiny hand lit lamps everywhere. it had very tiny and slippery stairs. i wake up as soon as i take a tray of those lamps and start lighting them. i noticed that i seem to dream a lot regarding temples and monastries. but most of the time i only see priests and monks. i never see deities in them. its the second time this week that i dreamt of a temple. could someone explain this dream?

My father used to be a role model for me. He worked hard. He had a good job. He paid the bills and we went on vacations. Then about 6 years ago he started making bad choices. First he got a DUI. I remember that night perfectly because I was the only other one in the car with him riding in the passenger seat. That set our family back about 10,000 dollars in court fees and fines. Around the same time he was arrested for domestic violence to my mom. I also remember that night. That will also be one of the few nights I'll never forget ever. Because of that to this day I feel extremely uncomfortable watching domestic violence on television and especially first hand. He ran a landscaping business and made really good money. However after the DUI he lost his license and the company went under. About a year ago he found a decent job working for a catering company. He says he enjoys it but I just simply shrug I dont care. I am extremely disappointed in my father. I never ask him for some money for school or to go out because he never has any. I left for my second year of college in august thinking that when I came back for Thanksgiving I would see some change. There was none. My mom has diabetes but yet shes also working and she is definitely the one who holds the house (apartment) down. I live in a 1 bedroom apartment on the fourth floor with no lift. When my father comes back from work I tend to leave to go out with some friends, go to the gym, jog or go biking. My fathers birthday was a week ago. I made sure not to see him that day at all. I left the entire day. By the time I came back it had already past. He drinks on occasion by himself and comes back drunk. He doesn't abuse my mom because he knows that this time he'd never get out of jail but it is not a sight I like seeing. As I'm typing this right now he's sleeping on the couch. He's been sleeping on the couch since last year. Do I feel sorry for him? Very little. I guess this a little back story as to why I'm so disappointed in him,so upset with him and was wondering if he should get anything for Father's day besides an intervention.

I've been friends w/ this guy "Alex" for over a year & a half. My friend "Alicia" introduced us via text. The entire time, he's liked me & tried to get w/ me. For a few months, I told him I didn't want a boyfriend & that was true. However, I got into a relationship & almost 6 months later, we broke up. AS SOON as we broke up, Alex asked me out. I told him I wasn't ready for another relationship. Honestly, I don't like him that way & I don't think I ever will. He is constantly telling me he'll wait for me & that he hopes he wins over my heart one day. I recently told him that all that talk makes me uncomfortable & he stopped for a little while, but now he's started back up again. He recently became friends w/ Alicia again & he's decided he likes her. He wants to go out w/ her, but she told me that she thinks he's annoying & a whole bunch of other stuff. She was trying to let him down easily by saying she's not interested in dating anybody at the moment & won't be for a while, though he didn't seem to be getting the hint. He has started talking to my best friend "Michelle" & he told her that he wants to marry me. Also, he told her to keep it a secret (in order not to make things odd between me & him), but she told me anyway..he thinks he's fallen in love w/ me. Odd part is...if he was so in love w/ me, he wouldn't have tried to get w/ Alicia. I talked to Alicia about it & she said she thinks he's just desperate to be w/ somebody. What's your opinion on this? What's funny is I'm not sure about that because he used to be engaged & even when he was engaged & had somebody, he still flirted w/ me & told me he wished he could have me. Also, we've NEVER met in person. This is because he moves a lot & always lives too far & neither of us have a car. He has a job & is working to get a car & he said the first thing he wants to do when he gets a car, is come see me. He's almost 27, I'm 20. BTW, I haven't lead him on in any way. I try not to flirt w/ him & he has told my friends that he knows I don't see him that way.

I stole an iPhone from this guy that beat up my brother because if I beat him up then his mom will call the cops on me, and I want to remove his service and put my service on my new iPhone. I'd like to learn to use a hand-crank style sewing machine. I found one of the above-mentioned 3/4 size machines for sale and am wondering if that model is a good reliable workhorse. Can parts still be found for it? I know Singer still sells parts for some of the old machines, but for a 3/4 sz hand crank I don't know. Okay, so my iPod touch will not play through my stereo! It will play for a few seconds then switch and play through my iPod, and my volume keeps screwing up.. I dont think it has anything to do with the stereo it's just my iPod with problems. Why is it whenever I have a friend and their boyfriends have friends that want to go on a double date and wants their girlfriends to hook them up with someone, why do they always come to me first? normally im a peaceful and well mannered person. but when i was at the canucks riot, i saw cars burning, fights, people breaking glass,blood, riot police, and many other things. i didnt breaky anything, hurt anybody, or stole anything. i just stood and looked with a smile. for some reason i enjoyed the riot. the adrenaline, the noise, and the crowds of people clashing into riot shields. looking back at it now, i feel ashamed of myself. i should have known better than to cheer on the chaos and destruction. why did i enjoy the riot? even though i knew, deep down inside, it was wrong.

I am trying to increase the output on my scooter charging system. I have a 6 pole stator installed that I was thinking about rewinding to a 3 phase stator. right now it's wound as a single phase stator. will I gain anything by rewinding it into 3 phase? The scooter is a 08' Genstar with a gy6 150 cc engine.
