Can't they include the sugar in the Kool Aid, then you just poor the packet in an empty 2 liter bottle and your done, instead you have to also poor a pound of sugar in it too, why can't they make the packets cost 30 cents instead of 20 cents and include the sugar.

I'm 19 years old and was pulled over for speeding in a routine traffic stop. The officer came to my window, asked for license and registration and I gave it to him. He then asked where I was going and I responded truthfully "My friends lakehouse". He then asked me to step out of the car so I did, and he asked me if I had had anything to drink. I said no, which was the truth. He then asked if I had any "dope" in my car to which I also said no, which was a truthful answer. He then asked to search my vehicle and I denied him- first off because he had no reason to and second because I had a case of beer in a black backpack in the trunk of my Ford Escape. Because I denied him a search of my vehicle he decided to call the k9 unit in, saying they would be here in 5 minutes. It took the k9 unit 20 minutes to arrive and when they did arrive they circled around my car sniffing. My driver seat window was still open from the stop and the dog put his head in their and smelled. They circled around the car, and the k9 handler claimed that the k9 had positively sniffed drugs in my car although it had been approximately 6 months since any sort of substance was in my car. The handler said the k9 had sniffed it on the driver side door of my vehicle, where the window was open and also where my view of the dog was obstructed, although I could see him sniffing inside my vehicle. The police then searched my entire car and found the case of beer and I was issued an MIP. The officer then said, "well now you know your car smells like marijuana". Do I have any case here? Can the dog sniff inside the window of my vehicle? How did the officer know the dog picked up a marijuana scent? Is there a limit on how long a traffic stop can be? Does me not having anything the k9 "smelled" in my car help my case? Can the police search for anything they want when their probable cause is the "smell" of drugs from a k9? Can the police search throughout the car and not only where the k9 "sniffed" the substance? Would the police make up a k9 smelling something just to search my car? Can the officer call the k9 unit whenever he pleases and still detain me?

Hello A girl recenly moved to my area and she wont leave me alone (now i dont want to hurt her feelings and im sure people will think i am exaggerating but im not) She started texting me which is reasonable as i am always ready to welcome someone new but she wouldnt stop like every 30 mins 'Hi WUU2' i started to say stuff like 'sorry im to busy to talk' then she started to knock for me every night after school but heres a scheduele of my week Monday- Homework Tuesday- Rugby training (School) Wednsday- Grandma's house/Local team training Thursday- School rugby game Friday- Crusaders Rugby League home game Saturday- Dads house/Golf Sunday- Local Team game so basically im fully booked and then she asked me what seat and stand i was in and lo and behold she was in the next seat so luckily there were a few free seats next to my mate (he has a season ticket) so i sat there. If you looked at my facebook all there is for 3/4 of page 1 is off her. She Puts pressure on me like saying please come out and she definetly fancies me but i only like her as a friend but she has been hurt by men before and i feel horrible turning her down but i dont love her. But she is obsessed with me and wont leave me alone please help me out!

Hi, I am an 11 year old girl and I have gone through puberty. My friend Rachel and I are going to Six Flags America and my period is due on the days I will be there. My period is due exactly on the days i will be there ( i know because i check my period date on my calender), Rachel and i will be going on water rides and water slides but i cant because i am not allowed to use tampons. I told her i would go with her because she has a ticket for me, I have never gone to great america and i really want to go! It seams like to period ruins everything. I have talked to my mom and told her that she will have to plan around my period if we go on water slides and water stuff, she just says "you are too young for tampons and the doctor says they are bad for you. I guess if there is water you wont be able to go. End of discussion.". It is really get me mad because whenever i wear a pad it feels like I am wearing a diaper, i have had my period for about 4-7 months now. She also says " You cant wear tampons til you have sex" witch i find totally unfair and stupid. What should i do? I really wanna go to six flags with Rachel and i really wanna use tampons! Please help! Thanks!

I tried to get the free games but it just sort of deleted the option for me. I was getting 2 errors every couple times ive tried to go around the PSN store so i would hit O to go back then try again, it eventually works but i tried to get a free games so i got the thing i was told i had to download to get a game then i tried to get Dead Nation but it gave me an error so i backed out, after multiple tries i backed out past the game options where it gave me the options to get the Free Game 2, Free PSP Game 1, etc.. but the free game 1 had disappeared which made me mad so i tried with game 2 but the same thing happened and now they're both deleted with me having no Free Games. I have no idea what to do and i was just wondering if i got gypped out of those games or if there is some way to get them

I live in the U.S. and have sent a package to a city in the middle of Mexico. It's been 2 weeks since since I have shipped it and there hasn't been any update on the tracking number. The package was the size of a standard DVD case. Do packages normally take this long to ship from U.S. to Mexico? I'm worried because this is my best first time doing international shipping on Ebay.

I am 17 years old, 5'5" 173 lbs. I have been on a diet for 3 weeks...and I haven't lost a single pound. According to many sites, it says I need about 2500 calories a day...well I've been eating 1500-1800 a day, and for breakfast I'm having a bowl of cheerios with non fat milk, a healthy Kashi bar, and some water...for lunch, I'm having a reduced-fat peanut butter sandwich on 100% wheat bread, an apple, and 24 Special K wheat thins... then around 3 PM I have a bowl of Special K cereal with non fat milk..then for dinner it's different everyday, but also I eat some nuts later on..I try to eat healthy as much as possible...and I take a 30-60 minute walk 5x a day..and I do a 45 minute bike ride in a gym 2x a week, and 20-30 min walk on a treadmill, and 5 minutes to warm up on a cardiovascular "rowing" arms and legs machine... Why am I not losing weight? I am so upset... I want to lose 10 pounds by July.

Do ye prefer Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl, Dead Man's Chest, At World's End, or On Stranger Tides (which is in cinemas now)? Tip for those who haven't watched the newest sequel, watch the 2D one as there isn't much of a difference and the screen gets too dark at times, and the 3D film confuses it a lot more. Hopin' the Pirates of the Caribbean 5 will be able to come out soon, But 'till then, Drink up, me hearties, yo ho!

Hi everyone - Back when I graduated high school in 2004 I went to a university. I passed 3 classes (with C's) and failed the rest. Plus I had a TON of W's. (withdraws) Anyway I got kicked out of the university. I was just too irresponsible and didn't care about school. I went to work and did very well. My first job I ended up promoted twice in two years. Went on to be a technician at a major telecom. Eventually I found out the lack of the degree prevented me from moving up in my career. So anyway 18 months ago I decided to go back to college and enrolled at a local community college. So here I am today 18 months later and I just graduated with an Associate of Arts degree and have completed 25 college classes. I went all out on it and even took summer and winter classes. I have a 3.54 GPA out of 4.0. So three days from now I am going back to the same state university that kicked me out several years ago to take two summer classes on the road to earning my bachelors degree. All of a sudden I am in a panic now. I keep thinking I am going to fail out again and that everything will go to hell. I suppose I think this because I had such a horrible time the first time I went. Am I just being paranoid? Or is there a chance the university will just be that much more difficult than community college and I actually will fail out again?

Okay so I have been talking to this girl for 2 weeks,, We txt every night for about 2-6 hrs, I even did a yoga class with her! Then I asked her out on sunday for this next weekend, she said yes... Then she txt me monday saying I can't do anything this weekend, of course I was upset, but I was nice and she said thanks so much for understanding. I didn't talk to her tue and then wed rolls around and I see her at the gym.. She smiles and says hey are you doing yoga today? My ex and I took our little girl on a camping trip (we try and do family things even after our divorce). Anyway, the ex and I walked through some Poison Ivy. We only had a single shower set up, and we were itchy as heck, so we decided To shower together. Anyway, she was washing my back, and when I turned to face her I was cracking a Force 10 fattie. Seriously, I am not attracted to my ex anymore, but because she has always loved my huge rod she thinks I wanted her. Has bluntly stated parent 2 is not needed. Has never allowed child to participate in events with parent 2's family unless they happened on 2's time Talks with child about court proceedings and encourages child to spy for parent 1 Filed false abuse charges against parent 2 and spouse. Attempted restraining order against parent 2's spouse. All charges dropped and parent 1 held in contempt. Parent 2: Does not have custody. Has more than standard visitation, though. Works full time, but 5am-2pm so could be with child every weekend and after school. Lives in 3 bedroom house with spouse and other child. Child has her own bedroom and stable home. Encourages child to love both parents. Helps child make gifts for parent 1. Lets child put up pictures of parent 1 on her bulletin board. Has never broken the order. Has never been in trouble with the law. Feels strongly that child needs counseling to help her work through her feelings in a safe place Happily rearranges schedule to allow child to participate in events with parent 1's family Has never discussed court with child except when child expressed extreme fear due to things 1 had said Keeps in frequent contact with Guardian to provide updates and copies of text conversations discussing child. Threw up a little blood? Today I'm 8 weeks pregnant and have been having terrible morning sickness. Earlier I threw up violently, and towards the end I saw there was like 2 little strings of blood in my saliva. Should I head to the ER or will I be okay? I remember my 11th month old used to throw up at night and he threw up blood and we took him to the ER and they told us that everything was okay. That he had thrown a little bit of blood because he had been throwing up a lot and had irritated his throat.

I read not long ago some articles about people hurting and torturing animals. I have been thinking about starting a non-profit organization to help people who abuse, torture and kill animals but I get concern for the well being of these people. Aside from pointing out fingers calling people sick and what not what can we do to help these people?

So we have a group of four moving from Fort Worth Texas to Los Angeles to attend school and I was looking around apartment and housing lease prices and im torn on which I should do .. minimum wage in Texas is 7.25 and apparently minimum wage in Cali is 8.00 ..that being said I was looking for some apartments in Cali based on Texas minimum wage somewhere around 800-1600 a month cause I just forgot but we have experience ans whenever we DO find a job over we believe we can get a even nicer apartment around 1500-2400 .. problem is I found some houses that are around the same price. Which should I take?What else should I consider living wise when I move to Los Angeles? Anyone with experience have any advice on this stuff? Thanks in advance!
