Whoever wantonly or recklessly (carelessly) engages in conduct that creats a substantial risk of serious bodily injury or sexual abuse to a child or wantonly or recklessly fails to take reasonable steps to alleviate such rish where there is a duty to act........ The story A person was driving away from a kid 5-7mph because the kid wasnt listening, so the person was just gonna try to scare the kid who wasnt listening. Like if a kids not listening acting up and not getting in, pretend to drive of so they will get in. So when the kid starts running up to the car, and the person tells the kid "go on the other side" and the kid doesnt listen and keeps running on the side, and so the person accelerates "UNAWARE" that the kid would end up grabbing the door even after that person said "come on the other side of the car" and so the kid gets dragged alittle and gets hurt, that person stops the car imeditally and rushs the kid to the hospital. So a lawyer could fight this like this right? Part 1. Whoever wantonly or recklessly engages in conudct that greats a substancial risk of bodily injuries... Well that person did not carelessly engage in it.. If would be something totally diffrent if it had to do with joining a fight or something that you know will result in injury, but a person driving off from a kid doesnt creat a risk of serious injury. The part where it says "when a person is aware of, and disregards the risk" Well that person was not "AWARE" that the kid would grab the door . Its not like the person knew it was gonna happen, so technically he did not disregard anything. It was just a horrible accident which the person feels ashamed about.

Well, I have a 5 year old daughter called Rosie-May. She was potty trained at about 3.5. But over the last 2 weeks these things have happened. - She was in line for a mega ride out our theme park and she just pooped herself. - Then, we went out as a family and whilst we were there, she wet all over herself. - Then at the park on the swing, she peed all over the swing. - The day after that, she was at school and peed in the corner of the room and all her friends laughed at her. - The day after that, she was asleep by her older brother and she managed to poop and pee all over him and he was disgusted. - Then, she was at a party and she peed on the stage whilst dancing. These have been the most unusual accidents and this is not like her. She has also sat in my boyfriends car and peed all over the seat. She doesnt wear diapers or pull ups. She doesnt tell us when she needs to go. We take her to the toilet every 30 minutes. And she does'nt go. And then 10 minutes later, she pees or poops herself? Please Help ? Thankss?

yeah so recently i've had an up and down weight and now i'm roughly 7st 6 pounds and 5ft 1. I've been losing weight but out of nowhere i got love handle D: i don't understand how it happened but it is from a fatty diet maybe? or that my exercise has slowed down? I'm just about to restore my hard drive to factory defaults, which would require a new operating system. What operating system would be a best fit for an average PC? I have heard it's possible some how to get Apple OS X on to a PC, but I'm not exactly sure how. If you know how to, I would love to hear it. If not, then I would prefer it if you just gave a suggestion for a good operating system. At the moment I am using Windows 7, on a 32-bit PC, but Windows 7 kinda gets annoying sometimes, and I heard that downgrading to an earlier operating system can enhance the speed of your computer, so if I were to do that, what would be the best to go down to? (E.G. 98, 2000, XP, ect.) I'm not entirely sure Linux is the best way to go, but if you have a good argument to change my mind, then I'm all ears! Thanks in advance :D

I just noticed that my baby no longer has hair any hair in front of his ears (sideburns?). There was hair there before; I want to say yesterday, but I wasn't keeping much of an eye on it, so I'm not 100% sure that it wasn't missing then. But what would be the reason and will it grow back? He's 6 weeks old. It's missing more on his left side, and I tend to feed him more with my left hand (hold the bottle with my left hand --> lay his head in my right arm --> left side of head sits against chest)/ Also, when I go to burp him, I lift him up and l put his head on my shoulder...he's been pretty fussy lately about giving up the bottle for that minute, and he rubs his head (both sides) on my shoulder. Could these be the reasons? Should I change these holding positions in some way to prevent it? Is this normal? Will it grow back?

Okay well me and boyfriend have been going out for 9 months. We had our first kiss in April, He made the first move:) it was really nice. This is the first time I've used this Yahoo Answers thing so bear with me. This isn't a math problem I've been assigned or anything. So my flight instructor said the plane I'm transitioning to can glide about 1.5 miles for every 1000ft it descends. I could look up the glide ratio or something, but I'm curious about if it's possible to calculate the glide descent in feet/min. The glide speed is about 80mph. so for every 1.5 miles you travel 80 mph, you lose 1000ft. Is there a way to calculate the descent speed? i can probably provide more info if you tell me what it is that needs to be provided. Thanks so much[:
