heyy guys, so I'm 13 and I've decided to take acting classes :) Next week I'm going to the acting class and I'm going to be interviewed. Its not like a audition or anything, its just a normal interview. And i was wondering what sort of questions I'll be asked. Also, should i like practice on what to say and that sort of stuff? I know I'm over reacting because its just a interview but i don't what them to get the wrong impression that I'm not taking it seriously. I want acting to be a part of my career: i want to become an actress. So i want to show them I've got something special and that I'm going to take it very seriously and do whatever it takes. First of all she's 2.75 years old. It seems that she doesn't want me to teach her!! It's crazy because sometimes I wonder how will she ever learn if she wouldn't even let me finish what I have to say or let me finish what I have to do and she'll grab it right away to do it herself along with telling me .. "just stay away from me. I wanna do this by myself".. I know that it's a good thing that she wanna be independent but the thing is, sometimes I think she has listen first. My point is, it seems that those things that I don't really teach her, she's so good at them.. such as making up songs (I mean her own lyrics and tones).. this activity would cover probably 80% of her whole day's activities. If she would ever just use the tone of a song she already knew with her new lyrics.. it has to fit perfectly with the rhythm or she'll probably wave her voice to make a word fit w/ the rhythm (one time, she had to correct me.. ).. so this is it?? if i just leave her alone she's better? and also, one time, i asked her if she can just do her puzzle since i'm a bit busy.. at first she didn't wanna do them.. but then, when I told her.. "that oh!! dr. dj, nina and star's body pieces are all over the place.. i think they need to be put all together.. nina needs her arms and legs.. etc.." only then, when i told her this.. she started doing them, and when she's done, she moved on the next set and next set and on and on... (these are 15-20 pieces) ... again point is, she wouldn't get interested into doing them unless if she thinks they're hurt or got a 'boo boo' and she (as a pretend doctor) has to help them feel better.. is she an intrinsically motivated one?

I live in uk and orig tv is freeview/sky but i normally watch chinese channel in which i have the chinese channel boxes for and i come back late from work so i record it on video tapes but now i want to use these recorders. Only thing drawing me back is that i am wondering can it record the like scart? i know it can record freeview etc but i want to know if it can record eg AV1 or scart 1 not the sky tv only. like they all say they can record freeview etc but i dont want to ercord freeview i want to record whats coming from like another source which is a foreign channel box and not a uk based one.

I have 2 stepdaughters, a 14 year old and a 10 year old. My fiance and there mom split up the oldest was 5 and the youngest was 1. I met my fiance when the girls were 8 and 4 years old, me and the youngest hit off when we first met, we are pretty close and if anything happens at school or anything she phones me or tells me. My 14 year old and me do not have a close relationship, we argue all the time and i hate it, i want a nice steady relationship with her but she hates me, she is more of a mummy's girl and stands up for her mum all the time which is understandable, our relationship got even more worse after me and her dad had children together and got engaged, she thought i was trying to take him away from her and her younger sister which i am not! i love those 2 girls like my own. Me and her dad are getting married in the middle of september, the 2 girls, mine and her dads daughter of our own and my 2 sisters who are bridesmaid. My 14 year old is refusing to be my bridesmaid, she will not come to any of the dress fittings with me and hasn't even tried her bridesmaid dress on yet, she is refusing to come to the wedding and even if she does she said she will sit at the back of the Church and not speak to anybody. I was re-playing III gen with a friend, and when I finished it I was thinking about migrating my team to V gen, but I want to know how that affects the Pokémon. Does migrating affect the EV points that it still has to convert into stats, or will the EV points just stay the same? Also, in the III gen, there were no characteristics yet, but those were introduced in IV gen. If I migrate Pokémon to V gen, will they get a characteristic, and if so, will that be based upon something or will it be random which one they'll get? Also, I know that when I migrate them to IV (Diamond/Pearl), I'll have to catch them again in a Park Ball in Pal Park. Will the Pokéball with which I caught the Pokémon initially change to a Park Ball on their summary, or will it stay a Pokéball? I'd just like some clarification on these things before I start migrating and mess up my Pokémon. Thanks in advance!

Just saw this on the BBC website: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-berkshire-14136570 My personal opinion is its crazy and highly indicative of our over cautious, over paranoid society. Its like getting all your teeth pulled so you don't develop gum disease in the future. Or even, removing your eyes so you don't have to see your face grow old. I know, I know, that's a bit of an exaggeration but you get my point. Medical statistics are probably the most inaccurate statistics known to man as they are constantly proven wrong and until we FULLY understand everything about the human body people should remember they are an individual and not a statistic. While this women on the BBC website may have self-less motives, (thinking of her kids) I can't help think this is ill-advised and wrong. I just hope this preventative surgery doesn't start to become a trend in society. Whats your thoughts on this subject?

I like this guy(We went to same school for 3yrs. I didnt talk to him bcoz im shy but then started talking to him from the last 2months of his 3years stay here), we chat everyday for 5hrs on msn from march. He went to toronto(in canada) in may for 2yrs. He said indirectly that he likes me and finally i told him i like him. But then he said he considers me as a friend. So i asked why he said he liked me before. He just said sorry to hurt me. I asked him if he could try it to see if he likes me, he said he'd try sincerely. Last week he went to quebec city(in canada only) to visit his friends. So we couldnt chat for a week, as his friend with whom he's staying has no internet connection. My crush has internet on his mobile, but he was very busy so he just sent me an offline message twice asking how i am and if i was studying well. Today is his birthday. I actually wanted to wish him first but thought it was not possible because he cant come online. Yesterday at 10pm, i was on fb, and he was online too and sent me a msg on fb chat to sign in on msn so we can chat. He said he missed me so much because we didnt chat for a week and hence came online to chat with me and was on, via mobile. I said it'd be difficult for him to chat with me through mobile because typing would be hard. So he said:" Yeah its a little difficult but i want you to wish me first on my birthday, thats why we'll chat till 12 midnight and after you wish me, i'll go to sleep" I was happy! Then i asked why? Just to clarify, when I say "Chinese", I mean for all of Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, whatever. :) This includes Korean bands who sing in Chinese if you prefer! My answers are below. Best answer goes to the most detailed/the most interesting ;) 1. What's your favorite Chinese drama? ~Autumn's Concerto (Taiwanese), mostly because it made me cry several times haha 2. What's your favorite drama OST? ~The Autumn's Concerto soundtrack was sooo fitting, but it got a little boring after a while. I would say the Mars soundtrack was the best so far! 3. Who is your favorite actor/actress? Why? ~Zhang Han. He's an actor from Mainland China, and I feel like he has a lot of potential. He puts a lot of emotion into his acting, it looks like he's sincere. Sometimes I have to remind myself he's just acting! How did they get from this step the the next one. log(base2) [(x-6) (x-4)]-log(base2)x=2 log(base2) {[(x-6) (x-4)]/x}=2 in the second one they got rid of the -log(base2) and ended up with (x-6) (x-4) all being divided by x and I don't know how.
