Seems a lot of the problems around the budget is tax cuts, evasions, etc. Taxing the rich and spreading the wealth to the crack heads... I mean "poor". Wouldn't a Flat tax on everyone straight across the board just make things a little easier and seem more fair? Obviously there must be a problem with the concept or it would have already been done. But what's the problem with a Flat Tax?

There's this guy in my grade, and ever since I locked eyes with him in 7th grade, I've liked him. We go to a really small school, like less than 100 kids per grade. Ever since we locked eyes, we always stare at each other in class and lock eyes. I know we have chemistry, as weird as that sounds. Whenever I talk to him, I can't help but smile and he's always smiling too. A few of my friends who don't know I like him have always told me: it's really cute whenever you guys talk. You both look really happy." Only thing is, he hangs out with very mean and popular people, some of which don't like me. I'm not completely at the bottom, but I'm not popular either. I was planning to have my party on the 21st of June. I had planned a pool party in my back garden with a BBQ, etc. However, the weather right now is terrible, and the predicted weather for the 21st is cold and heavy rain, so I can't do the pool party. I have a week to come up with a new party idea. I'm having around 8 guests, and it needs to be small and relatively inexpensive, but fun. I can't rearrange it as after that, most of my friends are going on holiday, and I'll be spending most of August visiting relatives. I live in England, if that helps with any ideas. Please help, any tips or ideas is much appreciated :D

In phosphorus determination I use a spec. The thermo evolution 160. It has a carousel and at the 6,7,1 and 2 positions only, negative values are obtained. I cleaned the cuvettes, redid blanks and did it over. Same results. This occurs only on some days, on others I get positive readings at the same positions. Help!

I have been a competitor all my life, and see that racing enduro's is something I want to do. I am 5'7" 46 yrs old and I have been riding motorcycles since I was 9. I have never raced motorcycles of any kind, but I used race mountain bikes for years in both x-counrty and downhill. I am looking to purchase a used enduro bike before seeing how far I want to get into this sport.

i was recently on my driving test and i was asked to park up at a safespot so i have done that i was then told to move off again so after performing a 6 point check i noticed that cars were approaching me so i indicated right (as i was parked on the right hand side of the raod and i need to go straight on) as i have seen cars were appraoching i indicated and i saw another car let me go by flashing their beams at me so i safely pulled off, as i got to the driving centre the guy told me i had failed becuase i indicated while pulling off. i got angry becuase i know that you have to indicate while pulling off and saw that in the driving booklet rule 159 says that you are allowed to use indicators when nessasary yet the test guy said i am not allowed to use them while pulling off and my instructor said the same thing. i had rang up dsa and they said that i was allowed to use my indicators while pulling off.. anyone know why i got failed for using indicators while pulling off after another car flashed me and let me go infront?

My sister is 17, and im 15 almost 16. Okay so she always bosses me around when my dad isn't around and calls me fat and ugly and always says i only have one sister (which shes talking about the oldest one) I ignore her of course. If i didn't do my dishes she yells at me and tells me im lazy, and im always in my bedroom. It's true i am b/c im tired of hearing her making fun of me. I tryed telling my dad but he doesn't believe me and or really care. Like today we were driving to school(Summer school) and she said my eyes hurt, and i said okay wear your glasses then. Then she went physco on me calling me fat and ugly and i just said shes bi polar, she said when we get out of the car shes gonna hit me and she did in front of everyone. Then after class she waits by my classroom and i just kept walking then she came up to me all nice. And shes takking all my friends. It's so annoying.I'm just tired of her shit this been going on for so long, everytime i ignore her or try to talk to her she tells me to shut up and stop being annoying. I don't know what to do anymore. Everytime i try to talk to her or my dad feels like they don't care. like im the odd one out i just want to run away. I dont want to be on this earth. Any tips?

There is this guy at my college that I like and I think he likes me. I was talking to him one day and I told him I am going to Europe for a few weeks. He let me borrow his iPod on the trip. I was flattered by his offer and accepted. When I got back I messaged him saying I am back and for him to let me know when he wants the iPod back. He said he is going back home to rest. He said wants to hear about my trip. He said : "we can meet up next week if you like." It is now 2 weeks without hearing from him. Is there something wrong ????? Please explain what is going on. Is it normal to feel really happy at the beginning of a relationship, then as the relationship progresses, to start feeling differently and questioning if the person you're with is the one for you? The reason I'm asking this is because I've noticed a trend in my past few relationships; I would be so happy and in love at the beginning, then as time went on I began to start doubting our relationship, and questioning whether or not it was something that I really wanted. This happened many times throughout my relationships-I didn't know what I wanted one second, then the next second I did. I just felt like I was indecisive. Hoping that the feelings of indecisiveness would go away with time, I've noticed that they've come back in my current relationship. I've been with my boyfriend for about 7 months, and things have been great. He's completely different from anybody I've ever been with, or even talked to, and things were absolutely amazing for the longest time. I had never felt so happy with somebody else. However, over the past week or so, I've noticed that I'm starting to question our relationship, just like I've done in the past and it's driving me absolutely crazy. I have what I call an "inferiority complex", where sometimes I feel like I'm not good enough for the person I'm with, and that they should be with somebody better. I sometimes feel like I'm mistreating the person I'm with, even when I'm doing nothing wrong, and that I'm being selfish by keeping them to myself. The feelings will go away for a little bit, but end up coming back eventually. I've done a lot of research over the past year or so, and discovered that there are different stages of relationships-the honeymoon stage, the power struggle stage, and so on. I know that the honeymoon stage normally lasts between 6 months-a year, and that once the couple enters the power struggle stage, they can begin to doubt the relationship, and often wonder why they're with the other person. Do you think that perhaps I'm already in the power struggle stage? And if so, how long is this going to last? Any advice or help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

So i screwed up badly this time in rekindling our relationship. We were to hangout the other night, and she ended up having to stay late at work cus a kid flipped out. so i was driving around town and eventualy parked to lay down in my truck and listen to music, except it were about block from her gated community. i remember seeing two cars pull up in a well lit up alley across the street from the gated community, a bit later while laying down i head a loud screech of a car driving fast and the other driving normal, the normal one was my ex. i say her by accident and in the moment i got furious because i felt she would rather hang with someone else than me. i asked her about it and now she knew i saw her leave. they were only there slightly, and she called me and explained that it was a coworker and they were talking about what had happened. and i believe her now cus if they were doing somethin it wouldnt be in a well lit up spot, by her house and right next to where cops always hangout. it was none of my business anyways. she has told me repeatedly that if she was looking to move on, she would tell me, and that it definitely is not the case. we were together for 2 years, and i really love this girl. we are in our mid twenties so we are not young love. i sincerely apologized for deep within me, and owned my mistake. i explained that it was the wrong spot to park, and that i am not stalking her 24/7 or anything like that, that it was a huge mistake on my part. iknow this isnt helping us and is only worsening it. i told her i would leave her be til she feels okay to talk or see me. we both agreed that it were scary of me to do something like that, bcus it was unlike me. is there any way i can earn her respect with out being overbearing??? should i leave her be, and wait these days for her to text me??? iknow if she does give me the chance, i have to start from square one to regain her respect. and i am willing to if she is one day.

Well im a senior and im 17 years old, and earlier this week my mom reluctantly said yes, I was excited and today he was going to order the tickets online today, and i tell my mom that, and she says she doesn't feel comfortable with it.
