In 2008 i got into a motorcycle-car collision *i was on the motorcycle* the accident happened on an uncontrolled intersection i was west bound coming to the intersection and the guy i recked into was north bound, neither of us seen each other because of a very large tree obstruction on the side of a mans yard. As law has it in my state *WYOMING* If 2 people come to meet at an uncontrolled intersection the person to the right of you has the right of was and the person to the left must stop. well the guy i hit was speeding about 20 miles over the speed limit, i got to the intersection, as he got to the intersection and his vehicle speeds right in front of me and i end up T-boning the car. The man gets out of his vehicle, pulls me out from under my bike and call the police *i suffered little to no damage by use of Motorcyclist saftey equipment. My motorcycle suffered damage to the engine, damage to the body and damage to the frame. The car suffered MAJOR passenger side damage. The cop finally shows up after bout 30 minutes of waiting, and starts to take our insurance information, and all the other info. Well come to find out the guy wzas driving on a suspended lisence, expired tags, and no valid proof of insurance. I had my VALID drivers lisence, my VALID tags but at the time i did not have teh right insurance form. as the cop is writing a ticket for me for no insurance my buddy pulls up, gives me the insurance paperwork and teh cop stops fillign teh ticket out, and tells me *here take this as a reminder to always have your needed paperwork on your vehicle* he issues the out of state man who has no valid lisence, insurance or tags his ticket. a few days later my insurance company calls me and asks for my info. then they ask me to bring my info in so they can make a copy of it. about a month later i get paper work in the mail saying that i didn't have any insurance during the time of the accident and i had to PAY for the damage to the mans car *which he shouldn't have been on the road at all in the first place.* I call and try to contact the guy to get his insurance info as well as my number *i had lost my insurance paperwork in the laundry along with all the other paperwork in my wallet.* the gu never answers his phone, never answers his mail so i had that to pass the liability, but then the WYDOT *wyoming department of transportation* says i had no insurance during the time of the accident. i then go back to my insurance company, and i find that the man CANCELED my insurance when i brought the paper work into him to he could "copy" it. the man was relocated not long after i brought my paper work in and they said they couldn't give me his contact info. The WYDOT then tells me that i have to hold a sr-22 for 3 years if i want my license. I was told my an old Supreme court buddy of mine that all i had to do to avoid the sr-22 was to wait a year with no license and i would have my driving privileges reinstated. well a year passes since my license expired and then WYDOT tells me i still have to carry the sr-22 for 3 years... Now i know if i didn't have insurance i would have gotten a ticket. If anyone looks at my record i have absolutely no tickets on my record, no violations, and no crimes. i called the officer that same year to find out what was going on and see if he could help me. the cop has no recognition of the accident, and says that he doesn't remember my name or the case. *pretty messed up for a cop huh* so my question to you is, do i have legal rights to sue the state of wyoming for harassment or pain and suffering or something to get my license back with out the sr-22? all i want is my freaking license back but the state of wyoming or the cops of cheyenne are trying to play with me. please any legal help would be awesome.

first a little background info. I'm in a 1.5 years and counting relationship with my amazing boyfriend who I love more than anything in this world. This is an important detail to remember throughout this dream, because in the dream is my best friend who is also a male. There's nothing going on between us, and NO, regardless of the dream's content I have no feelings for him. We'll call my best friend Oliver. Another important detail: the night before I was the last episode watching a show where two best friends declare their love for each other and kiss, then the main character gets on a bus. Afterwards I texted Oliver, then slept. Could this have something to do with it? So I was on the city bus with Oliver on the way to my house, something very normal for us. We watch movies at my house on occasions. The bus was packed full of people, the normal amount on this particular bus (which I ride in real life). Now, we were talking about something, what I don't remember, when all of a sudden Oliver looked into my eyes, leaned in and kissed me. It was just a normal, short kiss, but I remember in my dream that I wasn't fighting it. I don't recall what happened after that as I believe I woke up. What does this dream mean? Is it connected to my prior activities, or do I have subconscious feelings for Oliver? Oh, I'd never cheat on my boyfriend. NEVER. I just found it odd that this happened. I don't feel like I love or even have tiny feelings for Oliver now, which is why I find the dream odd. It didn't change how I feel at all, it just made me laugh a bit. Okay, so this guy would always stare at me, and when me and my friend said hi he said hi to her but just looked at me nervously.. Today we introduced ourselfs more, and we hung out with Alex (the guy) and his friends at camp. They are REALLY NICE. My best friend likes his friend, and I think he likes me back (the guy i like.) Thats what my friend keeps saying when I ask. It started today, when we went to lunch at lunch time at camp. We went to 7-11. At first he didnt really talk/look at me, untill we went out side from 7-11 and he asked me if I wanted his monster. I said yes and drank it<3. Then we went to the pizzaria, He went in to get pizza, and me and my friend were talking to them. Then he comes out, and we start talking about music, life, who we know..and hes SO FUNNY! When we got back to camp, we sat in the game room the whole rest of the time just talking, and then I was like "who wants to put their number in my phone?" and he goes 'me me me me!" <3 then in the gym, i was huggin every1 and i didnt get to him n hes like 'i want a hugg!' and i gave him one, tighter then the other people(;, and he asked me for like 4 more. i was soo happy.(; he invited us to go to a school with him, and his friends to watch them play basket ball. we wentt, and he kept askin me for hugs again<3 then his friend was like, screammo sucks. and im like no it doesnt. and hes like yeah no it doesnt. and his friend is like dude u said u hated it yeterday... I thought it was kinda sweett. but then sometimes after the hugs, he says 'ok im done'. but he hugs me really tightly and asks me a lot(; hes not likee this wiith otherr girllss! do you think he likes me backk??

im not completly sure of the day that my period was due but i thought it was a day two or late so i took a pregnacy test because ive been having the need to frequantly urinate the last few weeks and was scared i was preg. i got a negative results. i thought all was good and may it was just some other reason causing the water works problem and causing my period to be late......... but the next day(yesterday) i had what ive reseached to be what i think is spotting. i went to the loo and when i wiped i had like brown blood on the toliet role, i thought great finally my period so put a pad in. went allday and on the pad was only a tiny blodge of blood like a 5 pence coin amount. ive now woken up this morning feeling very sick... but i dont know if thats stress. my question is........ if i was pregnate would the pregnacy test likely have been postive if i took it the day before the spotting occurred? thanks.

I took the depo shot about 7 months ago & I was due for it 4 months ago & I never went back to retake it bc I didn't like how it made me feel. I've been off of it ever since & I was due for my period between the 7th-11th & it's now the 15th of (July). My periods have been fairly normal since then I was late once & that was right when I got off the shot. & I did have sex the whole entire time I was on it (which was about 3 months) but I didn't until right after I was suppose to get it redone. Well me & my fiancée have had sex about 3-4 times a week & we have never used any kind of protection. Its probably too soon to tell but I was wondering I could be pregnant. We have had sex recently & i still havent had any symptoms of my period & im wondering what should i do. I usually have bloating, my face breaks out, cramps, moods swings...etc & ive had NONE. I mean ive been nauseous but idk why? I was wondering if you could get pregnant after only one use of the shot. It's probably too soon to tell but I was wondering if any has been in my position or knows anything about what I'm going through. Anything will help. THANK YOU!<3

Basically I think he's cute, amazing, and fun to be around. He just got out of a two year or so relationship about.. 5-6months ago && is taking advantage of the freedom, I guess you could say. He seems like the type that says the same thing to every girl && treats them all the same. However, (when I lived with his bestfriend, a girl (one of my bestfriends#1) && her bf) he randomly wants me to go with him to get food, rent a movie, something from his house, someone to ride with him places. We never do anything on those trips, so idk why he asks me lol We've had sex 4 times and he makes me feel special everytime. Things that confuse me: He asked me to go to the hospital with him when he had strep. I did, waited for hours for him to get done. However while we were there he mentioned the nurse called him cute, tried to flirt with him, ect. (I guess he didnt believe me when I told him I wasnt the jealous type. I think it made him feel weird that I didnt care about the nurse thing) He brought girls over. They never had sex at my apt but he had some over. I would leave to go clubbing with other guys or just go hangout with other guys && he'd immediately talk to his bestfriend about other girls or how much he desired to get laid (never mentioned names with that statement, he just threw it out there) He'd always tell me to have fun and act weird about it. He could've easily been with anyyyy girl he hangs out with, but chooses to be with me.. He would aslways ask if I was with other people. He doesnt like when a girl is with more than two guys. Could that be because A: He simply doesnt like sluts. And he doesnt slut around that much either. -or- B. to comfort me. As in if I think he thinks it's a big deal to be with more than two people, then maybe I'll assume he's only with on ore two people, when he could be with more? He got mad at me for not cuddling with him and sleeping with him after the first time we had sex. He sounded more so sad/disappointed than mad, but I cant sleep when the suns up no matter how tired I am, I get re-energized when the suns up. (I'm weird I know.) He bragged to my bestfriend#2 that he was ready to see me and couldnt wait! He doesnt act that way when we hang out though.. (My bestfriend #2 was hooking up with my single roomate which is my hookups bestfriend-CONFUSING) I guess he sent it to her so she'd tell me and to also let me know that he doesnt care if people know about us. What does any of this mean? Is he straight up playing me? I feel like we're playing one big game of trying to get even. I feel like we'd have potential but I may have ruined it. He had trust issues with his ex and if I didnt go out with guys all the time he wouldnt have brought girls all the time. I didnt want him to think I liked him too quickly or become the clingy type, but looking back at it that may have been what he wanted at first..? Idk!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What does any of this mean?

I legally bought 10 songs to use in a video I'm making, and the audio track I'm using for it has all of those songs in a long hip-hop style mix. Since I bought them legally, and intend to use them for entertainment purposes only without trying to make money from it, can it be taken down by Youtube for copyright infringement if I uploaded it? I'm not familiar at all with copyright laws, but I've heard some sad stories about them. I also don't want to be fined thousands of dollars for one small decision.

I've been friends with this girl ever since i was little she's always been a lesbian. She's 31 and I'm 23. She moved away for awhile but then she came back. By that time i had moved out of the neighborhood. I found her on facebook i called her and we talked on the phone she called me a few times too. On facebook i would posted a status saying "like or comment my status asking me who i was talking about. I finally told her it was all about her i also told her i thought she was cute. If a sentient being with no emotion has the choice to exist or not to exist. Why would the being choose existence over non existence? Existence requires energy and is implausible. Remember, this being has no emotions including curiosity or any attachment to survival. We can think of this being as a conscious computer program. It would not care at all if it was permanently deleted. This follows to my next question. Why would a god choose existence over non existence? Would this require a god if one exists to be bound by some type of emotional protocol?

He is only my "brother" by marriage , so we are not actually related. l dont live with him either, but l see him every summer for about a month. It's as if I finally found a decent guy, but now his looks aren't good enough (I'm 19 and have only had one previous boyfriend btw). He's a gentleman, has a great personality and we have good conversations about all kinds of things. The ONLY reason I don't know if I could see myself dating him is because, when I look at him, I don't really have a desire to kiss him (or even yet sleep with him). It's not that he's ugly or hideous, but he's not someone I would look at and say "oh he's cute". Am I a bad person for thinking this? I do think looks matter a bit, but they aren't everything. What should I do? We've gone on two dates and I really like him as a person (he's someone I could date), but his looks are kinda so-so. Will his looks grow on me?

I usually choose the Paypal smart connect option when I buy things online so I don't have to pay with my actual credit card, usually after I get the bill in the mail I would pay in full. Though recently I've been choosing the option to just pay the minimum, but was wondering if they add interest over time? If they do, how much...?

Luc Ferry has a response I never cease to enjoy on this. He proposes that it is to be like the Devil depicted in Christianity: it is to posit evilness as an end and to wittingly and consciously endeavor to fulfill this end. A malicious person has no other or further purpose to which the wrong they do is subordinated: they are doing evil for the sake of doing evil. Now, the question here does not deal with this definition. It's the one I ask you to take and I ask it purely because I refer to this exact idea. The real matter is how human beings relate to it. So, here are 2 questions to answer. 1-The first question that is to be arisen regards Plato's theory: accordingly to him, men are not evil and every misdeed is a mistake due to the ignorance of the true Good. Ferry disagrees here... he argues that for there to be any value in a good will, there must be also the potentiality of its opposite, hence maliciousness. Tell me what is your take on this first matter. 2-The second question is what is the basis of this inherently immoral tendency? Is it an accidental feature - which would mean humans, in some instances (that is to say, specifically some people) are inherently bad? Or is it a social construction, meaning that it is grown somehow? To reply to the first case, we could use the argument made by Ferry and adapt it or take Peter Singer's argument on a consequantialist ethic. It would be like: how can we call them bad if they do not have the possibility of being any good? Singer says that morality or ethical theories cannot be something that is impossible to apply and Ferry proposed that it's the actualization of a potential state which made you either bad or good in your action. To the second point, we could oppose that every construction must have a basis. Somewhat like Aristotle argued on first principles and when eh refuted this philosopher I can't remember who supported that things were only change. So, the table is set for a discussion. Give your answers. The most significant effort will earn the ten points.

So a long time ago when my mom and I were staying with family in Washington we played a bunch of odd games like "Black magic" But one of the games was called "I pass this book to you" what you do is everyone sits in a circle someone starts by passing an imaginary book to the person on their right or left and they say, "I pass this book to you open(or closed). the the next person says I receive it _____ and pass it _____ well the point is you have to figure out how to pass the book. I can't remember how this game works and was hoping someone would know. anyone?
