The boy turns 17 tomorrow. [Fast Foward 1 Year.] The girl is 16 years old and the boy is 17 years old. The boy turns 18 tomorrow. On the boy's 18th birtthday they have sex. The girl still being 16 while the boy is 18. Legally, what could happen? Is it right or wrong? Does the law say they must break up / stop having sex now? Does the boy go to jail?

ok so my laptop got a lil weird and to fix it i put in the windows 7 disk and restored everything and started fresh, i went on steam and re downloaded all the games, but when i tried to install terraria and supermeatboy it says that it isnt able to run/even install it... wtf? so i went to the site called can you run it and now it says i have 0 video ram out of the 128 ram i need and 0.0 pixle shader out of the 1.1 i need and 0 vetex shader out of the 1.1 i need(this is for terraria) i used to have enough ram and pixle shader and vertex shader but now i cant run it at all, andopen up minecraft and log in it says Bad video card drivers and that it cant find a accelerated OpenGL mode. if anyone can help me i would really appreciate it thank you have any questions, ask and i will try to answer asap i just wanna play these games again------- pc noob

well i've researched a lot and people have been using some tea tree range products, but also recommend the seaweed range, more people get on with this range. i have sensitive, oily skin, mostly my t-zone and i have blackhead prone skin. i was going to get the tea tree products but the seaweed prouducts have far more better ratings and percentage of who would recommend them. have you ever used either and what would suite my skin type, i really really really badly want to get rid of my blackheads. they seem quite deep to me and pore strips don't work. i was thinking about buying from the seaweed range, the wash and exfoliator, do these help remove blackheads? and from the tea tree range the facial wash and blackhead exfoliator (which doesn't have good reviews)? maybe the tea tree facial wash and then a seaweed product? basically are the seaweed range good at removing blackheads?

I have 10 ear piercings in both of my ears right now, and I just added the 10th one 2 days ago. Its an industrial, but not your average one. It goes from my rook to (new) helix. My ears normally swell a lot whenever I have my rook messed with (had my rook since August of last year) I told my piercer that I needed my bar to be longer because I was going to have bad swelling. He decided to bend the custom length bar for me so that'd fit inside of the ear better and would be easier to heal because it wouldn't catch on clothing as much. My barbell is beginning to indent the helix part of my ear (ball is sunk in lower than the rest of the ear, looks like its somewhat cratering) and when he put the piece into my rook he had to gauge it up a size so that'd fit. I am treating my ear like I have every other piercing because it seems my upper ears are prone to infection. I clean them with Dial Gold antibacterial soap, then spray H20cean directly onto the piercing, and follow that by applying Neosporin around my ear for a numbing effect, but not touching the piercing or the new holes. I am even taking painkillers like they are candy - which is unusual for me with my piercings. I have 3 lobe sets, a conch piercing, tragus, then the rook and helix industrial right now. I am unsure of what to do right now because the swelling is so bad, and the bar isn't long enough for me to be able to rotate it, or even slide them up and down to keep the ear from attaching. My piercer wont let me come in to get it taken out either. He is making me wait a week before I can come back in and have anything done. Im afraid my ear is going to attach... If anything I should be able to have him slide the piercing up, out of the rook, and put another barbell into the rook for right now at the same gauge as the industrial bar? I would be fine with having a long bar in my ear as long as it'd allow me to move it and keep it healthy! I'd really like some info on what to do for right now, otherwise I may just take myself to a different piercing place and have them do something. Last thing I want to do is take it out completely right now.

My wife worked for several years for a well known national insurance company who I wont name just yet (one of the largest). She worked for an agent and was paid a very small salary plus a commission incentive for reaching sales goals. She worked extremely hard, long hours, and became recognized by the corporation as the number two selling agent in the state. She earned about double the pay that most of her coworkers earned with the commission incentive. She was asked to teach a sales class at the regional headquarters a few times a month and was given a lot of awards, trophies,plaques and other trinkets for this. The problem was, because of the way the company was structured, the agent which she worked for had to wait twelve months for the policies she sold to renew before he saw return on the commission he was paying her. He also became resentful at having her teaching a sales class several days per month, while he was paying her hourly rate and the corporation (allegedly) wasn't reimbursing him for this. So he laid her off. Rather than have her draw unemployment, he suggested that he might place her with the parent corporation. There weren't any openings at the time, so he instead placed her with another agent that was further away from our home. This is where it got shady... This other agent did a lot of non standard things right off the bat. He paid her a salary that equaled minimum wage, then required her to work a fifty hour work week for it. In my opinion, he was trying to get her to quit, and her placement there had been a clever ruse to avoid anyone having to pay unemployment benefits. There are a lot of details here that I don't have space to go into, but she was terminated after only 32 days of employment. This new agent claimed she had been fired for cause in a letter we received, however, the labor department disagreed. So he changed the cause in a second letter we received, but his claim was easily dis proven We then received a third letter with yet another cause, this time one that really couldn't be dis proven or proven, but the labor department accepted this one, and her benefits were denied. She had an appeal hearing in which she was unrepresented and it was done entirely over the phone. To my surprise, her benefits were again denied. Besides all this, this agent had refused to pay her final pay check as well as compensate her for other hours the labor departments wage and hour division had ordered him to pay. There were a lot of letters and phone calls to this affect, but he simply ignored them and wage and hour eventually gave up trying to collect. We consulted an attorney who was interested in the case, but when he contacted the parent corporation, he learned that the agent had been fired. The case has been in sort of a limbo for the last year and a half. The parent company says they have no responsibility, since the agent is sort of a subcontractor. The agent is fired, so suing him is pointless. Because the labor department recognizes her termination as legitimate, she was never allowed to draw any benefit, and they say, that even though she worked for the company a total of three and a half years, all but 30 days at the same location, that location was iindependently owned by 4 different agents for varied periods of time, none for long enough to meet the states requirement that you work for an employer at least 6 months in order to draw. So, even though she was at the same location and company, it was actually four different jobs, 5 counting the last one? To my way of thinking, she is owed a considerable back benefit from the state, and she should be able to sue the parent corporation for some sort of damages. She hasn't worked since this happened, and I am forced to work twice as hard to make ends meet. But I know that Georgia has a considerable system of legal loopholes protecting large, multinational insurance corps from responsibility. I am told that punitive damages don't exist in my state, and that she can only sue for what she is owed, around $800, but this doesn't seem fair to me. I would like to sue the labor department for back benefits, as well as the corporation, is this possible? We have kept all the important documents, if she has a case, can anyone recomend a good lawyer for this?

I have had them for about 6 months now and they are still shy. When I hold them they try to escape from my hold. I hold then when I am sitting on the ground and keep them close to my heart. I also don't hold them to tight that they feel like I am forcing them to be with me. They eat food from my hands and play with their wheel and play around a lot in their cage, but when I open the cage the look out like they want my to hold them but when I do they struggle me and want me to put them back in the cage. I got some pretty bad sunburn about a week ago on my arms, shoulders, and chest. My shoulders and chest developed huge nasty blisters which have already popped/gone away. The problem now is that where my sunburn is peeling, it just doesn't stop, and is peeling off some skin that is not red, only tan. It just won't stop and the skin underneath is raw and it's becoming painful when my clothes touch it. I've tried lotion and aloe gel, both burn the raw skin and have not helped to stop the peeling

Ok I'm 17, 5'4, and nearing 160lbs. I'm told I don't look fat because my arms are thin and I'm told I have have nice calves and the bottom of my legs are thin (I don't wear shorts, I think my thighs are huge). I just have a chubby stomach and big butt and big thighs which is where all my weight goes to. I don't have love handles or rolls. But my real issue is that I want to weigh 115-120lbs. I used to be really skinny, very underweight as a child. I was even anorexic, but not in the "OMG I'm so fat and ugly, so I need to starve myself." but as a child I didn't like eating, I got full quick and I just didn't like many things. I was a very picky eater with a high metabolism. So this is really depressing me when I look at old picks and meet old friends. Only over the last 4 years I slowly gained weight and my lack of exercise caught up with me. My metabolism is still pretty good. I eat a ton of food. What I ate yesterday was (I don't eat breakfast, never hungry before 2 PM) 3 hot dogs, ice cream, a can of pepsi, a plate of rice and beans with a pork chop, a coffee cake. I could eat way more than that. I should probably be a big as a house right now. But I can still wear medium shirts and size 7 jeans. My brother is 19, 5'8, and is nearing 160 too but he's all muscle. He doesn't have any fat. So I asked for help from him so I can be my goal weight before August 29 when I start college. He does very strict work out routines is always working out and trying to better improve himself (he has toned abs, yet is working on his back muscles now). Since I'm really desperate to lose weight fast his workouts are crazy tough for a lazy beginner like me and it's about 4-5 hours worth a day so I can lose up to 2lbs a day. I want to know if this is healthy for me? I've already done an hour so far and feel very tired. I have about 3 hours more to go for the day. My brother loses weight quickly like this especially when he had to make weight for the wrestling team, he could lose 10lbs a week and his metabolism is pretty high. Is it also possible that I could lose 2lbs a day, and lose all of the weight by early August if I keep this up everyday? I'm also eating healthier and drinking more water while doing this. It seems more realistic and doable then detox diets and such that I can't make and taste horrible.

I am receiving differing Information as to what this can be. I have a slight knocking sound coming from the base of the engine, the top end is ok in terms of compression and and valve clearances. The bike has always been governed but has high mileage, the high mileage has taken it's toll on the bottom end. So anyway I am wondering if I am being fed dis-information in regards to what this can be. I have been told it could be either the crank assembly or the bearings. I just bought a new Lenovo laptop(Z570), and the first thing I did was to add another 2 GB of RAM(totaling 6GB). Upon opening the back to swap out the RAM, I was amazed to discover that the CPU was easily accessible from the back. No keyboard removal, or anything. I could just unscrew the fan and heatsink, pop the old CPU out, and the new one in! Being a geek, this is what I wanted to do. After some research, I found the CPU(Core i3 2310m - 2.1GHz) was a socket 988B rPGA. But I can't find any other CPUs that fit this socket. Can someone please give me a list of CPUs that can? Thank you!

So we had a very ugly breakup. He texted me mean things and i said something mean and our families found out and it was just ugly. So i was really upset with the way things ended and after a week of not talking at all, like we were complete strangers i went ahead and texted him, maybe i shouldnt have, and i just cleared up what happened and i told him i regret what i had said that day and i apologized for everything. I thanked him for giving me an amazing run and i was very happy and looking back i had an amazing experience. Then he replied and said he felt bad for what he said and he didnt like how we ended either and he said he misses me more everyday and he loves me and all that. So i told him i love him back and i will always love him no matter what but i told him its best for BOTH of us if we dont go back into a relationship. He said to call, text, or hangout wether we're together or not. If i need somebody to hug or talk to hes always here. Now i dont know if i should work on us just becoming friends or not? This is where i need help on, i want to become friends and just be civil but im not sure if thats best for me. I dont know if i should text him "hey how are you doing?" or something. I do want to keep in contact with him though. If i do text him what should i say? What do YOU think i should do? Thank you
