[ Music & Music Players ] Open Question : Need advice on some musical equipment (piano and recording+software)?

Ok, so right now, I have a bit of a dumpy digital keyboard, and absolutely nothing to record with. I am considering upgrading, and am willing to put in quite a bit of money, but I want the most bang for my buck. From what I could find, if I wanted an acoustic piano, I could use a Behringer: C-2 microphone, as it came with some pretty good reviews. However, I was curious as to whether these reviews were accurate, as I heard other aspects of the Behringer name are actually not up to par with Yamaha and other famous companies, and if this applies to the microphone portion of the name brand. Second, if I DID get those microphones, does it come with the software to instantly upload it onto the computer, possible add a video for youtube and such, or will I have to buy/download a new program earlier? If so, a *few* recommended programs would be nice. Now, for digital pianos, this I have no idea on. I figured if I wanted to kill two birds with one stone, I could simply buy a Behringer digital keyboard, as they looked to be of nice quality. Despite this, further research led me to believe that this is the exact portion of Behringer which performed quite poorly, being of sucky quality (like I said though, I heard the mics were top notch). So, I was wondering, if I wanted a digital keyboard, what would be the best brand name and model, and why should I consider it? Quality is key by the way. Also, if it's a digital keyboard, and allows it to plug into the computer, I wouldn't need to buy microphones in the first place, am I correct? I could simply use a USB cord, (with or without a third party program) to record, and use it as I want throughout the web. So, I know this is a complicated question worth much less than your time, but if you want me to sum it up- Microphone: *PC* (Windows XP or Vista) Recording Program: Possibility of Uploading to Youtube: Digital Piano Brand: Do I Still Need A Program With A Digital?: Costs: And anything else you may want to add, feel free. The more you rant about this stuff, the better. Tried looking it up on the web, and it would make me feel a lot less overwhelmed getting it from actual consumers.

I remember from when I was skimming a book in the library I think to find a good book, I picked up a Greek Mythology one, and it talked about a lady and a unicorn, but this unicorn was nothing like the ones you'd think they'd be, but rather blood red with scary eyes. My memory is fuzzy, but is it true that in Greek Mythology, there were indeed unicorns, even if they were rare?

What is the first thing UC Berkley looks at on students' applications?? In other words do they first look at one thing in particular in order to lessen the amount of applications to go through? Or do they look at EVERYTHING for each student and take out students from there? ++ Is it true that if your grades arent STELLAR they also take your community service into consideration to kind of even it out? ++ How much do they look at 9th grade year? i know they dont put it into your gpa but do they just glance at it on your transcript? or nothing at all? (I had mostly Bs in 9th grade but am going on as an A student for the rest of high school) ANSWERS PLEASE. I APPRECIATE ALL OF YOUR HELP... +++ any tips from people who went/go to uc berkley please! I try my hardest to make him happy and its never enough then my best friend doesn't even try or attempt to and all he wants to do is **** her and its soo obvious and hurts me like hell. All he ever wants are the sluts and whores and he doesn't see that i really do love him even though everyone else does. He knows i love him, and he was my first so the feelings are never going to go completely away no matter how hard i try to forget them, which i have tried. He isn't even the same person i fell in love with. He's changed soo much i cant recognize him anymore from the first time i met him or the moment i fell in love with him. What do i do about him? i feel like im trapped in a corner that im never going to escape and its just going to get worse

I really dislike little kids (im 15). I am being a camp counselor at a zoo for 6 and 7 year olds because my parents FORCED me. How do i handle them without smashing their faces into the concrete? It's now been a year since my girlfriend and I stared dating. We're both 18 and are very comfortable with each other. It is clear that the honeymoon stage is over and there's one thing that has been bothering me recently. The thing is that one minute I can be talking to or hanging with my girlfriend, and I would be happy and glad to be with her. But then if she does something that I don't like, I get into a different mood where I'm not as happy as I was 5 seconds ago. It only happens when she does something that I don't like and she notices my mood swing immediately. I get like I am depressed and I try not to be that way. Is there a rhyme or reason for why I get like this? Am I the only one with this problem?

I just bought an orion xt8 8 inches and a dob. i use google sky map which is better then any sky maps.and EVERYTHING besides the moon and planets look like stars. i dont have any extra accesories. So the magnification i have now is 48. So how will galaxies look through this? like stars? and globular clusters how much of the eyepeice would they make up or would they look like stars? And i also ask all these questions but how they will look through a 2X barlow cause im going to get one of those.

So everybody knows that the economy is suffering a bit, so its best to try and save money. I have decided that Im not going to spend 5 bucks on a teeny bottle of mascara anymore. Its a bit ridiculous if you ask me. Lately I've been very unhappy, and I don't even notice it, my friends had to point it out. I haven't been really enjoying much, and I think I have clinical depression. Even hanging out with my girlfriend I don't seem happy, and she says I act mean, even when I don't notice it! I've been looking up depression, and I think I have clinical depression. I just turned 16, i am 6'4" and weigh 225 lbs. i throw around 84-85 which has increased this summer from 80-82. i also play 1st and 3rd. i hit for power on my travel ball team and average with alot of rbi's. although im not very fast i run a 7.9 in the 60 which has also gotten faster. so how or when will i know if all the work im doing is going to pay off or am i too slow. i have good grades(in advanced classes) i have a 3.7 gpa weighted. i run, do push-ups, long toss, swing a sledge hammer on a tire, and hit in the cage almost everyday.

My female lovebird's mate recently flew away because he got out if the cage a never returned :(, they had a couple of clutches and recenlty she is now interested in her son and she laid an egg, and it's fertile! I know this is called inbreeding, but i heard that inbreeding is not bad but is also bad at the same time.the female is a yellow lutino peachface and her son is a auamarine peach face, i also want to know what will the coloring be, it's father was a original peachface.

I run a 1920 x 1080 widescreen HD display and I cannot seem to find any options for adjusting resolution in Flight Simulator X. Can anyone help me out? I just want to know I am getting the most out of what I paid for, love the game.
