i have 2 black labradors around 7 years old and they are brothers. one of them has lymphoma, a terminal cancer and over the past 2 weeks a leg infection also. we are looking after him with vet trips and tablets and treats and are giving the other dog the same amount of time and affection so neither feel left out. however in the last few weeks the healthy dog has been looking at his brother and crying, sniffing his bad leg and licking his ear constantly. does he know he is sick and is there anything we can do to stop him from crying all the time?

My brother and sister have custody of me and my siblings because our parents passed away. So I'm 13 years old and a girl. My brother is the one that hits mostly, but he does it while he's mad too. My sister does grounding and if we still don't listen then she does spank but we get a bunch of warnings. Don't say abuse, but I have a bruise on my back for swearing at my brother, he flipped out and hit my mouth so I pushed him and he slapped my back. But which should do more of the discipline? They are letting me ask on here so don't say abuse!

Will I ever feel normal again after my divorce? My husband moved out over a year and a half ago and I still get anxiety, and like right now I feel like I can't breathe. I am stressed and don't feel like myself, and I am not happy when I should be happy. I have moments where I am ok and happy, but they are not the norm. I was in my marriage way to long and I think I might be used to simply surviving day to day so to say. But I want more to live than just surviving And to make things worse, I fell into a relationship, I broke it off when it started cause it was too soon, but soon found myself dating him anyways, it was fun and felt good. But now I have been with my boyfriend for 9 months and things are slowing becoming more serious and I have to admit, perhaps I got involved a little too soon with someone. I really care about him and he has been for the most part a really great understanding guy, and has really not pushed anything on me relationship wise. I feel like it would be a bad idea to break up- he understands I am in a difficult time and puts up with my insecurities for the most part.. But my question is.. how long will it take for me to be normal again? To be happy when I have no reason to be sad and to be able to handle everything I need to ( I also have 2 kids, I have sole custody of) and when will I be myself again? Cause I am far from myself.. very far…

I don't know if I made the right choice I like the mirena because I can have sex wihout birth control and remembering pills I am no good for that so I am glad I chose mirena for that reason the only hint I don't like from mirena is that since I had it inserted my first period been long I have a month already with my period and my doctor said that is miren that idle doing that I wonder when it will stop so I don't. Know if I made the right choice should i chose the paraguard that it has no hormones somepeople say that paraguard give painful periods I don't know what should I do I hate the fact that I am still on my period

Hi! I respect my mothers wishes I'm 17 and cant wear compact or foundation but can wear eye shadow and eyeliner and mascara because well i have nice skin i have no pimples or acne scars. I just don't like the unevenness of my skin tone from tan to red( across my cheeks and nose) and tan. Will tinted moisturizer help tone my skin? will that be a better way than foundation and compact? what are your thoughts about tinted moisturizer? Thanks! :D

Hey guys, I work as an IT guy for a school, and every so often, we're suppose to make something really cool and helpful. I've decided that I am going to write a batch file that will automatically run a few different processes that we normally have to do manually. The school I work for uses laptop-based courseware. Some times, the courseware does not save the student's progress. This is fixed by uninstalling and reinstalling Java and Flash Player, and deleting temp files and cookies. Normally, I go through this manually, through Controll Panel and such. Our courseware uses Java 6 Update 11. Newer versions of Java screw with the courseware, and students sometimes update their Java. Anyways, I'm trying to write a batch file that will run, and will then launch this standalone Flash Player Uninstaller that Adobe has made, which will uninstall Flash, then run some standalone Java uninstaller (or perhaps some .bat that removes Java). From there, I want the batch file to open up "http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/download/" where the person running it can simply select "Download Now" to get the latest version of Flash. After that, I would like the batch file to open up "http://www.athomelearning.us/programs/jre.exe" which will prompt the install of Java6U11. Finally, I will have the batch file open up another .bat that is scripted to delete Temporary Internet Files and Cookies. All in all, I want to know if anyone can help direct me towards a standalone Java uninstaller.

I'm flying from Buffalo, NY to Ft. Lauderdale, FL in 20 days. I'm concerned that while flying, the air pressure will be really irregular and my ear drum would rupture. Is this possible? Okay, my hair grows really fast, and i just had it cut like 3 weeks ago. It's been a month since i dyed my hair, and it was platnium blonde for three days or a week, and after that it began to turn yellowish, sorta.. Like you can still tell it's blonde. but ill add some picutures of it. My sister said it was because my dad smokes around me, and smokes make it darker. Is that true? I live in Northern Ontario and at the cottage we hear a very distinctive bird call that may be a mating call. The first bird sings an ascending scale in a sort of whistling fashion and the responding bird calls back in a descending scale. I'm 18 and I take care of my 101 year old great grandma who lives with my grandparents for $10 an hour. I do everything I can for her, I always bring her water and coffee when she asks, I lotion her legs, change her diapers, take her for wheelchair rides, bring her books. She doesn't appreciate anything! She cries all the time and calls me "the devil's child" I always tell her I love her and hug her before I leave and she always responds with "I hate you! Don't touch me!" It's very disturbing to me because I'm as nice as I can be to her and I love her very much. I have a lot of memories from when I was very young with her, and she was so nice back then! Now she's just so evil :( I mean I'm sitting there next to her reading a book and next to me she has her hands clasped in a prayer saying "Jesus, I've always loved children but I can't stand this child, why are you punishing me?? I hate her!!! i wish I never had kids!!!!" It really upsets me because I'm doing the best I can, I love my job and I love her, but it's so hard not to get mad. This has really gotten out of hand, any advice?? :( And she is NOT demented, she has a good mind, she knows exactly what she's saying.
