I'm newly vegetarian plus also hoping to lose a few pounds. The most I can eat a day is 1200 calories (I'm eighteen, female, 100 pounds, 5'2) but I want to keep it at 900 calories max. Breakfast: Big bowl of nutrigrain cereal (three cups) with soy milk Throughout the day: - White bread roll (no wholemeal left) with carrot, slice cheese, mushroom, lettuce, tomato - A small-medium apple - A cucumber - A mandarin - A handful of walnuts and sultanas I always drink lots of water. Is this good? What should I cut? Or add? Too many calories???

The man is on horseback, accompanied with a lady (with a mole on the right side of her face) and a dog. They are looking for a murderer (or several murderers?) who fled into the mountains, into Indian territory. The Mountain man was hired by the lady to track the criminal/s down. I have a very small yard and there are alot of holes and wasps in my lawn when i walk out my house there are about 40 wasps flying around my yard/door it scares me and my kids i know if you don't bother them they wont stink but i cant stand it anymore as neighbors pass there all staring at my house also i tried several things i poured spray in the holes and that did not work so last night i covered my grass with black plastic and nailed it down to just trap them and this morning when i woke up there were about 20 of them flying over the plastic (these were the one's that were still out as i laid the plastic) anyhow now what are they doing?. they want to go in my yard (dirt holes) but they cant what do you think there going to do now?. DO YOU THINK THEY WILL LEAVE NOW????

Saudi royals are set to build a 50m super home in London which has 50 rooms, in the past they have bought western schools and colleges and either pulled them down and built a Muslim school or converted them to a Muslim school, Which doesn't seem that bad except they bring there own curriculum, and import Saudi teachers who spread hate to British Muslims, Why is are Government allowing this id tell the idiots to GTFO of the U.K, we need to be more strict, they do not allow us to change things in there culture or religion why should we allow them, you cant walk down the street with a Greg's sausage roll in your hand with out a Muslim giving you a evil eye, it is about time we Told them to either comply with western rules and cultures or gtfo and go live back in the desert, Islam is not compatible in the western world, It should have never left the desert

So I just read that Kim Kardashian is suing Old Navy/The Gap Inc. for that commercial for Old Navy that has a model/actress in it that Kim thinks look 'too much' like her. She wants them to stop using the model in their commercials b/c all her fans might get confused and think that she (Kim) is endorsing Old Navy when she is not. My problem with this is that then, Melissa Molinaro (the girl in the commercials) can't ever get a job in a commercial b/c Kim Kardashian is gonna sue the company that uses her? Couldn't this woman make a case against Kim saying that she's making it impossible for her to make a living in her chosen carreer? I mean, I know she can get any other job....waitressing or bar tending or w/e. But I would be upset if I wasn't getting hired due to some starlette saying I 'looked too much' like her.

I have to admit their website is ver appealing and looks like with only a One time entry fee of $10.00 it will make you Lots of Money! Isnt it like a pyramid scheme? Im young 22, i had my little girl 1 year ago, i had a 3rd to 4th degree tear during vaginal childbirth is it normal to still be tender? It still aches and sometimes feels "heavy" i feel like my vagina is really big after i can fit at least 2 sometimes 3 fingers in there and during intercourse my vagina fill's up with air and the hole still seems really large (im really embaressed) and im wondering if anyone else has experienced this? By the way i have already ..... Do lots of kegaling and drink protein shakes excersice (lots all my baby weight + some) I have already went to the doctor (My doctor sucks! she has never even had a child and thinks everything is fine) ANY SUGGESTIONS i appreciate any advice THANKS

There is this girl in my school who is quite the flirty type. She leaded me on and when I told her what I felt,the whole "let's just be friends thing " started. I accepted,didn't really cared too much and tried getting over it. Tried to get away from her,but when she got near me I would just care about her,and forgot about the rejection. This went on for 2 months,being the latter of holidays.While the holidays,she kept telling me she was going to the popular fair,movies,beach. And whenever I asked her if she wanted to go with me,she would just say she couldn't because of something(usually her parents). So,since I missed her so much,I cycled 30 km(19 miles) through mountains, around 27 ºC (80º Fahrenheit). Got to her house,after falling and hurting my hand picking up a flower. I texted her and she didn't answer.I assumed she could be asleep , so I called her to surprise her,and she turned down the call. I waited for a while and then left. About an hour later,as I cycled,she texted me saying " yea right like you were in here ".I didn't have much money on phone,so just could text her back and receive her answer. We chatted a bit more,mostly about it,and when I said I would go back there ,if she wanted,she said she did. So I went to sleep early (woke up at 6 AM after going to bed at 4,so was tired like sht) and got 3 texts from her.One saying her ex texted (he is a total jerk) , one asking me and some other people,our friends to go to the movies and one with something I can't recall. The movie we were going to see was one we saw(we as our group of friends,she said she couldn't go) but since I'm so stupid,I said I wouldn't mind providing her company if she wanted to do something after. She just said she couldn't. More of the same... So I decided to text her saying how much I had felt in love for her,and since she didn't share the feeling it wasn't worth it to ever talking to me again.I deleted her number and her mail,but I just know them on my mind,being that only had to copy her number twice. So, I've been playing Icewind Dale 2 the last few days, and up until now, I've had no problems. Now, for whatever reason two of my team have started attacking one of them. (I have 6 members). The one being attacked is a Rogue Drow, and the two attackees are a Bard Rock Gnome and a Cleric (Mask) Aasimar. I don't know why this is happening, they aren't under the affect of any spells. It's not because he is a Drow, because I have another Drow in my party, and it's not the alignement, because both the Rogue and the Cleric are Lawful Evil, whilst the Bard is Neutral Good. So any thoughts? I'm on chapter one, and have just got through the warren when this started happening. As a long shot, could it be because he is holding the wards? I don't think so, 'cause whether or not he is holding them doesn't seem to make a difference.

what is meant by saying 'You need to learn a Programming Language...' Does this include all the libraries as well within the language? or does this apply to only the structures within the languages like Linked Lists and binary trees? I'm reading books about the theory of Game engine development and I am starting to Code for the project, but one book said I need a prerequisite of C++ education... I don't no any of the standard libraries/Headers yet... Do I need to learn them off by heart? I feel I know what there talking about in the tutorials... I did cheat when learning C/C++ - I got fed up with book's telling me how to write 'Hello World' in a console with little relevance of making something that was useful. Instead I used Cprogramming(dot)com, which I felt was more useful but doesn't really teach me EVERYTHING.
