As a condition of receiving ACRE payments, producers enrolled in ACRE must submit a report of production. All individuals with farms in ACRE shall report 2010 production and yields by September 1, 2011. The Record of Production and Yield, form FSA-658, can be filed at your local FSA Office. If production is not reported, the ACRE payment made last fall will be required to be refunded.
