I can bench 110kg and on the chest press and pectoral curl i can do 100kg on both so i definatley have the strength but my chest isnt looking how i want it to and i want to really tone it up!

Every night when i go to bed i normally lay in the same position but when i wake up im in a different position with my right hand so asleep it hurts. so i think to myself okay, im just laying in position to where im not getting good blood flow. no biggy. but iv realized for the past few days it falls asleep really easily. like holding the phone, vacuuming, and other simple things. holding the remote, holding a spoon when eating. im starting to get worried. is this normal?

I have a 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse. All automatic, it worked fine. I was able to go to work, lunch and back home. When I tried to leave later that evening, my car turned on for a second or two and then died. My lights all stayed on so I don't think its a problem with my battery. I don't know why it would start up then turn right back off. Has this happened to anyone. Can someone please give me an idea of what it might be. I know it can be a lot of things, but where do I start looking..

At my local night club there's this polish bouncer. I'm always at the club and I'm known for my madness...my crazy dancing...my dedication to the place, etc. Anyway...I can speak a bit of polish so I often speak to him like that but when ever I try he often just ignores me. But I remember a long while ago I asked him if he could teach me and he said not during his work time. He always sort of watches me when I'm dancing. I do remember last year he was in the club (off duty) having a drink, a dance and that and his friend told me that he fancied me, but I didnt know whether it was just a joke or not. On sunday night it was the end of the night- time to leave and I was the last one out, talking to the staff at the bar, then he came up to me and said ''thank you for coming, time to leave now'' and led me out. I said to him ''I get the feeling you dont like me very much'' and he said ''your alright when your sober. when your drunk your a bit of an arsehole'' then led me out the door and told me there was a step there and to be careful. I did add him on Facebook about 3 weeks ago but he didn't accept. I don't know what to do. I like him but what can I do?? Answers really appreciated.

(Flu/ Cold) because it seems every time i go somewhere for any amount of time, i come back and stay in my room and end up being ill every time. is it possible that there is a bug in my room that wont go away? :S i leave my window oppen all day every day except at night. im in my room most of the day, but i dont understand how i always get ill :S

So I've been in a medical field for 15 years now, I work with doctors and nurses everyday. But I also started taking classes last year for Computer classes like Technical and Networking. Although my kids are growing up and I need a stable job someday. My husband insist that I should be a nurse coz, with my work experience and the on demand job of nurses and good salary. It's just the practical career right now. But I'm caught between two career, to me I prefer going to computer even though I know I need to do a lot of studying and starting from the beginning than nursing. Most of the nurses always tell themselves everyday that they hope to get another job. If I'm gonna continue taking computer career, am I taking too much risk, it involves my children's future (and I have a lot). I will be going back to school full time next year and my husband is going to support me all the way if it's nursing. If I want to take computer career, how can I explain to him that this is also an okay career? Is it?

When ever I use my Compaq Presario CQ61 Notebook, Its dispaly is turning off (nothing in the screen), but the laptop's shutdown button and network buttons are on. I also checked wheter it is overheated, but my pc didn't feel that much of heat, the temperature is normal. Then I shut down my pc using the shutdown button manually. After that when I turn it on it works but only for 1 or 2 hours, then it will be the same.

I believe I got it from google search on a website. when i restarted my computer it started up really slow even when i logged in (this never happened) then when i was on my desktop, my computer was really slow I clicked internet explorer and it took 5 minutes but when it came up the internet didnt respond but 7 other internet explorers keep poping up every minute. I also cant click on anything on my desktop. then somthing that looked like 12343434exe.win poped asking it want to make changes on my computer from an unknown author two times. I am sorry if you cant understand my question. but I want to know what should I do? is it malware or something more?

I have recently moved into a three story home where the old staircase to the third floor has been removed and there is just a big hole in the floor. How should I go about properly installing a new section of floor where said hole is located. I was thinking that I should use joist hangers and line them up with the existing joist but are there other factors I should be considering before starting this job?

My ultrasound and the pregnancy syptoms I am experiencing do not match up.I was told I was 8 weeks along when they found out I was pregnant but exactly a month and a half before that I was told I was 5 weeks and had a miscarriage. I have a small mud room type area attached to my house. Its built in a concrete slab. The roof is metal as it is on the rest of the house. In one corner if the the mud room the chimney that the furnace vents through goes up through the roof. Apparently the flashing wasn't done right and now water has gotten to the plywood underneath. I am going to pull off the steel and reuse it then reflash and tar the chimney. Now they just put the steel over the old shingles, my question is basically after I put down new sheating what goes under the steel? Can i use tar paper or ice and water or what. Any help is appreciated.

hi, i am a guy , 19 years old i have never done weigths before , but i have some muscle, i been hiting the gym for the past week and i want to do a strength training workout that will make me stronger, not hulkier and super big just stronger, bonedensity increase ect ect, this is what i have in mind if it needs any changes or tips, you are all welcomed to add. OK, lets skip the nutrion fact, protein and sleep, i already know all that, my workout will be monday,wendsday, friday, I will work every muscle group in the body those days except lower legs and abs, my theory is to start with the highest i can lift for each muscle group and at the same time be able to achive 12 reps in each atempt, I will first do 12 reps once with the highest i can lift for my chest, then upper back, mid back, lower back, shoulders, tricepts, bicepts. After i do a combined amount of 84 reps and my highest i will take like a 3 minute break and do the same thing again and then finish my work out, note the second part will have the same amount of reps and weight as the first one. On my offdays i will run for cardio, for tuesdays, thursdays, i will increase the weights as i get stronger, but the reps will stay at 12.
