since school started I've only been eating breakfast. and lunch real late. during summer i ate whenever at different times and ate many types of things. my stomach is always grumbling and feels bloated during school. how can i stop this. I also have been missing my period, if that has something to do with it? help or advice please. also, when I eat breakfast, my stomach hurts real bad the whole day.

ive been wearing a weighted vest for roughly 8 hours a day and increasing the weight every week. ive noticed that im getting used to it but will it actually improve anything for sports? or am i just wasting my time?

I have a great dane/lab mix, 108 pounds. when he thumps down, he lands on his elbow, so he has one of those sores/lumps on his elbow that is black, from just laying down hard. The vet said nothing to worry about. Now the lump has ripped open a little on the top, smaller than the size of a dime and oozing a little. when I went to clean it last night, I saw that there was a white center. When I squeeze it, this thick white stuff came out (no liquid), like I was popping a pimple. I cleaned it and bandaged it. Any idea what is wrong? I have an appointment saturday, but getting worried I need to go sooner. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

so a boy a grade above me is the most annoying, boy you have every met and everyone in his grade dislikes him, so as i had never had a boyfriend i realized he would be easy to get, so i invited him to my house for a pitty date ( i realize that that was very mean) so on the first date we kissed, i know i didnt like him so i told him after i didnt like him like that, he invited me round and because my mom like him she made me go , long story short we made out a few times the next time he came to my house, i told him i didnt like him but he keeps on calling me and facebooking me to be his friend aagain , but he doesnt get the hint that i dont want to talk to him again

Okay! I just found out I passed the seventh grade because I thought I was going to get held back from my F in history. Now I'm going to 8the grade :D. I'm excited. But a little nervous. My period last year wasn't annoying me as much in class. But this summer it's gotten worst. My stomach would hurt sooooo much that I wanted to scream!! And I did take pain relief pills. Also! I didn't get my paper s to choose my elective for this year because I was on a field trip. And I'm scared I was going to be in orchestra again. I actually want to take yearbook. Another thing! I am a bit of a shy person. Like that one quote, "strangers think I'm quiet. Friends think I'm outgoing. Best friends think I'm crazy". I actually don't want to be those quiet people around strangers. I want people to look at me like someone they'd like to hang out with. Or think I'm outgoing,. So please help! Me and my girlfriend that we will call by the name Rose. Rose and me have been dating for two months however its been long distance we have had a pretty good run with our relationship she lives about 500 miles away from me but at first we did fight constantly but we do love each other very much. anyways i just moved farther away from her because my probation officer told me I had to move back to my home town because before this i only lived about 350 miles from her anyways after one month of dating Rose I got kicked out of my house I really wanted to be with her in person so I left for her town the next day I hitchhiked 350 miles just for her which I was pretty proud of. I got ran up on by her brother like a day after being in her town because I was dating her when she is a year younger than me her brother was beating on her that day and I loved her so I wanted to protect her but I couldnt do much because I am a violent offender so he ran up on me and couldnt defend myself because my probation officer told me even if i fight back in self deffense that i could be charged with assault anyways the next day we both left to go back to great falls (her on runaway) we slept in a park and other places untill we were brought in by a friend she was on runaway for 3 weeks and in this time we had ended up having sex 75 times. It was finally brought to a close when the police officers were doing a pick up and hold on me for not regestering as a violent offender they found her and brought her back to where she lived with her dad since then i havent seen her but we talked alot when i got out of jail and I found out she was pregnant(this is what she said anyways) but aparently now she has lost the baby due to some virus that attacked her intestines. I broke up with her last week because We were fighting all the time and I found out another girl liked me so i wanted to think about what i should do however i decided I wanted to stay with rose and got shit for it I litterly went through hell even tho we were only broken up for 2 hours. I couldnt trust her because i went on her facebook and there was a message from her "cousin" that said Hey its your hubby ;) so I got upset with this and confronted her on it she said that he just liked to joke around and it was nothing to worry about because she loved me so I used my friends facebook and started hitting on her telling her we should hang out and that he would love to date her she told him that He was way better than me and way better looking than me she told him to meet her at a park and at that time i called her and asked her what her plans for the evening were she told me she was going to go and hang out with her girlfriends So right away I knew what was going on and that she was lying to me so i broke up with her that night however we got back together because I do love her and really hate not being with her and she asked me if i wanted an open relationship I told her I would think about it and I did and decided it would just be best for it to be us two. she said that was fine and the next day she would dump this guy she started dating when we broke up. She told me not to text him but I did it anyways and He told me that Rose had never broken up with him and that in fact they were still dating he forwarded me a message which i then forwarded to her she called me and told me that she couldnt be with me however that same night she came crawling back to me. she supposebly broke up with him but on her facebook it still says they are married she told me her internet is down and now aparently she is going to delete it so it shouldnt matter. yesterday she blew me off all day and I felt like crap because of it she told me that she was hanging out with a guy and that earlier that week when we took our brake she had screwed him so this really hit home I dont know what to do I want her and I want her to learn her lesson to not do this to me and that she cant so I have been thinking about making her jump through hoops so that she can stay with me I told her she has a week to change so next tuesday or im gone do you have any ideas how to make her stay loyal to me and what hoops I should make her jump through I really do love her but she needs to learn her lesson.!

My AF was supposed to be here anytime between Sunday and tomorrow. I've just been getting more regular in the past couple months. We starting having sex the 4th and a week after that. I have been very gassy the past couple days and especially today. Usually right before my period starts I get little things in the toilet when I pee (looks like tissue coming out). I don't have any of that at all. Do you think that I'm pregnant. I know that i need to wait a couple more days before I know but just wanted some opinions.

David Letterman is a target of threats on some frequently visited by al qaida internet site. As i sit & inventory some of the most successful terrorist accomplishments made by them I realize that none that I'm aware of were preceded by threats. The action was just done; no threats. On the other hand it seems that every threat they've made that has been publicized has been a non event. So they're not so good at making good on threats. I would advise David to resume his normal life feeling safer than those of us who have not been threatened. So says history. What do you say?

I'm friends with a girl who I've had some difficult times with and don't rli know what to make of past experiences with her: Story starts last summer when she first got my number, started texting me loads and I sat next to her in one lesson. We got on gr8 in the lesson and texting we get on even better, and at the end of term she even wrote a note in my book saying: have a great holiday - gonna miss sitting next to u - love from 'name' xxx' we didn't text that often to start with but then she sent me a random message during summer hols trying to keep in contact. This is when I first started to think she liked me so I started talking to her more next few months was gr8, we talked loads, got on gr8 in class (even tho I never saw her out of school) and we both pretty much fancied eachother - we even agreed To go to prom together - but Still none of us made a move then one day in December, she went to a party and got with another guy :/ she made a rli big deal out of telling me about this, which I thought suggested she cared for me, and told me she DID like me after I told her. So I asked her out, but she asked me to play reserve to this other guy saying 'i like u but don't know how much cos of this other guy' and 'i'd love to go out with u in future'. This upset and sorta insulted me, that she valued this guy who shed never met before and had one drunken snog at a party with than me; a guy who has been quite close to her for months! She didn't even go out with him in the end!! Ultimately, after agreeing to remain friends after, this did lead to arguments in future... And ever since even tho I still texted her and spoke online, i started being proper awkward with her at school - and barely spoke to her anymore (sometimes even sorta ignoring her , and I don't even kno why I did! It was like I was scared when I saw her but never was before?? So question is who's to blame? Is me going weird with her acceptable considering what she did? Is she in the wrong?

My boyfriend and I had been together for two years. Everything was fine with us, we never had any major problems, just a few disagreements here and there about normal things. No cheating, no cussing at each other, no violence. We always respected each other, loved one another, lots of laughing, and sharing many new experiences together. it was a wonderful relationship, all of a sudden he tells me that he loves me, but He is not in love with me anymore and does not feel the same way. I don't understand because everything was fine with us that week and the rest of the the relationship. How could he be demonstrating that he loves me one week and even two days before he told me that? How could you just randomly stop loving someone in two days ? It's not like we had a bad relationship that is why I don't understand where this is coming from. I know that in the back of his head he always felt a bit bad and upset because he would say that I come from a diff class and he feared that maybe in the future he would not be able to give me what i needed therefore about 7 months ago he told me he did not love in order to let me go and be free and find something better and someone great he said, but I don't care where he comes from , I love him. Later, we didn't talk for a few days and he realized he missed me and we got back together and I found out why he did that, but this time he swore that it was because he didn't feel the same anymore and this time he wasn't lying. How could you be in love with someone even that week and two days before and then suddenly after going out to eat with his dad, the next day h e decides he doesn't love me ? And when we broke up I wanted to kiss him and he kept saying " this is just going to make things harder" and he wanted to keep all of our pictures and letters I wrote him. And we made love for the last time, because to me that's what it was. He said He wanted to be friends. What do you make of all of this? He sends me mixed signals and I do not understand how everything has been fine, and last week everything was amazing, and then even two days before he was telling me how much he loved me. why all of a sudden could you not "feel the same anymore" he said he loves me, but maybe he just is not in love with me anymore. He did not want to hug, or kiss me or anything because he said it would make things harder for him. Why harder if he is the one breaking up with me? and why would he want to keep all of the pictures of us up and keep all the letters i wrote him? why would he give me a stuffed animal that he won for me two days ago and had always wanted to win for me? i do not understand him.. and we were texting after all that happened that day and he was calling me by nick names he use to call me when we were together. how could he lose those feelings in two days? i played the reverse psychology thing and said told him he was with someone else huh and i had seen him, but he assured me he was not and i completely believe him, we have always been very honest with each other. but i do not know what it is then. What should I do? what do you make of all this? I'm so upset!

I live in California, and want a Zoysia lawn, mainly because it is highly drought resistant. But, I can't find Zoysia Sod anywhere. Even online it is only sold as plugs. Why? The problem with Zoysia plugs, it can take up to 2 yrs for the entire lawn to fill in! I don't want to wait that long.

I'm 13 and have mild/light acne, but its still super embarrassing and I've had it since I was in 4th grade. I use neutrogena and clean and clear products and usually go on a website called acne.org to see reviews about everything. Right now, I am using all oil free products (my skin is really oily) with neutrogena acne stress control everyday (it helped with acne in the beginning but now only keeps the oil off) and clean and clear dual action moisturizer. (which I love) For acne, I use something doctor perscirbed benzoyl peroxide gel every night, and this morning, tested out the baking soda remedy. I've had acne for so long but none of these products seem to be getting totally rid of my acne. Any suggestions for face washes, or new remedies? I'm just really tired of waking up in the morning and seeing it on my face. I would appreciate it if you left some tips. Thanks!

Hey, it's J-Man again. I have a simple question that I would sorta like to know. Why are Black people so ANNOYING? This is the reason I have NOTHING to do with them. There are like 5 black girls claiming that I used to go with them! Why?!?! Is this something all black girls do? I don't nor will I ever date a black girl. I'm an Emo rocker so why would you even think to approach me knowing this? Not to be cocky, I know I'm pretty handsome but it's really annoying.
