Our friends younger gf is on high doses of vicoden and hydrocodone, she says its for her teeth,back, and shoulder...amongst other fictional things. Anyways they have been trying to concieve (for the wrong reasons) and she's is sad and frustrated because nothing is happening, I told her it was because of the medications she is on, apparently she was on numerous meds for anti anxiety as well (all unnecessary)..she has quit the anxiety meds and figures it should happen like that!..and now because her bfs ex gf is pregnant she's trying extra hard to get pregnant (like I said wrong reasons)...... I've tried to tell her that abusing painmeds like that is bad, but she dosent see that she's abusing them even though she's 17 has no REAL reason to abuse painkillers, she's never done hard work a day in her life...her teeth are rotting out of her head cuz all she eats is candy and soda...I'm scarde she might actually get pregnant and not get off the meds and hurt a innocent baby....but at the same time she says she's pregnant at least once a month...the last time it was a epotopic pregnancy, she said she was 3 months along...and that she didn't need surgery??!!..can this be?...what should I do?

I went on vacation 2 weeks ago and had an overnight flight. i did not sleep at all and was so tired the next day i completely forgot to take any of my medication. by the time i realized i had forgotten, it was time for the next pill so i threw out the pill i missed and took the next one by itself. the following day i began to bleed and it has not stopped yet. it has been at least 10 days of very light bleeding. no pad or tampon required, just a panty liner. i realize now that i should have doubled up and taken the missed pill with the regular pill the next day, but it is too late now. I had sex the night before i left for vacation. we have abstained for the last 2 weeks as i am bleeding. could i have gotten pregnant? am i bleeding because i ovulated? has anyone dealt with the same situation? any information is appreciated! thanks!

Every since a very young age I have loved flying. Since I was about 12 years old I have known that my dream, my one ultimate goal in life is to become an airline pilot and fly for a living. Now as I approach my 16th birthday, the desire to become a pilot just becomes stronger and stronger every day as the days pass by. I am fortunate enough that I get to travel through the airport once every year. Words just cant describe it for some reason but I just know this is me I feel at home I just get this feeling that I know that this is what I want to do with my life. All I want to do is travel the word. I think it is great that you work irregular hours and knowing that no two days are ever the same. I actually feel sorry for people who sit at their desk day after day – the 9-5 lifestyle, I just could not do that I would literally crack up, that is just not me. I think about it every day, every single day of the year, I just now that this all I want to do and sometimes I cry when I think about it. I know that none of my dreams are waiting for me down here there are waiting for me up there where I belong. I am just so passionate for it. Someone who lets say mite want to be a soccer player he can play soccer every day. I can only get a thrill out of what I want to do once every year. I do countless research on the Internet anytime I can, I know that it is long road in becoming an airline pilot but I know deep down in my heart with my drive to succeed, determination and when I stay focused that I will have no trouble in getting there. I know that you have to invest in a lot of money to do your training – 100k and then try get a job with an airline to sit at the right hand sit and barely get pay up to 20k. I don't care about people saying do you not see there's no cost to benefit ratio, and even so if I have to be repaying loans until the day I die (not of course), the one thing I will know that I followed my heart in the career that makes me most happy. Everyone should follow what makes him or her happy because you only get one chance to do so that's for sure! You never know unless you try that applies to anything Who cares if you fail, you can die knowing that you put your heart and soul into it but unfortunately did not get where you wanted to be or you can die regretting that you did not follow your dream. For example, someone I know whom now has one year of college done, regrets not following his dream to become a pilot. He said to me to never let go, never give up, "and go for it do us all proud for the people that did not follow their dreams". The Aer Lingus Cadetship Programme, which is now after been started up again I think has allot to offer, as they provide your trying for you where they take you from zero experience to they stage where they give you a job as a First Officer with them flying their short haul routes. Also partly sponsor some of your course. If anyone could give me his or her views and opinions on it that would be great because I may consider applying for that when I have my leaving cert completed in 2 years time. Would I be better after my leaving cert to go to University and obtain a degree of some sort, so that I could maybe fall back on that should I may not succeed. Also does anyone have any experience with The Pilot Training College of Ireland in Waterford? After me writing all about this and myself do I sound crazy or am I guy that is just passionate about succeeding in the aviation Industry, should I follow my dreams, what do you think? I am ever so grateful for anyone that comment back on this I appreciate it, so much also if any pilots could comment would be brilliant

at 7:30am this morning i lost jelly discharge and even had blood wiped with it. ever since then ive had stomach pains which is the contractions. it is now 2:05pm and they have gotten closer, i am 41 weeks pregnant. supposed to be induced today at 8pm but looks like my little guy has other plans. the contractions seem to be anywhere from 3-5 minutes apart. is now good to head in? or will i waste my time?

This has been bothering me all day. Last night, I had a dream about a boy that I used to have a crush on. We just talked for a little bit, and he gave me a hug. It, of course, felt so real, and I could see his face so vividly...What I find strange is, I moved away from where he lived a few years ago. I used to think of him all the time when I was little, but over the years, I gave up on him. This past summer, I haven't seen him at all, I haven't talked to him, and I haven't even thought of him. I've been talking to this girl for about two months. Two weeks ago things started to go bad because I was stressed out and feeling depressed and i didn't may much attention to her. she asked me to give her some space to think things over, and we talked off and on for that two weeks. Then last week things started to get better, i apologized and i thought things were going to get stitched back together. But then this past weekend she didn't answer any of my texts of calls. I told that we needed to talk, and she said she'd call me. She said this last night and the night before. Never got a call. I asked her today why she didn't call. And it was because she 's kinda weirded out to be 100 percent honest. And then she said that she was feeling depressed because of a lot of things and she found out that her ex is banging his ex and are planning on living together. btw she dumped her ex because he cheated on her three months ago, and he asked to get back with her a week ago and that he still loved her. She said no to him. I want to help her, but she won't tell me anymore than that. And right now she doesn't feel like talking to anyone, whether is's about her being depressed or anything else. What can i do? I really like her and i care about her. I don't want her to go through this alone.

Hey, I want to get a wah pedal for my electric guitar (Ibanez RG350DX) but I'm undecided to which wah pedal to get. I feel if I get the Kirk Hammett wah pedal, I am just limited to my wah sound, where as the Weeping Demon is more versatile and you can set different settings on it. I do play Metallica but I feel like if I do get it, everything I play will just sound like the Kirk Hammett wah. What would you guys do and have you tried out these pedals? Thanks. :)

So I modded my PSP like a year ago and the games were working fine until something happened that caused the PSP to freeze when starting a game. Last night I found out that a virus was on my PSP. So, I downloaded Malwarebytes and SuperAnitiSpyware to remove the virus and it worked. But the PSP still doesn't load the games. I really need help with this. When I was young, I never even would have thought of the possibility of having ADD- I did well in school, *really* well until late high school; I had friends, was outgoing and involved in lots of extracurricular activity, goal-driven, and pretty happy almost all the time. In the 5 years since high school though, I've noticed a huge change in my personality and behavior, all for the worse. I'm really easily distracted from even normal tasks; I have an incredibly hard time focusing on classes, homework, and other things I used to excel at; I'm frequently moody and irritable, and my moods tend to swing pretty rapidly (I was almost always mellow before); I am tired almost every single moment of every single day; I feel inadequate and hate my life all the time now, and my drive and energy and thirst for life have all but disappeared. Looking back now, I realize that some of the common signs of ADD were there all along, even as a kid, they just got overlooked because I was so "smart" and did so well in school. My whole life, I've struggled with organizing *anything*, I lose things all the time, my concentration for "boring" tasks is basically non-existent, I am (quite literally) the world's BEST procrastinator, I have a really hard time making friends, I've never felt like I belong in the whole teen/young adult social scene (for example, I hate large parties, bars, clubs, etc), and I've always had the tendency to start a million projects and finish very few of them without help from others to keep me on track. I feel like I would really benefit from a proper diagnosis, even if my evaluation is wrong and it's something else entirely. A drug like Ritalin or Adderol to help focus and clarify my mind would probably drastically improve the quality of my life, because right now I feel on the verge of depression. I guess my real question is, should I go to a doctor and bring this up? I really feel, after reading around, that I may have adult ADD that went undiagnosed in childhood. My younger sister has ADHD, and it's pretty likely my mom has undiagnosed mild ADHD as well. So I guess there's a family history of it, I just never really felt like I had it until about 3 years ago. Then when I thought about it I realized I've shown (at least small) symptoms since childhood. Is it possible to go your whole life with this disorder and not notice until you're an adult? And I really don't care about anyone whose response is "ADD is a fake excuse for laziness, blah blah". Thanks everyone.
