I'm 22, and I'm already having problems with my neck. For the past few months, I've noticed a headache in the back of my head that occurred every once and awhile, which started in the neck and it seemed as though the pain only came when I had my head in a certain position for a prolonged period of time. But since last week, I've had a pain in the back of my neck, at the base of my skull that hasn't gone away. When I'm standing up and doing things, it's not really noticeable, but when I sit down, and especially when I lay down, it hurts. It hurts in any position I try to lay in. I'm very worried because my mother has a bad history with spinal/neck problems. She has degenerative disk disorder (or whatever you call it) and two of the disks in her neck are bulging which causes a lot of pain/headaches. We're both worried that I could be following suit. Or, it could just be neck strain or something totally unrelated (I do spend a lot of time on the computer or watching TV...) Are there some home therapies I can try to help alleviate the problem, or should I see a doctor, a chiropractor, or other? I don't have money so I can't afford expensive exams and tests, so I'm scared. Any suggestions?

and even if its not with someone you like,what can you make out from the eyes by making eye contact, i don't know but the quote 'eyes are windows to the soul' says people can make out a lot from someone's eyes. but i don't get it !

Hi there - i'm a 16 year old female who suffers from anxiety. It was getting a lot better but has now relapsed - so to speak - due to exam results day stress, my cat dying and starting 6th form literally one after the other. Anyway i'm having trouble sleeping and am now getting headaches from exhaustion, for example, last night i went to bed at 10.30pm, read for 15mins, and then turned out the light. I then started feeling really anxious and every time i felt like i was going to fall asleep i would suddenly gasp for breath. This went on for ages and i started getting frustrated and so started crying too. I eventually fell asleep at 12.30 to wake up at 8.30 but i really don't feel much better. I would appreciate any advice on how to get a good night sleep and stop being anxious before going to bed. Thank you

Today is my last day of the school holidays and I've been staying up every night. I have to go to bed at 10pm tonight but I've already got into a system to I won't be tired. I'm 20 years old, and ever since I've been on here I've realized I won't find a girl that is my type. I keep hearing kids my age(age 20 or around there) saying that "most girls are bi" and "most girls like to experiment and like girls" and I honestly can't take it anymore. I've heard too much from guys and girls that "every girl they know in college has had a lesbian experience." I'm one of the rare guys not into bi girls or lesbians or into this bi trend going on. The thought of a potential girlfriend being with a girl is a huge turn off and I don' want that. I've heard it so much that most girls are now bi or curious at my age and I really just give up. I don't even want to ask a girl out if this is how it is for me. yes this is an extremely stupid reason to be single but this is my preference and I'm not going to change it. Is there a way for me to erase my sex drive and ignore any type of desire to be with a girl romantically or sexually. I'm extremely depressed thinking I won't ever have a girlfriend because of my preference for girls and I CAN'T take thinking about them anymore. I can't and I'm going insane. THANK YOU

I just need to know which would be the best to buy, I am not looking for anything fancy, or overly expensive, or overly cheap, just something to listen to music in my car over the weekends when all the radio plays is classic country, and maybe here and there while I am at my local game shop or special events. I would need a plug for it to go in my car, but that should be cheap enough. mine is an aux plug, so almost the same as headphones, but my friend plugged his Ipod in my car and it works. just give me the pros and cons of both and a quick how to to them

I had such a bad dating experience with this guy. My aunt told me to invited him to an event. During the whole time, he kept touching/grabbing my arm (also happened in front of my aunt). He also kept leaning into me. He was a nice guy and paid for our dinner. I am going to return the favor by taking him to dinner tomorrow and paying for it. I going to tell him "No, you are a friend and paid last dinner."when the check comes. I will also give copy CD that I made instead of letting him brought my library CD. Besides from that, I am kind of grossed out by him touchiness. He is nice but he is not my type at all. How do I reply to him asking for my number?

I wasn't even thinking, I just took Reactine a few hours ago and just now took 2 Dramamine for nausea/dizziness I've heard that if you take too much sedating medicine you can stop breathing :/

The majority of times I'm someone who when i see a woman, i make eye contact with her and smile. I say hello and i start a conversation. I'm really direct with women in general. For example, I'm not afraid to tell her i think her lips looks so mmmmmmmm if you know what i mean. Im usually the guy who makes any girl laugh and make her feel good about herself but at the same time i don't act needy or as if i need her or something of that matter. I just don't understand how they like that. Why do you women in general like when a man acts this way? and if I'm wrong.... what am i doing right? jaja

This sounds very babyish but true... So I am pretty much a scary cat when it comes to scary stories especially ghost and spirit stories and stuff like that. My dad is forcing me to fix my car that I don't even use anymore the car runs but needs minor adjustments. It would cost about 150 bucks to fix. I have no job and I have school an other more important things to pay off, to me the car isn't that important right now. He want me to fix it for he can use it for work, I could understand that his car waste way more gas than mine and he save money but why should I fix it if I don't even use the car?
