Im confused. so 4 beats in music is one measure. I know that. However, a measure can also be called a bar. A typical rap song is split up into a verse and a hook. The verse is 16 bars, and the hook is 8. This is where I get confused. 1 "bar" in rap is really 2 measures in music (also called bars). so are you counting 16 rap bars or 16 musical bars? I've counted out some songs that follow this, and its 16 musical bars, however wouldn't that just be 8 rap bars or 8 "lines"?

I went to my friend's basketball practice the other day and noticed a guy on his team. Yesterday when I hung out with my friend, I had asked him about the kid on his team. I told him that I thought his friend was cute. He told me he'll talk to him and take care of things. I then kinda freaked and told him not to say anything, even though I really DO want to talk to his friend and get to know him. This happens ALL THE TIME! If it helps, I have low self esteem, so I think maybe because I don't think much of myself, I feel this guy will feel the same. Do you have any tips of how I can get over this? I'm in love and I know it's true love. We've been good friends for many years, best friends for the last few, and finally are in a relationship. I want to be with him more than anything - that's quite uncharacteristic of me so please understand that I'm not one of those people who fancy love & all it's trappings and are willing to search it out and beg its presence. It happened and I'm in love and it's working out quite wonderfully. I just have such a hard time trusting people. Every couple I know has gotten divorced it seems. I've been hurt and hurt and hurt and mistreated time and again. I also know my own capabilities. I know I'm f**ked up and I know that I'm difficult to be with. He keeps telling me not to worry about any problems we might encounter - that it's the way we deal with our problems as the arise. But I know someday it's going to piss him off that I snore so loud even though right now he thinks its funny. I know its going to grind his gears that I'm so stubborn and headstrong even though right now he admires that about me. I know someday we're going to end up in a fight about something that right now is super peachy and I can see that. One day, he isn't going to like me anymore. We're so opposite. He's such an idealist and he can't see through the haze of love to know what grief comes of it. I want to break up with him now while it's still good. Before it goes bad. Before I hurt him. I know I'll hurt him and I just can't bear the thought of hurting him. It breaks my heart into pieces to even consider it but...I just feel like I should. I was trying to downgrade my 4.0 firmware to 3.13 firmware on my 3G iPod touch so I could jailbreak it. I put my iPod in dfu mode to restore it with the 3.13 firmware but every time I click on the file it says "iPod could not be restored because firmware file is not compatible". I can't find firmware that is compatible, I've tried multiple times and now my iPod won't turn back on.

Would you legalize prostitution if it were up to you? Your decision would be effective nationwide. What restrictions, if any, would you impose on prostitution? For example, you would make brothels, street prostitution and pimping illegal (such as in Canada). If not legalize, would you do anything to change current laws or keep them the same? Back in mid march, I had both of my Nipples pierced. I cleaned them twice a day as I was told. My right one had a little trouble healing up. But now its doing fine. The 17th will mark the 7 months they've been pieced. I no longer have problems with them. However, the past few weeks I have finally been brave enough to go swimming with my new piercings. I made sure to clean them afterwards. But yesterday I noticed two small cracks on my right nipple itself. Can nipple piercings this far along in the healing process cause this? (they told me they should be healed up around six months.) Or is this a result of none stop swimming? I really have no clue. These are my only body piercings. I was also thinking of trying some products women use while breastfeeding (since it sometimes causes cracked nipples).But would that even be okay with my piercings. Opinions or advice?

All I want to do is sleep so I can dream. After I get off work or even on a day off when I dont have anythign to do I prefer to be in bed and daydream until I go sleep. Living has gotten to be the same old same old, I go to work, pay bills and come home-I dont even have that many friends so not like i can randomly go out, nor do I have the sufficient funds to go to a bar or out dancing every weekend. And on nights I've tried that i found myself waisting time, waisting money and being more upset of being lonely. (i'm too shy of a person to go up and talk to a guy, the most I'll do is make eye contact and even then I dont keep the contact long.) I'm also a mother but I see my son about three days a week (sometimes four, joint with his father) but the days I dont have him I'm free to do what I want-but i always prefer to go back to bed. Sleeping is where I can day dream about something I know wont come true but still enjoy the feeling or the thought of it being real. My own life is too dull and pathedic and the only reason I'm still going is b/c I have a child to help raise, and because i have to work to make money, because i have bills. And honestly, how many of you people gone into places seeing someone sitting by themself? And how many of those people randomly go up to people and try to make friends in a place where you know absolutely no one? C'mon, so dont tell me i should go out and make new friends, people will look at you weird and crazy and thnk you're psychotic. And any clubs or anything to join always have people who are MUCH older then me, or people of whom I wish to not hang out with. in my 20's in the freakin south where people are either dumb, or have soul!
