With a Mexican navy helicopter whirring low over a rural community on the U.S. side of the Rio Grande, an American military veteran armed with marksmanship skills and a hefty rifle hankered from the ground to shoot it down. "Don't do it," Zapata County Sheriff Sigifredo Gonzalez Jr. recalled warning the man on that Sunday afternoon last year. The flight is one of as many as 10 in the past 17 months in which South Texans - in broad daylight - have spotted Mexican helicopters hovering overhead. The aircraft was so close to the ground military personnel could be seen inside, Gonzalez said. While an array of U.S. federal and state agencies declined to comment, a Mexican government official confirmed that Mexican military helicopters have permission to use Texas as a staging ground for missions into Mexico to fight drug traffickers. "Yes, I can tell you they exist, they are going on," said the official, who has knowledge of the flights. "Certainly, for the last couple of years," he said, noting that the U.S. government also has permission to fly unmanned surveillance planes in Mexico. Most sightings have been in the vicinity of Falcon Lake, a region where authorities in Mexico are fighting the Zetas cartel. In some instances, American civilians snapped photos of the flights and shared them with police. In the most recent incident last month, a Mexican military helicopter landed at Laredo's airport. U.S. Customs and Border Protection offered minimal details, saying the pilot was lost. 'Highly sensitive' Although apparently rare, permission to allow Mexican government helicopters to fly out of the United States goes back at least until 1987, when Mexican federal police flew in from West Texas to attack the legendary drug boss, Pablo Acosta, a marijuana kingpin. Beginning: (prolougue) in the third grade when mia has to do a math problem on the chalkboard and she writes the different numbers in the colors that she sees them in and the teacher tells her that it's silly and that numbers have no color. Mia's grandfather dies and she finds a cat and names it mango because the sound he makes when he breathes she sees in mango-color. its breathing is so loud because one of his lungs is ripped and he has to take medicine to stay alive. Mia meets Billy Billy Henkle who also sees colors like she does. Middle: As a result of her condition she fails her math tests and explains to her mom why, who brings her to miss finn who says that theres nothing wrong with her and that it's just her imagination but Mia says it isnt so miss finn says that she should see a neurologist. then mia talls her best friend jenna about how she can see colors in words and sounds, who gets mad at her for not telling her earlier. then mia sees the neurologist who diagnoses her with synesthesia. on a website for synesthetes she talks to a guy named adam and she seems to really like him and she checks her emails very often to see if he emailed her. they met at a meeting for people with synesthesia and adam kisses her. Mia''s mom sees and gets mad. End: Mia forgets to give Mango his pills and he dies. She is devastated and her synesthesia stops. Adam send mia an email and she realizes that hes a jerk and regrets kissing him. she then realizes she likes a guy named Roger (who likes her and is nice) more than adam. billy visits her and helps her with her condition and mia accepts manngo's death. what do i need to add?? I just had a labor day break so I go back to school tomorrow. I started on Sept. 1st. So far (Thursday & Friday) theres this boy in 4/9 of my classes, so almost half the day. In 1 of them we have assigned seats, But in the other 3 I've notice we tend to sit near each other in all of them. Is there a way I could test this out to see if us sitting near each in just a coincidence, I'm sure it is, I just want to be certain. Btw, we're freshmen in high school, so I don't know this guy, and we're in these 4 classes with all the same people.

can this be related to a tooth that broke( about a third of it).. the headaches started the next day.. the tooth is in the back of my mouth... i have had 2 mri's. i have saw a ENT and a Nuerologist.. They are guessing migraines.. The pain is really messing up my life.. I have an iPhone 4 and I jailbroke it to get cydia. On cydia, I have an app called double@. Double@ replaces every single double tap of the @ button on your keyboard with the word/phrase of your choice, in this case, my long email (armenian_power_hetson_copek@yahoo.com). Since my email is so long, I wonder if there is any program like that on windows 7 that would paste a word over and over again even after restarting my computer if you type certain keys in rapid succession, or press certain keys simultaneously?

We've known each other since 4th grade , Now were in high school. He's liked me since he's met me, He asked me out in middle school, he made it clear he liked me freshman year. & now when i realize i like him back. He decides he doesnt wanna go out right now. I dont understand him. He's been flirting with me, saying things to me, admitting he likes me & now when i ask him out he says no!? WTF. His friend tells me he said hes scared to go out with me & he doesnt believe i really like him. I mean i do admit , when i was young i played with his emotions but i apoligized for that a while ago. He told me he loved me a week ago, so i took that, & thought he meant it. But he said he didnt and that he was just getting back at me. He said he likes me, but he doesnt want to go out with me, He also started talking to this other girl. She's way different than me, he says that they have more in common. His friends say we would never work. I'm too preppy for him, & hes a skater. Even though were different and arrgue doesnt mean we dont have feelings for each other. Oppisites attract. We just adopted a BT (whose 9 months) yesterday and he was very shy at the humane society but he warmed up to us right away so we adopted him. He was having a little trouble walking on a leash but thnx to yahoo answers that problem is almost solved. Almost because whenever theres another dog that he sees on his walks he will start to pull or whine. and i dont know if he wants to play or what but he also does it when he sees young children or adult Indians......... Hes just fine with basically everyone else. When we adopted him he was supposedly surrendered because of aggression to other dogs but when we played with him he was just fine and he didnt growl or bark at any smaller dogs. We dont know how to get him to calm down at all. We try petting him and soothing him but im concerned that were encouraging that behavior. My family and i want to stop this behavior but were not sure how. PLEASE HELP!!!!! (BT means Boston Terrier)

I'm on weight watchers. My starting weight was 193. I weigh myself after the first week and went to 188. Yesterday I weighed myself again and was 186! But then today, I weight myself and I'm at 195! what gives? Can your weight fluctuate by almost ten pounds? This is driving me crazy because I'm eating right and proportional and exercising and I'm two pounds heavier now than when I started! Someone please help!
