I am so scared, cause I've never had surgery before nor have I ever had stitches or a broken bone or anything. I hate needles and I get nervous so easily! I know we're pretty poor, but we're both young and starting out.. plus we live in Tennessee and things are a LOT cheaper here than in a lot of places. Anyways, my husband and I have a 100,000 house. it's 2 bedrooms. Im currently still in college so I don't have an income right now. My husband makes 30k a year. we have 2 sons so we're wanting to add a master bed and bath to the house. My dad builds houses for a living and can add it onto the house for 25,000. ok background on my ex. he is stoic but he's also respectful and thoughtful. the problem with him is that he just cannot engage in a conversation and show little emotion. and its very hard because he doesnt have a lot of interests so i would run out of questions for him. so when we ended things, it was amicable. that was a month ago. any way, we still talk here n there because he;s a loner and i still have some bits of feelings for him (he was really the first guy i went out with that showed me respect)... so outta the blue he says to me, "i am sorry. sorry that it didnt work because we dont have a lot in common." i got mad and it was the first time i expressed my opinions about him. i said that he doesnt even communicate, doesnt know how to engage with others, have only a few interests and lack the ability to connect with ppl. i told him that is fine if that was who he wanted to be but dont blame 'lack of common interests' on the breakup when he was the problem by acting dead. and yes i did use the word 'dead'..... i wanted to say boring or stoic. but dead was the word i used and he rarely talks to me any more. im not too bummed about that but if he's unhappy or depressed in his life, i just dont want him to feel even more down because i said he was dead. should i apologize?

I've been talking to this guy for a little bit over a week online. A guy at work who has a girlfriend, flirts with me all the time. He confessed that he finds me attractive and likes me. But just wants to be friends. I believe him because our conversations/interactions are never sexual in any manner. I told him that even though i like him too, I don't mess with guys with gfs so I just want to be platonic friends with him w/o any flirting. He agreed although he says its hard to not flirt with me because he find me attractive. We have decided to be friends. But in the past weeks, when i try to talk to him as a friend, just about work and such, he is VERY distant. He has been distant with everyone at work and has been keeping to himself. I asked him whats wrong and he said he's really struggling at work and kind of has lost faith in his team. When I try to cheer him up or just be nice, he stays away.
