Today my husband received a neon orange postcard in the mail stating that his arrest warrant has been turned over to the police department as of February 25, 2009. My husband joined the Navy in 2006 and has not lived here in Texas since then until 4 months ago when he separated. In these 2 years that he apparently has had an active warrant, he has renewed our vehicle tags in Maryland, Virginia, then Maryland again, then this last time here in Texas along with going to traffic court in VA, and recently renewing his driver's license here in Texas. So my question is, how has this warrant gone silent for so long considering all of the above?! The address that the warrant has been sent to is his parents address, this has been address since 2006 according to his DL. We're thinking he could have possibly ran a red light, but why didn't anyone receive a ticket or court date in the mail until over 2 years later. They're expecting him to pay $1,141.87, shouldn't we be able to fight this? I mean if they were only charging him for the actual ticket (which we have no idea what it is for) that would be fine. He has not been pulled over or given any tickets while visiting here over the years, so the assumption is it is a redlight ticket.

I got into a minor fender bender. I rear-ended someone - they started to move forward, so I did too, all of a sudden they stopped (guess the car in front did a sudden stop), and I stopped too late, hitting them. Neither one of our cars was damaged (not a scratch), the only thing they had an issue with is that their airbag light went on. So we exchanged information. I offered to settle but they didn't want to. Now what??? I'm under my parent's insurance (and was about to start looking for my own insurance since I'm about to reach my last year of being eligible to be under their coverage) - are we now screwed? I know that whoever rear-ends someone is technically at fault, regardless of the circumrstances, but .... considering the fact that there wasn't any damage, but they want to go through insurance, do you think my parent's insurance will go up by a lot? Please help, thisis my first accident and i don't know what to do :(

I want a free program that transfers photos/music/video/playlist/apps from Ipod Touch to Computer because my old computer crashed and I am putting everything on a new computer, but Itunes only lets me transfer purchased content and I have 200+ songs on my ipod that are unpurchased and didn't get transferred. Don't give me a program that has a limit on how many songs it transfers without buying the full version.

Hello, I'm 21 years old and at 15ish I realized that I had an uncircumcised penis This really bothered me because I realized I was different. I've watched movies where uncircumsized guys are made fun of, and naturally I've tried to keep this a secret. So I never bothered to try to get a girlfriend and at times I even blew off subtle approaches by women for fearFears they would find out and be turned off, and that then everyone else in turn would find out and make fun of me to no end. I have a few questions. For the women out there ( I guess men can answer this too), do women mind if a guy has an uncircumsized.? I've been trying to do research on the internet on where to get circumsized and if this is the right choice. I don't want to tell my parents because they aren't from this country and it'd be hard to explain. Also, does anyone know approximately how much an adult circumcision costs? or have any sort of info on the benefits or negatives on being circumsized vs. uncircumsized I may be acting paranoid or immature but i have heard not only in movies but when i was in H.S people making fun of uncircumsized penises so it has made me VERY self conscious about myself Any feedback at all would be greatly appreciated. I've changed the fuel filter, cleaned the air filter, and the spark plugs look good, I also sprayed starter fluid into the carb and on the spark plugs but still no luck, the engine turns but will not start.

I am an international student in Purdue University, Fort Wayne. I want to apply to some top universities in USA (since I have some financial problems, and only these universities can give full scholarship), My TOEFL score is 99, and my SAT 1 score is 1820. I will take SAT 2 in 5 November , I have some academic achievements in mathematics ( 2 silvers, 1 bronze in International Math Olympiad) (3 golds in National Olympiads) and some other medals. Can I be admitted to such universities with this background ?? :S I am afraid that my SAT 1 score is too low. And universities want some recommendations from professors, I can get a very good recommendation letter from my math teacher. And if you know some universities which can give full scholarship, can you list them please. Thanks in advance, and give me some advice.

I'm so confused! Last week, I had unprotected sex. I'm due for my period the 6th, and this morning I woke up with white discharge mixed with a very tiny little bit of blood. Normally, my period just comes with discharge at all. Later on some blood came out, but usually when I start my period it comes out heavy. This time some only came out a little bit and I've had the same pad on for about two hours and it has not filled the pad at all. It actually looks like the end of my period. I'm SO confused! Can someone please tell me if this is my period, or am I spotting?

Im 17 and trying to get physically fit for my senior year so I was taking some workout supplements and noticed some urinary issues such as discolored urine and my urine would occasionally build up causing me to not urinate for a couple days and then have a long urination. So I went to my doctor and he had blood tests run on me for my kidneys, liver, and sugar levels and also gave me a urinalysis. I had stopped taking the pills a week prior to the doctors appointment due to scheduling. He took my blood about 5 days ago and I started back on the pills yesterday figuring, if he tells me to stop then I will, but I might as well get what I can for as long as I can. So I've gone to the bathroom about 4 times today in the last 6 hours, my urine is yellow/dark yellow and the last time I went, I started feeling pain in my bladder/small intestine. I don't know if it's from the pills but it's been roughly 50 minutes and the pain is still there. Any suggestions on what I should do?

I have just booked a trip to Madrid with four friends, travelling from the uk. However one of them has realised that hear passport is due to run out in a month. The airline sas you need to have at least six months valid on your passport to travel, so is there anything we can do, short of cancelling her trip (without her losing her money?). Do you think if she turns up with additional ID such as driving licence, utility bill etc it could be ok at check-in? Are there any other options to help her fast track her passport renewal? We will be leaving in five days time! We are only going for four days. Sorry about the typo!

have been involved with this guy off and on for two yearsFirst off, I just found out that he lives with his son(12) mother, the apartment is in his name.I ve been over his house a few times, which was upstairs, but when I was there he was peeking behind windows, just acting strange.Second, I just found out that his business is registered at the address to where his sons mother lives.Third, he asks me to never pop up, because he says its "disrespectful:.Fourth, whenever I call I can never leave a voicemail.Last but not least, he says he does not want a relationship until his son turns 18.Oh, and his sons mother has two other children and he teaches her other son basketball team..but on the flip, his facebook status says single, and her facebook status says single, and there are no pictures of them together, what do you think?Plus, when we are together he never wants so spend the night, and when I call for the most part he does not pick up or respond to my text until HE feels like it, which can range from a few hours to a few days . He also asked me to borrow 50 dollars to pay his cell phone bill, because he lost his job six months ago, and he s trying to get his catering business off and running, and I tried calling him today no response, i'm so hurt right now...what should I do?
