Re: Magnesium L-threonate POISONOUS???????

I live in the USA too (Baltimore). The form is required by the EPA that has jurisdiction over all chemicals imported into the US of A. Basically the validation of positive or negative is over whether the 'chemical' being brought in is listed in their database as dangerous or not. If its not listed or if it falls under one of their categories of exempted chemicals (MgT falls in this category), then it gets a negative. Its just paperwork and I wasn't expecting it since no one else mentioned it. Not sure if its because they shipped through FedEx but it should apply to all shipments. So definitely expect to fill this out the next time you get it through Orchid. I think the TSCA forms are available online. Here's a link:

The form is pretty much self explanatory except for the positive or negative thing, which you know about now.

Yes, the 1% drop in purity was disappointing for me too but it might be the normal variation during synthesis. Hope other purchasers would pitch in with info from their COAs.

Anyways, will be happy to share my experiences with MgT. I hope there'll be more studies soon too.

there was one other place i found on alibaba that says they would sell
a kg. i think i posted it here, but maybe not.........but i dont know
if they are more or less legit than orchid........we do know that
orchid has sold mgT to at least 3 members here, and with you, i guess
4.
