If you try to get rid of rats in your home, a 'concerned citizen' could bring a lawsuit, with the rat as the plaintiff, to sue you for endangering a species. He also believes that if bloggers post something that turns out to be false, they should be prosecuted Mark Lloyd – FCC 'diversity czar,' supports Communist Hugo Chavez in Venezuela and believes that what Chavez did to squelch free speech in the media and seize the means of communication is a good model for the United States. His plan is to silence conservative talk radio by forcing ownership to change hands to minorities and by implementing a fee structure for licensing that will put most private broadcasters out of business. At that point, Loyd would make PBS, or NPR on the radio, the most powerful forces in broadcasting–controlled by the government, of course. Ezekiel Emanuel – Healthcare Czar, believes in using cost-benefit and comparative-benefit analysis to allocate healthcare resources. This means the fewer years you have left to live, the less cost-effective it is to treat you. Thus, most of those resources should be diverted from the elderly to younger people. Exposed in 2009 advising a pimp and prostitute on how to bring in minors from other countries for purposes of prostitution, how to get illegal tax breaks and how to stash away profits. William Ayers – Weather Underground domestic terrorist who planted bombs at police stations and who Obama has partnered with on radical leftist projects with the intent of indoctrinating youth. Tomorrow at 3pm I have to go for a spinal biopsy as I have a spinal tumor. My business partner is also my boyfriend, he has scheduled a interview at 6pm in another nearby town with a agent. The point of the interview is to get onto another agents books, our business is doing very well and this agent also pays below the average rate. I dont see the interview as a priority and would rather not go, however my partner is insisting I go to the interview. The biopsy will take about a hour and the doctor have said I will need to be in hospital for around three hours after to monitor me and to recover. However I will need to leave the hospital at 4:30pm to get the interview by 6pm. My partner insists that I will just be sitting around doing nothing at the hospital and that I may as well leave early. I feel really upset, there is a small chance that I may have cancer, and I dont feel like doing anything afterward s. I already have two appointments and one interview tomorrow morning and already I will have to run to the hospital to get there on time as it is. He says I'm selfish, I think his selfish. Who is the selfish one?

i decided to have the contraceptive implant and it has been a month. However my period has come and since ive had my implant put in, it is causing alot more pain then usual. I am getting severe cramps and twitching, my hips ache and it hurts when i move around, my back aches and i feel a constant pressure further down below near my bladder as if someone is pushing up but standing on me at the same time. I really like a player and ngl he's not even a good player because at times he would like all my statuses. That wasn't a typo. In my dream, I was with family in the mountains of Europe, outside of Paris I believe, and we were in a newly build hotel that was adjacent to a medieval castle that was converted into stores. In the dream I felt very comfortable in the hotel part, but when we went into the castle part (to eat for some reason) I felt extremely cold chills and felt terrified. I stepped outside because of this, where I played with my dog and waited with my mother. While we were outside a priest or other Catholic person yelled out the window and a UFO appeared above the clouds, which my mom said was probably a hologram for ritual purposes. Later on there was a point where I dreamt (while already dreaming) that I was going to die at some point in the what I felt was going to be the near future. What could this mean? It's creepy, yet amusing.

I would just like afew opinions, thanks :) My book is about a man, David Retz, who, as a child was part of his father gang, killing and hunting the gangs enemies but he left at age 18, pulled some strings and managed to become an FBI agent (too long to explain). 10 years later he's one of the top agents, he's got everything he ever needs, new home, his wife to be, a child due for birth in 2 months but it all comes to a tragic end when... I have this much written, here are my 2 ideas for the book: 1) During a gang war between 3 gangs, including David's old gang, David is sent to hunt one of the leaders, his brother, in Central park, upon confronting him in the toilets they try plan a way for his brother, Marc, to escape. The plan goes according to plan as Marc makes a run for it out o the park, but is sniped several seconds later. David bursts into tears as he roars 'You bastards! You killed my brother!' His cover is blown, and now the FBI, and every cop in New York has been assigned to kill the traitor. David rejoins his old gang, and begins his fight for survival, to conquer the city. 2) David gets a phone call from Marc saying their mother has been killed. At the funeral, Marc tells David he saw gunshot wounds on his mother indicating she was murdered, now David secretly rejoins his gang, without the FBI knowing, and goes out to seek the killer using state of the art military and FBI gadet's. I am sick to death of all the smarky remarks about all of John Cena's fans being kids and women! I go to a whole lot of the RAW live shows and Wrestlemania events and believe me there are PLENTY of male fans of John Cena!! There is usually always a lot of the National Guard soldiers in attendance and they have publicly stated that they are Cena fans. Does it just make you people who aren't even in Cena's league feel better about yourselves to CONSTANTLY put him down and insist that all his fans are kids and women? You are just making yourselves look like morons because the bottom line is this - if you hate John Cena then you shouldn't watch WWE - it is that simple because he IS the WWE and that is why he is on all their advertising and PPVs - I know it's hard for you to comprehend but guess what? He puts people in the seats at shows and he outsells EVERYONE else in merchandise. He has earned his spot and he will have it for as long as he wants it. We have an 12 year old daughter who is very smart, beautiful, loads of friends and basically just a really nice girl. With these traits she has TONS of friends and are home is usually bustling with activity. We have raised her VERY openly...anything she wants to talk about WE DO, we don't restrict access to computers, phones, TV, movies because we realize that the more you restrict MOST will just sneak and do anyway....this way we can somewhat monitor what she does. She has NEVER over stepped her boundaries and in fact....kinda makes rules for herself. All that being said, we ARE having a problem with other parents of her friends who question our technique. I would write this off most the time because those who have commented do not have a straight A kid with NO disciplinary infractions BUT our daughter is really starting to feel the difference between HER home life and her friends and how THEIR parents comment on it. We DO NOT force any of our beliefs on others and get very offended when I am forced to stomach the ridiculous crap that these parents are filling their kids heads with. So finally my question. Do we continue on as we have been doing (with GREAT results) and smile through the snide remarks and shaking heads or do we change our way (for her sake) and enforce a bed time, delete her facebook, take away her phone, ban R rated movies and only allow TV for an hour a day. Do we take away her music, her books that contain questionable content, for that matter get rid of the internet PERIOD? Your thoughts?

I have had the very people in the sopmmunity i was brought here to help turn on me. Hello, When Im in sites I often want to search the site for words using ctrl f, making the computer search the site for a word or a phrase. However, I want it to search for several words and see if any of them are there, and not necessarily if they are after each other in a sentence. Cause, you know, in which case I would type them all after eachother in the search bar. So I was wondering if there was some kinda OR selection choice or something. I already tried pressing /. That doesn't help Its just so annoying having to type in one of the single words you want to search for and delete it and continue to the second one. It takes time. If this is impossible, do you guys know if I could code this into a program somehow using the sites code? Please help :)

I was suspended for poor performances, and now I'm looking to appeal it but I need someone to look over it and tell me what to improve on and what I should or shouldn't include. Thanks in advance. To start, I'd like to make it clear that I, in no way, blame anyone or anything besides myself for my underperforming. Nobody is more disappointed in me than I am—for letting down those who expect me to succeed, namely family, friends and the university. Especially the university. There're no excuses—only unfortunate circumstances. In less than 2,000 characters, it's impossible to explicitly detail what was going on. It was a combination of external stressors and the occasional physical ailment— my father's stroke at the start of 2010, a bad case of mono in the spring, my sister's struggles with anorexia throughout my freshman year, moving from VA to MA during my sophomore year, hearing of my mother's glaucoma (resulting in her going blind if not properly treated), a broken arm in the fall and my parents' divorce in 2011. On top of that, I was having social troubles, due to my ex-girlfriend turning our mutual (essentially most of my closer friends) against me. Everything around me was changed in the blink of an eye and I felt lost, depressed even. Had I been in high school my grades would have suffered far worse. ***** was the one unchanging thing in my life. Since then, things have only improved. My family is healthy in all ways possible— my dad has recovered from the stroke, I helped my sister get back to a healthy weight, and my mother's glaucoma is manageable—nowhere near as bad as I'd imagined it was—and everyone is getting along. Upon returning in the fall, I plan on recovering and getting in good academic standing. How? By retaking PHYSICS 151, HISTORY 121 and ART-HIST 191A and scoring no lower than B's in each, my 1.9 could be hired to a 2.7—my highest ***** GPA to date. The difference between taking them then and now is that I have more support and determination to succeed than I've had in my entire life. Being a Minuteman is something I hold dear, and losing it for even a semester is something I wouldn't be able to handle. What I've learned from this is that I can't do things on my own—nobody can. In the case that something unfortunate comes up or I can't understand material, I plan on doing something I haven't done before—seeking help. Be it a therapist for emotional problems, my friends for social issues, or a professor/tutor for academic troubles, I'll pull through. You won't have to worry about me again, I promise. These past 18 months were a rough patch that I'm ready to put behind me. Never before have I given up, especially not on myself, so I please, please ask you to not give up on me. Not yet.

Who protects the eod tech so who is with him since they work in teams but only one guy disarms it are those also eod techs with him or what And if they are eod techs how is it decided who will disarm the bomb

When I was little My skin use to be so much lighter but as I grew older and older it got darker and darker. 1. I got married to a Marine at 20 2. Its been a year and I am miserable because I feel like I married a child. 3. When he drinks he hurts my feelings saying that our marriage is horrible. 4. He lied about having a child that died. 5. One night we were drinking and I went upstairs and fell asleep, turns out that he took my friend to guest bedroom and fell asleep there. He thought I would be ok with it and my friend woke me up and told me that he chose to sleep there. 6. I hate that I have to drive him everyday to work. I have to wake up at 4:45am. 7. He wants me to move across the country with him. ( I don't want to b/c I have lost all trust in him) 8. I get annoyed that he spends money on video games when we have bills to pay. I would like to get out now that be stuck in a marriage for the rest of my life. I hate that he thinks I'm not sick when I am, and he thinks I lie.

Have a 9m x 3m Palm Springs Party Tent which does not have the connectors to connect the poles together. Been searching the net for these without success. Grateful for any help offered.
