For breakfast I have oatmeal, Lunch spinach, reduced-fat ricotta and cherry tomato salad, Snack 1 cup of watermelon and 1 orange and Dinner is a leafy green, lean turkey and avocado salad. What do you think of my meal plan? Will I lose weight if I eat this & variations of this meal plan daily? I want to lose 8 kgs by August/ September.. Is this possible?

I had heard from some delinquent "urban" young mothers that if you tell someone their baby is cute or attractive (or of the like), and you don't touch it, the baby will have bad luck. These mothers swore by it but I had never heard of such a thing. They only way to rectify the problem was with chanting and smoke... some shaman-esque type thing. Could anyone verify?

Last week after months of nagging my BF let me go with him to a salon and have his near shoulder length hair cut SHORT! He looks so handsome! I have an appointment for this afternoon, and he told me last night that he thought I would look stunning with shorter hair - my hair is dark brown, slightly wavy and about 4 inches past my shoulders. He also reminded me that when I was giving him grief over his hair, i used to say I'd cut my hair for him - stupid girl! He then produced a picture of what he wanted - a very pretty but very short (especially the back) Pixie! Now I'm not adverse against short hair, and I think Pixies on the right face are fab, I could see my self gradually going shorter over an extended period of time and ending up with a short cut. However the thought of going from as long as my hair currently is to the Pixie in one go is terrifying - I would be incredibly nervous when it's being cut, and I'm not sure that I would like all the attention that such a major change would bring. My BF has pointed out that I had all his hair cut off in one go, and that he would only expect me to have my hair cut if the stylist says it will suit me - I must admit I think it will, but as I said its a huge change! What should I do - I would actually like and think that its only fair to cut my hair for my BF, but.....?

I have been happily married for 28 years. I noticed my husband having severe issues with ageing as he turned 40 and these resulted in his moods fluctuating and a dissatisfaction that he could never put his finger on. Over the last 18 months he has withdrawn from me and despite lots of attempts to get him to open up he never would. 3 weeks ago it came to a head and he blurted out that he didnt know if he loved me anymore. I was devastated. We talked and he said he wanted to try and sort it out. We went away for a few days and had a fantastic time. we re discovered each other emotionally and physically, laughed, talked about the future etc etc. He swore on our childrens life that there was no one else and we made some big plans for the future.When we returned he popped out and then we spent a lovely evening together. I waited up for our son to come home and sent my hubby an e mail so he could read it in the morning telling him how happy I was and that we had a bright future.In the morning I went to take his phone up to him so he could read the e mail and to my devastation I found an e mail from a Russian girl,,,,,,,hed been having an affair for 9 months (known her 18 and flirted for 9) He had called her as soon as we returned from our holiday and when in bed as I was downstairs waiting for our son to get home safely.He has stayed with her in Kazakstan and communicated daily saying things I had only dreamed he would say to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I confronted him, called her and my life exploded. I have seen all the emails and read all the ********* between them, my children were discussed, my life hed even looked at jobs over there. we are now here.... He says he loves me, always will and wants to grow old with me. He called her infront of me on speaker and told her it was over that he loved me. I feel like I dont know this man but I love my husband who dissapeared 18 months ago. (I have since seen glimpses of him since this blew up) He has had to go away to work almost immediately to Europe and is home for 1 day when hes away again. I cannot stop thinking of all the things I read and now know ( ive deleted everything now from my computer) I love him so so much. He says he is devastated at what he has done to me and that he will fix it but occasionally on the phone he has sounded distant again. I know he is suffering too and Im terribly worried about him but I feel like Im going crazy. Please please help

I've already realized that it's not any of the Abrahamic religions, or any other form of Semitic paganism. I just graduated from high school and can't figure out what I really want to do with myself. I think being a high school teacher would be fun but it just seems like the pay isn't very good. I know it's not all about money and you should do what you want to do but let's face it money is important to 90% of people and the other 10% are liars. In the future i'm not expecting to live in a giant mansion or something but just be able to support a middle class average family. Please teachers tell me what you honestly think about your career choice and your financial situation. One last question how many opportunities do you get for extra money as well. Such as coaching and summer school anything besides that. Thank you for the help.

Did my husband have a a one night stand? he came home 5 am, passed out on lawn until about 6am, got in bed. At about 7 am I got up picked up clothes etc off floor, though where the hell has he been, so searched his coat pocket and sexy black top was there. So as my questions says I had a dream where on of my friends whos a girl and she was standing in front of me and was crying. I could only see her and me in the dream and everything around us was just blackness but when she was crying she came up to me and started to kiss me. My dreams usually hold some sort of meaning I have found but I want to know what this means. I've stayed at home with him 24/7 since he was born and now I want to go to work. Do you have any tips for the 1st time at daycare? Should I start with half day at first or send him 1-2 days a week or just let him go the full time? I know the hardest time will be nap time , he always sleep with me laying next to him, I am so worry what will happen during nap time at daycare. Will they holding him when he struggle to sleep? I have really poor self-esteem in terms of my looks...well in terms of everything, really, but this question is about my looks. I don't date because I know most guys will want to have sex, and I'm not okay with someone seeing me naked. I look in the mirror and all I see is flab. I'm not the biggest girl in the world, but I'm also not the smallest. I'm 5'0" and about 133 lbs, which makes me overweight by BMI standards. I feel like guys all expect girls to look like the girls on billboards and in magazines and such. I have this scenario in my head where I'm about to have sex and the guy takes one look at me and cringes :/ I just can't imagine anyone wanting to touch someone with a bunch of body flab. I don't blame them, I mean, guys are programmed to want girls with tight, skinny bodies. The worst part is my body is kind of weird in the sense that my arms and legs are really skinny, and I've perfected the art of dressing to hide my stomach, so if a guy looks at me with clothes, he'd probably expect that I have a pretty tight stomach. It just sucks because I'm really lonely ever since my mom died, and I'd like to date so I have someone to spend my time with, but I don't think any guy is going to be attracted to me.
