Hi,basically i've been suffering for 10years with this and the pain just keeps getting worse, i had surgery on my left knee had lateral release and patella shaven down but its just ended up worse,i had every anti inflammatory and pain killer, now on epileptic drugs, my right knee has also become really painful, had acupunture, physio and electro treatment. has anyone any other suggestions or advise?

Hi guys, I'm attending a top 25 university (whose name, for privacy's sake, I won't mention) and I will be an undergraduate sophomore this coming academic year. I have a 4.0 GPA (cumulative) and earned the Dean's List award for both semesters. I'm probably going to double in Communication Studies and Psychology, but I'm wondering if I should transfer schools. Here's why: a) I want to earn a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, but my university doesn't offer Communication Sciences and Disorders as a major (which most SLP hopefuls major in before going to grad school). However, many universities do admit Psychology and Communication Studies majors into their SLP Masters programs. Instead of 2 years in grad school, I would likely be there for 3 (which I'm willing to do). 2) Getting a degree at the university I'm currently attending will mean that my college loan debt will be pretty high. Considering how bad this economy is, that terrifies me. However, on the flip side, earning a degree from here will be extremely valuable to grad schools and will likely allow me to get into a Masters SLP program for next to no cost. Plus, both degrees will likely land me a great job. Have you been in (or known anyone who's been in) a similar situation? Ie, that he/she has been a good student who is suffering from the wrath of a bad economy but wants to make a difference in the world and will go all out to do so? Sorry for the long question, but I need answers. Thanks!

She doesn't stand up by herself and I've heard it's good for her to do it and start walking. Other thing people say it's good to leave the baby just like 20 minutes for you to do any chore. I'm afraid she fall on her back right on the floor instead of a softer surface, when trying to walk, please help me and when doing a chore, I just have to stop every 3 minutes to make sure she's ok. I'm first time mother but sometimes you may buy sth you really don't need. If all what I've heard it's true I think it will help me a lot!!!

Well, I finally got positive feedbacks from the job I was trying to get and I'll probably get the job. It's a very good job, not my dream job but better than I thought. Two of my best friends are acting a bit strange. My friend number one, ...since I pain too, when I sent my paintings to her to ask for her idea said they're childish and I've used cheap brush and cheap paper. And then about my job she said why I didn't tell her anything about it because she was waiting and didn't want to ask me about it, since I might have bad news all the time. My friend number two, mildly acted happy. She's a reserved person usually. Became even more quiet and finally got a much higher position in her company and told me that now she'll keep in touch with me but because she's very busy we might not see each other that frequently. Aren't my friends being strange? Or is this just a coincidence?

I know its normal for children that age to explore and rub their private parts. My daughter has this baby doll that she basically humps. Well I had to wash her baby today and she literally wouldn't take a nap because she didn't have her baby. I asked her if she wanted other things things she said no because their head isn't hard and it makes her private parts feel better. I thought it was only once in a while that she did this bc that's all I saw but I guess she does it everytime to go to sleep...now is that normal or is there something I should do?

I have a '06 Hyundai Tiburon GT (2.7L 5 speed). When ever I'm driving really slow (like 5 mph) and push my breaks, I hear a popping noise underneath the car. I don't know if it's the breaks or what. I thought maybe it could be something to do with the clutch since I'm switching into neutral and then it pops, but I noticed today that it doesn't actually make the popping noise until the breaks are hit. Any idea what it is?

I just don't know how to deal with this situation? I am begging you - please help me out just this once? I don't know what to think of him, or whether he is bipolar or has a mental disorder? He is a married manager. He goes through these phases where he'll be nice to me, and then the total opposite. Like recently, he won't answer my emails and would just ignore me. Then when I met him in person, he was nice to me and spent an hour discussing things. He's moving to another company and asked me to join him. I had said yes, but that I also want to work with a second company - so I'd be working part-time with both companies. He was fine with this arrangement till yesterday, and now he said that he wants the other company to hire me completely and cover all of my wage since I will be living in that city. The other option is that he would hire me in his company, but that I need to live in the city that he's moving to. Both cities are an hour's drive so I would have been able to come into work at both companies. Then there was this issue where because of a misunderstanding, I was getting overpaid. I was shocked that this was the case and he was a bit mean because he wanted to drop my salary even though I was contracted for a higher wage. I was a bit pissed so I sent him a snappy email. Then I apologized a bit on an instant messenger - he didn't reply to my message and went off-line. Today he sent me an email and explained the situation and said that it wasn't my fault. Just this last weekend, he had a party at this house for his move to the other company. I had just arrived and was talking to some male colleagues. They decided to do group photos and people were just gathering together. Then he called over at me and asked me to come up here for the picture. Out of 60 staff members, he only asked me to do that. I don't know why. Then when I was leaving with a female coworker, he gave her a friendly hug and told her take care of herself. For me, he stood there for a second and was zoned out. I said bye to him and then he firmly placed his hands around my elbows and said that we need to meet this week to discuss things about me relocating to the company that he's moving to, and asked about my schedule for the meeting. What do you make of this?

i have done every possible thing to be nice to her even get notes i almost fought my best friend cuz he said so while she was passing by she don't no about this. im a very nice honest and easy to get used kind of guy helpful in every way possible i do every thing to get her cheered up and get a smile out of her i tried the best to get help in our class but we ended up failing it i guess she blames me for it. I asked her to the movies 1st she said text me and I did no reply then 2 nd time I said let's go to te movies and she said she is too busy srry. idk wtf to do how do i get her attention. when ever i text her jokes or something she barely replies and takes hours to respond and puts a ! after every thing almost. i mean i try to make her laugh and take her to the mall every thing i even slave my self to pick and hold her stuff like her heavy *** text books and notebooks. i asked her y she dont reply some times she said shes always busy. i think is bull ****. and out of random she starts acting like im a complete stranger and tells me to go do something else while im helping her as if she wants me to **** off. how can i get her to be intrusted in my now that college is on summer vacation please guys help me thanks i text ed her a couple days ago but she never replied me. I don't want this girl a girl who makes me suffer but. I hope people will read this i think quite long story.. :) There was a guy who i like(d), he is the nephew of the friend of my mother. So i only see him at party's when his aunt is around. The first time i saw him was 2 years ago, he didn't looked interested in me and i wasn't really shocked about it. The next time he was there again with his brother and i brought a 'good friend' with me and he seemed very interested in her. (ofcourse if a girl is flirting with you and sits on your lap, i think most of the guys would do) and that was a pity thing because i began to like him. Everytime when we meet he asks where my friend is, (so he expected her) and i answered kinda disappointed; ''oh.. i didnt brought her with me.'' And he is like; ''oh ok.'' and goes away. At that point it was the best just to forget him, he only cares about her anyway. (at that point i didnt really had a crush) So saturday i went to the picknick with all familar faces, everyone has changed and so do i. First one i saw was the brother of the guy, and some another dude. (i didnt knew it was him! he really has changed) And i saw that the guy was looking at me for hours! Later the parents are planning to leave, i saw the guy stands up which i couldn't care less and i was talking to my mom. Then i felt someone was poking on my arm and i looked to see who it was it was the guy. He said; ''hey, do you like to have a walk with me?'' I looked at my mom and then i looked back at the guy and i said; ''yeah sure!'' We were walking and talking at the same time, at some point i asked for his name.. and when he said his name.. i realized the dude i was talking with was THE dude i had a crush on! i was kinda shocked but i tried to look calm and not surprised. (dont know if i failed or not) We were talking and we seemed to have a lot of things in common. And then he asked; ''Are you going to the picknick that is next week?'' i respond that i was going and then i was like; ''sh!t, i dont know if i can go then.'' (so he seemed to still be interesting right?) And now i dont know what to do.. i actually forgot about him and was no longer interested. But im still torned because he is kinda the opposite of the guy i like. He smokes and gets stoned sometimes.. which i really CANT appreciate. My 'friend' also said that he isnt on msn msn for monthes and then he tries to contact her to ask how she is and that he wants to see her. He he isn't actually my type anyway.. If he liked my friend who was eccentric, slntty and a attention seeker... he would never like a me..it feels like im boring and he would have a lot of expectations of me. I also feel like im not ready for a relationship, none of my relationships were serious and they didnt last for so long. I really have a low confident to have a relationship. But still there is something about him.. the last few days i feel happy (which is very rare for me, i feel depressed most of the days, about my parents, financial problems, friends and having no school, that made me do nothing for about 1 year and probably another year because i still dont know what to do in my life) I dont even know if i like him, but somehow it feels like i begin to like him, only because he gives me the feeling that he is interested in me. But maybe its just my thirst to find someone i can build a relationship with? But still i think he is kinda shallow, that he first liked my friend (i have to admit, that she is good looking) at that point i looked like cr@p. And now my look has changed and he is intersted now?! what do you think its the best, just to forget about him and let it die.. or go for it? And why or why not? btw, im 17 and he is 18.

I am trying to get a work-at-home job that requires a "dedicated analog phone line". My telephone is VIOP through a modem. If I unplug my phone and plug it into the wall jack, would I still be able to call out? I'm trying to figure out who provides regular landline service in my area, and no one seems to offer it. Verizon, Frontier, and Comcast claim to be strictly digital. I can't think that everyone has modem phones now.

Ok, so I'm trying to make flashcards on Word 2003 and I got the dimensions I want but every time I write in the cells, the boxes change sizes. Does anyone know how to keep the cells in the table to stop doing that? They have to stay exactly the same size. Thanks.
