last night i went to a party and my ex showed up. i was doing my own thing flirting with this really cute guy ive had a crush on since forever. my ex kept staring with his arms crossed with a pouty look on his face. we agreed to be friends so i went and said a couple of words to him and he just nodded his head. well i left and the next day he was telling my mom about the party and acted like me and him talked and hung out together at the party the whole night. which in fact we didnt. why would he act like that? and hes talking to a new girl and told his sister that he didnt have a girlfriend and liked playing the field? i just want a input on the situation and see why you think he did that?

My mom is such an idiot! There are sooooooo many things she does that are just SO DUMB!!! It's like she thinks she can do whatever she wants and then the minute someone says any crap about her she flips out. Let me explain: 1) She is always telling me I'm overweight and I need to work out and go on runs. So I've started doing these videos with like weights and aerobics and stuff. She said that's a good thing. But, the thing is is that she is a little overweight too. Then, she will sit on her lazy butt and watch TV for like 4 hours. Then, when I need to do my video ON THE TV, she tells me to use the one upstairs. Then I tell her the room upstairs is like really hot because the sun beats right down into the windows and its like SUMMER (like 100 degrees), and she just tells me to get over it and just go. She needs to exercise too and I'd bet she wouldn't want to do it in a 90 degree room and here's the thing: I'm not even fat! 2) She always makes me do all the chores in the house, I mean HELLO!!!!! I have a sister sitting right there! Can't she do something?? Oh and what about you, Mom? do you feel like doing something besides watching tv? Nope! Just about every night goes like this "Hannah, clear the table" "I do it every night. You and Erin (my sister) should do it!" "I'm going to watch tv and erin has to study for finals" "you know, I have finals too!" "Hannah, just do it and stop being difficult" "Mom, come on!" "Oh my god just do it!" and then i have to do them EVERY FREAKING NIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 3) I'm never allowed to invite more than 6 people to my birthday parties. I mean, it's not like an extra 5 people will do anything to her except making her buy more food. My friends and I always go upstairs anyways! or the park or the mall or something. 4) When she goes shopping, she says she will get a lot of food, because we never have like any food to just EAT! but she always only gets food for dinner that night and some stuff for breakfast. And its not like we don't have the money for it! Then there is no food in our house for the whole day! and she only gets stuff she likes like avocados and cottage cheese. (come on, who eats just cottage cheese? its GROSS!) 5) She treats me like I'm a baby 6) She criticizes everything everybody does but the second anyone criticizes or is mean to her she freaks out and starts yelling Be honest. Tell me what you think about this.

okay so I needed a ride home but my friend said she was too tired to take me home so I tried to find another ride but I couldn't and my parents wanted me home but she told me to just stay at a friends cause she didnt wanna drive me..I ended up calling my parents (it was like 3 in the morning) and they had to come get me..I was really mad so I sent her a long text about how it was annoying she couldnt take me and she was just rude about it saying I should have tried to figure out a ride earlier and I'm not her responsibility because my car broke that day and idk is she right or do I have a right to be mad?

We have 7 kids and 5 grandkids so we have a pretty big family. We aren't really a wall art kind of family so we have a good amount of photos on display in different parts of the house. Is there such a thing as too many photos? I mean don't get me wrong, the walls are covered but with so many family members and so many big events, it's hard but I don't want people to think it's over kill.

Hi all! I recently decided that i would like to pursue modelling, at least part time for now. I currently reside in Sydney, and have approached Chic and Priscilla'ss model management, both of whom would like to sign me. I realise that there are other great modelling agencies in Sydney (Chadwick's, Vivien's, Scene) whom i have not seen yet. Chic and Priscilla's both seemed great. Chic was a bit more business-like while Priscilla's was more relaxed. They both said the same things about their agencies, such as : "We are quite boutique, with a small board of Male models in Sydney at any one time. We try to give individual attention to our models" etc. I'm having a really hard time deciding between them, or whether i should look elsewhere. With no contacts in the industry, i'm finding it hard to work out which agencies would be suit me. In the end i want the agency that can get me the most work, while remaining flexible around my uni degree. I don't need to be babysat or have my ego stroked. Can any guys/girls offer some insight? :) Jimmy

I got on probation for a non-drug related charge, I got drug tested at the end of my sentence even though I'd never taken a baseline. My probation officer told me I was off of probation and that he was sending my case to the DA. Does the court or DA have the legal right to drug test me even though I've been told I'm not on probation anymore?

I have a Cruzer Micro 4GB USB and I've been using it for around 2-4 years. It worked fine, and when it's on, the light would turn on. But I haven't been using Safety Remove Hardware for it until just about 10 months ago. Today, I was at school and I plugged my USB into 3 different computers (a mac and 2 laptops) but it wouldn't connect. It flashed light for a second and turns off. But it did work before I went to school. I'm guessing that I didn't use Safety Remove Hardware properly, because at school, the light would turn off completely, but when I use it at home, the light is still on, but the computer (Windows 7) says it's okay to eject. And now it's still not working on my computer! Then there's the possibility that I bumped it a few times at home by accident. Why won't my USB turn on? And how do I fix it? HELP!

Hi everyone.. My dog is a 7 year old black lab Shepard mix. He hurt his leg last July and when my mom took him to the vet (not the same vet) they told her it would heal eventually and it was a sprain. He's never really paid attention to it. He would still run in the yard, jump on beds and couches, and roll around on his back, only some times he would limp a bit. Well on Monday night the dogs were in the kitchen and we heard a loud yelp and he was on the floor and couldn't walk right. We guessed that he stepped on our smaller dog and she moved tripping him. The next morning we took him to the vet and they sent us to an emergency vet. The vet took him in a back room to examine him (walking, reflexes). She came back and told him that he had a torn ligament in his leg the whole time and the surgery tho fix it would be 2-5 thousand dollars. But that wasn't even her concern.. Because then she told us the when he fell he hurt his back, and didn't want to move his head up or in a certain direction and that he could possibly have a tumor, moved disc in his neck, FCE, or IVDD. And they recommend: Bloodwork, MRI, Spinal Tap w/CSF collection. And then he would need hospitalization, cost of surgery preps, actual cost of surgeries, etc. And it would cost 2 grand just for an MRI. And they said the total for everything could be 12-15 grand, and we just DON'T have that kind of money. They wanted 1 grand just for him to stay overnight with possible IV's if he didn't want to eat. And they wanted 2,100 of 2,600 (for overnight, MRI in the morning, possible IV's..) just to do anything for him. And all they could do since we couldn't afford him to stay overnight (he was fine, he ate and drank a hefty amount and has gotten plenty of rest.) they gave us Tramadol and Prednisone and see if he improves. As of right now, we don't have good enough credit for care credit, and the vet offices in and around our area doesn't have any other payment plans.. We just really have no money with paying for the house, and car, and insurance and bills, and plus my sister-in-laws dude date for her baby is TOMORROW (6-9-11). And we are a family 5 with 3 dogs. I really don't see how we are going to pay for these surgeries without help.. We live around the Orlando, FL area and will drive however far we need to get him any help. As of right now, we have him on a therapeutic dog bed and have him resting on it 24/7 beside going outside to potty. We have all wood and tile floors, so we carry him outside on his bed and he walks much easier out on the grass. He has no signs of pain, not even when he is walking in the grass, beside that he wants to cross his legs. Sorry for how long, but we are really desperate for help and we REALLY don't want to put him down, but we will if we have to.. Thanks everyone.

Okay, so, I'd like to state I have OCD, so I obsess about A LOT. Anyway, a little bit back I masturbated and some got on the seat...so now I'm thinking "what if my mom sits there", now masturbation and incest are both sins in the Bible. So, this happened once before and I decided to do it again...but this time I tried to make it cleaner. So, now I'm thinking that I did something wrong and am going to Hell because the second time I knew what could happen but did it anyway I guess. Ok well im doing a report on richard donner (director) thats due tomorrow and im stuck on a few questions. Please help me answer the following questions. 1. Is the director know for a specific genre?style?technique?innovation? 2. How has the directors career evolved?

This all started in March. Before that I knew I was a virgin. I still have my hymen attached, but for some reason my mind keeps telling me I am not a virgin.Let me explain. I had a skype conversation with my ex in January and I said to him: Is it bad that I want to lose my virginity to you? The thing is that after I said that I never saw him again (which I'm fine with so no worries). But in March I started thinking all of a sudden that I am not a virgin. It's like my mind does not believe what I said to him. It's so stupid because I have evidence that I am one but my mind won't believe it. I feel like I don't know what to say. My ex said that both me and him are still virgins. I feel like I am delusional and even though I have evidence that I am a virgin, my mind doesn't believe it. I'm getting really upset. Someone please help me. Thank you

[ Dogs ] Open Question : MY 7 month old dog has Parvo... is it ok to treat him at home with the antibiotics the vet gave him?

We took him to the vet and he was tested positive for Parvo. They gave us an option to leave him over night at the clinic but it was too expensive so he said we could bring the medication home and treat him here with complete and forced rest. Also to give him pedialyte so he wont dehidrate. Is that a good idea or is he more at risk of not making it. We also have a 3 month old puppy, they spend most of their time together but he has no symptoms.

[ Software ] Open Question : opening documents on a cd?

My friend transferred some documents on to a cd.. which opened for me and I was able to view one file.. and then I saved that one file onto my computer. This cd has several files. I closed out the cd and later tried to reopen it using the cd.. now I cannot. The cd sounds like it is going to load but then after several seconds.. it shuts off. I noticed that her files were saved using word office 9.

Ive been on accutane for 3 and a half months for my acne, and its been working great! But since its the summer I kinda wanna drink But I know Its say no alcohol. Would it do any damage if you just drink a little because I just wanna drink at least one day out of the summer then stop, I just wanna catch a buzz. No beer, something lighter like mike hard lemonade thats it? So the question is can I just get a little buzz with Mike's for only one day??? And after the pill when can I start again?

i used to have really beautiful natural waves, but now my hair is so damaged and frizzy. you can't even see the waves! all you see if the halo like frizz! what's the best anti frizz product you would recommend? i want my hair to look polished again. please tell me of something that's not very expensive because i really can't afford that.

I just got my Wacom Bamboo Pen and Touch tablet in the mail today and have spent all afternoon installing it and learning it. After first installing it, the eraser on the pen worked fire, but now it acts like another pen tip, continuing to draw instead of erase. This happens both in Photoshop and the Bamboo dock app "Doodler". I checked the pen settings and the eraser options looked fine. I also reinstalled the software and tablet itself but to no avail. I hare a Windows Vista operating system. Can you help me?

Good Division 1 colleges that can offer a scholarship to an alright track star. Not the big colleges like Texas A&M and Florida State and those other big ones. Ones that are more realistic to getting into and run for them. These are my personal records.
