I'm 20 and I got caught drinking underage in the US while staying at my cousin's place. I'm not locked up and I have a court date set. I was wondering if I should flee back home to Canada. What would happen if I do? The drinking age there is 18/19 so I wouldn't be charged in Canada I don't think. Would the US try to extradite me? Advice? I have to be back to work before my court date anyway and I really don't want to lose my job while waiting for trial in the US.

My daughter has had her braces on a little over a year. I noticed the other day her teeth are straight but they are being pushed inward! her gums almost look swollen but they aren't the roots of her teeth are being pushed out while the tips of her teeth are being pushed inward.

one of my older brothers is in rehab for drugs obviously and i went to see him the other day for this family session thing and hes doing awesome like hes completely normal but the thing is a 90 day program and there are like 6 steps. hes been in for like a monthish and on step 2 ( idk why he is still on step 2 they havent "put" him on step 3 idk why lol i dont really know how it works) but i mean he is totally normal, even better than he was when he was clean before he relapsed. is staying there the whole time really necessary? i mean it seems kind of pointless to stay in for 90 days when hes so good lol hes 16 and its a rehab for teens

I have a window unit air conditioner built into the wall. When I had the home inspection it worked. Now it just runs and blows out warm air. Is there something I should be looking for....ie. filter cleaning, reset button, etc. It is an older unit but wont be able to replace until next year. Any suggestions? I also have another one that works in a different room but you can hear it icing up and hitting the blower motor and it makes a racket when it does that. Any suggestions?

I worked from October of last year until mid-May of this year as a hostess at a sushi restaurant before I had to quit, seeing as I was leaving on an extended vacation. Now that I am back home, I want to apply for a job closer to where I live, as well as something different from hosting. There are a couple concerns, however. While I have decent experience working with people in the food service industry, it was clearly not at all with coffee, so I would obviously have to be trained for the position. However, I have to leave for college in October, so I am worried I will not be hired anywhere as a new employee for such short period of time. Anything other than the drinks itself I feel qualified to handle thanks to my previous job. I am friendly, hardworking, and can calmly deal with even the rudest of people (we get a lot in the service world). Is it even worth it to call and inquire about my application, or should I look for something else? I am about to apply at Petsmart as well, as a cashier, but have the same concern. I would much prefer working at Starbucks, however. Any tips/ideas/general information is greatly appreciated.

I have a craftsman weed trimmer. The fuel lines going to and from the primer pump had to be replaced because they began to leak. Now that I have installed the new lines the trimmer will not start. When I pump the primer I can see the gas flow through the fuel line but once I pull the cord to start the engine it looses its prime and air bubbles occur in the fuel line. Filled with fresh gas. What do you suggest I try correct the problem?

Even the smallest mistake will eat away at my mind, no matter what I do to distract myself, it has me depressed for days, which is not helpful because then I just feel like staying home and not even bother trying again because I will be even worse.How can I tell myself it doesnt matter, because I just know every one saw me mess up and thought of how weird I am. Why shouldn't Creationism be taught in classrooms? Give me one succulent reason to persuade me why evolution is the only theory taught in biology about the origin of life. My specific Rationale; 1. The constituents of each local school district should determine the parameters of educational instruction for that district and that district only. 2. Since neither evolution nor creation is accessible to the scientific method, since they deal with origins, not presently observable events, both should be formulated as scientific models, or frameworks, within which the student can then predict and correlate observed facts. 3. Such scientific models can neither be proven nor tested, only compared. Which model can explain, with the least amount of difficulty, the observable data in the real world? 4. Evolution is a faith-system. Creation is also a faith-system. Both of these systems have far-reaching implications for the life, world-view, and morality of the adherent. Both systems should be discussed in their entirety and presented as viable options. Therefore, each is as religious as the other. Each is as scientific as the other, as well. 5. Neither evolution nor creationism should be the only view presented in the public classroom if both views are desired by parents and students. Henry Morris of Institute for Creation Research has {27} stated, and I agree, "There are . . . strong scientific and pedagogical reasons why both models should be taught, as objectively as possible, in public classrooms, giving arguments pro and con for each. Some students and their parents believe in creation, some in evolution, and some are undecided. If creationists desire only the creation model to be taught, they should send their children to private schools which do this; if evolutionists want only evolution to be taught, they should provide private schools for that purpose. ok I graduated last year and have been paying my student loans back for a year and I have called them and asked if there was any way to lower my payments so I could move out of my parents house and they told me I could do interest only payments I know that's a bad idea. I make 1800 a month and I have 350 in a car payment and after I pay for all my student loans I have 300 dollars left over. I also pay for cell phone and car insurance. So about 200 left. I really want to start my life so I was talking to my dad and he said if I could get a foreclosed house for half what it is worth I should be able to role my student loans up into it. Is there any bank that would do this? Or is there other options? I have tried consolidating them and they will not. I have tried to get the term of repayment extended and they wouldn't. They want me to repay them in 10 years and I don't want to live at home for 10 years. Help

Im 20 just sold my car and now im gonna buy a bike and another car. Ive never rode a bike so this is my first one. Im getting it mainly to save some gas here and there but still want to have the looks and feel of a sport bike. Im 6' 2'' with shoes on weigh 175lbs and have a 34'' seam. I started out lookin at the ninja 250r then realized it will probably be to small for me. Next i started looking at the 650r but then i sat on one and hated it. Now im looking at the gsxr600 and sat on one and love it. it feels so perfect but the speed for a beginner is what im worried about. what do you all think?? thanks

Why is my friend acting like a ***** secretly in front of me? First of all my friend and I are now seniors. She is a total hipster. She is nice to me but she loves to put me down secretly without being so harsh about it. For example I have clear braces and she doesn't anymore she says "It's good that I got my braces off before school started. I'm glad im not a brace face anymore." Also she is a lot taller than me she is 5'10 and in 5'4 she randomly brings out how great it is to be tall or how only models can be tall. She knows that my boyfriend moved to her neighbor hood and she often brings up th fact that he lives very close to her and that he invited her over to hang out. When she does these she acts like nothing happened and does it in a normal non snobbish way. She thinks that i don't have many friends because she has 500 friend and that i only have 210. She thinks that every guy in the world is crazy about her. Every morning, she tells me that one new guy likes her even though it' not true. If she finds out that any of her friends likes a guy, she will immediately go after him and fish for compliments. She secretly says bd things behind me like how im not cool and how my shyness and quietness annoys her so much. Why does she do these things in front of me? I've been nothing more than a great supportive friend. she got kinda of mad one time because she tried to dye her hair exactly my hair color and it came out totally different. so she was taking it out on me
