Producers enrolled in ACRE are required to submit a signed CCC-658 form along with 2010 production evidence by September 1, 2011.  Failure to provide this information will result in that farms' ineligibility of payments for the applicable contract period.  Please contact the office if you have questions regarding this matter

WOMEN and HISPANIC Farmers and Ranchers Claims Adjudication – If you believe that USDA improperly denied farm loan benefits to you for certain time periods between 1981 and 2000 because you are a female, or because you are Hispanic, you may be eligible to apply for compensation. Glickman (“Pigford”), and (b) who did not receive a merits determination of their discrimination claim, you may be eligible for benefits from a Class Action Settlement.
