I'm going to be in Chicago for Labor Day weekend, and since that's also Jazz Fest weekend, I'm anticipating huge crowds at all the better-known jazz clubs. I've been trying to google some low-key, hidden jazz clubs, but it's difficult because they're hidden. Does anyone know of some places that out-of-towners might not know about? I'd prefer if it's close to the train line and in a somewhat safe area, but I also realize that some of the best places don't fit into that category, so any suggestions are welcome. Thank you!

i accidentally got a litter of 1 from my pair of degus. The baby was a girl so we kept her (as by this time the father had sadly passed away from leukaemia). She escaped several times, as she could fit through the cage bars as she was so small. she is nearly 2 years old now, and her mum Lizzie (who is blind) is 3. i read that it is extremely difficult to breed and raise degus, as the pups rarely survive. is that true? is it possible that Danni (the baby) will get leukaemia or go blind like her parents? So JK Rowling has sold only 400 million copies (lol I know this is still a lot), however Agatha Christie has sold an estimated 4 billion copies, and other authors such as Barbara Cartland, Harold Robbins, Dr Seuss, Sidney Sheldon, etc have sold hundreds of millions more than JK Rowling. So how come she is considered the first "billionaire" author when some novelists have sold more than here. What am I missing?

I moved down here to Texas for college, from the Northeast. I've seen TONS of cute girls down here, and I've noticed something since I've been here. It seems like 4 out of 5 girls wears some kind of shorts (I asked someone and they said they're called Soffe retro shorts) that are shiny, satin shorts with a stripe down the side. I've seen girls high school, college, twenties, A LOT of them wearing these! These shorts though, and I know it's shallow but I can't help it, they show their curves, booty, legs off! Every time I see a blonde or brunette (it's like they all have these) wearing them, my eyes go straight down to check her out because these shorts show it off! And another thing, girls here have CLASS! I say that because, I swear they don't even know how cute they are! They don't notice guys staring at them when they wear these(and a lot do)! Most girls would, but not here. I'm really good at spotting signals, and if they do notice guys staring at them with these shorts on, I can't tell! And I'd be able to! So, is this a big style down here? Do you own these shorts too/wear them? DO YOU notice guys staring when you wear them? I've never seen girls with this much style and class, they're too good!

The percentage of moor blood is like 1%, maybe less. I'm south European, I have black hair and amber eyes, but I'm pale...does that make me any less white? Did the brunettes stop belonging to the white caucasoid ethnic group? For alI I know, you Americans have slave blood in you, since the plantation days, your mom and dad were doing interracial zoo, in the back of the lords house. Yeehaw! Europeans are whiter, than any of you American mongrel mutts. The darks traits were aquired by the mediterranean climate. White European by blood and heritage. The economy is hurting and not so good right now and instead of using his motorcade, airforce one/marine one he requests and gets a tour bus...let me remind you, it costs the taxpayers 1.1 million dollars so he can ride in style across the United States....BUT WAIT you can rest easy tonight knowing that his tour bus is equipped with red and blue flashing lights (totally sarcastic). First my daughter has a stomach flu so far for the past 2 days. Then the drive would be 2 hours there and the wake is done immediately the time we get there.. Which she would be cranky for because that would be her nap time. The wake last for 2 hours and I don't think it would be appropriate to bring a baby anyways? She would be screaming and yelling through it. Then there's a 2 hour brake and then we go back for another 2 hour ceremony. Then the drive back for 2 hours. My bfs mad because I told him no. Mymother had chemo today so I won't even bother asking her. She did offer but still I'm not going to let her. I know she will be sick. And I can't do that to her.. What if she does catch the bug my daughter has on top of that to? My bfs just angry but he wontbe seamount with her. I will. And the only reason he's mad is because he wants his side to met her since they live far. -my daughter is from aprevious relationship- we've been dating for 8 months. Am I wrong? Or should I bring her? I think I should just stay home with her..

What is the rationale? Is it that at 18 you can kill or be killed for your country but you're too immature to buy a beer? Or that you can vote for whoever you think the best candidate is but you're too immature to buy a beer?
