I recently started a diet and desperately need to know how many calories these two sandwiches are. I eat one for lunch almost every day. This is a Bronx style sandwich so there may be a little more meat on the sandwich as compared to a regular deli sandwich. NY, Bronx style Arthur Ave seeded wedge with prosciutto, smoked mozzarella, roasted red peppers, broccoli rabe, oil and balsamic vinegar. And an alternate version with everything the same only with honey maple turkey instead of prosciutto.

my boyfriend and i had protected sex august 2. its been a little over 3 weeks. i am now about 3 or 5 days late on my period....usually its a few days off but now its gone a little to far.....i have been paranoid about pregnant so im assuming that it has been late because ive been so paranoid. but today, when i went to go urinate, i saw a brown lining on my underwear. i have had brown spotting before and it be my period, but that hasnt happend in about 3 or 4 years. (i was a virgin at the time) so is it possibole for me to be pregnant? im going to take a test tomorrow but im still really nervouse that i am pregnant...so can someone shed some light on the situation please?

While i was playing Call of Duty: World at War on the Wii Multiplayer for like a year from now, the screen turned black and said "A error has occured, please eject the disc, and read manual for help" and i heard that this happened to many people before. And the manual said eject the disc and reinsert it, i did, it worked for like a day, then did it again. So im getting Black Ops for the Wii soon. My question is, "Has this error happened on the whole Wii, or just the game (Call of Duty: World at War)?

I am considering getting my first tattoo and I'm not sure what to get. I am strongly considering "Gib Niemals Auf" (Never Give Up) wrapped around my forearm in "Fraktur" text (old English style) but I have also been considering getting a Celtic Cross as well. Can someone with ink experience help me out? Or any other phrases I could have such as "Liebe ist Alles"(Love is Everything) or "Bei Gott ist alles möglich" (With God all things are possible). SO, Taylor Swift is coming to my city and I REALLY want to go. However, I'm 14 and no one is agreeing to go with me. Also, tickets are selling quickly and I need to find a friend to go with before they sell out. Two of my school friends agreed but they both dropped out cause they either weren't allowed or wouldn't pay the ticket fee. As for people in my family, my brothers wouldn't be caught dead at her concert and there is no WAY i'm taking my parents. I love them and all but seriously, they have a tendency to kill the fun and embarrass me while their at it. I REALLY want to go, she probably won't ever return to my city after this concert. Should I call up and ask more distant friends, I just need someone my age or older to go with to be safer since I can't go alone.

I cant remember the name. Its about this tour group who go to (Egyptian I think)temples and these vines kill all but one. One survives. I know 2 of the people in the movie were dating and the girl had something in her arm from the plant but her boyfriend didnt want to cut her to get it out so she died. Lol for me it was when my friend and i smoked a joint on the roof of the mall yesterday and then we had to cross a small gap to get back to another roof, and when i looked down i felt like i was on the empire state building 0.o and then we had to walk to 7-11 and home, which was kinda weird. this one huge guy with tattoos i was freaking out about because he kept staring at my friend and i, and like he let me cut(?) him in line and pulled his kids back. -__-

So my period was from august 1st - august 5th. Lasts 5 days and comes every 30 days. My period isn't due till September 1st. But lately I've been having nausea, extreme fatigue, extreme hunger, nipple sensitivity, & an increased sex drive. I had sex on august 5th and august 15th. both times unprotected. Pregnancy or what?

New to PHP and HTML web design. I'm trying to make a simple form that you fill out, and when you hit save, it shows what you wrote on the page. If you reload the page it has your previous data on it, and you can make changes to it, then save again... kind of like a scratchpad, or update-able notepad. All I have is the form... I looked into PHP, XML, CSS, ASP, and of course HTML, and I cant seem to get it done, allot of what I find is related to email, or txt documents, but I want the data to be editable, like a blog, or a profile on a web page... Can someone please assist. All I have are these: form method=post action="Page.html">
and Languages: If neither of these will work, please help me find something that will T_T...

I have done alot of volunteering in nurseries and schools and never really had a problem getting the kids to listen to me. However the key factor at this nursery seems to be the fact the staff all where a uniform with the nursery logo on and I'm in my own clothes. They do as I say to a degree but if they really don't want to do what I'm asking they'll just ignore me or say you're not a teacher or you're a visitor. They are ages 3-5. I have been volunteering there for two weeks and I can neither establish myself as someone to respect nor provide comfort to them when they want it because they only want the proper workers who they are obviously bonded with. I know it takes time to build relationships etc but I've literally done months and months of volunteering placements and the children have always warmed to me naturally. What can I do without just giving up on getting these kids to like me?

My bf of 3.5 years has been pretty jealous and possessive our whole relationship. At times controlling too. I've almost been completely broken down and I don't know why. Part of it is because of my boyfriend, he caused me to become sadder, angrier, less social...I had to stop doing a lot of things to avoid fights or make him happy (whether or not he asked me directly), i felt the only way to prove my love to him was being stopping drinking when i go out, cutting some male friends, the list goes on. He's really supportive of me spending time with my family and my girl friends and he doesn't check up on me 24/7 or abuse me or any of that freakish behaviour.. I'm a decent and faithful person...and becoming less social has made me really miserable...and my bf has noticed this and he kept saying how he can't take me being this way and that I'd lose him if it kept happening...and he started hanging with his friends more and more...with me less, became distant and less affectionate... He doesn't realise it's because of what I've been through in this relationship? He says he;ll always love me and be there for me.. and he did change, but that came with a trade-off because he wasn't happy with his change.. and he started to shut me out. I;ve become really clingy and dependent and messed up and before he would get upset if i made plans when I was meant to see him or saw my friends on days I saw him, now he does this all back at me and expects me to feel ok about it?

My teacher requires our group to assemble a variable regulated power supply. We got all things going except for the regulator. Our teacher requires 0-12 volts variable regulated DC. He wants at least 0.3V as the minimum. First, I looked at a variable voltage regulator, LM317T, but that voltage regulator has 1.2 V as its minimum. After a while, our teacher showed us a circuit about a zener voltage regulator. It involved one resistor and one potentiometer and a zener diode. He said it has an equation to determine what resistances would the resistors have, but he forgot what the equation is. I started looking in the net but I got no 0.3 V minimum. I only got a 2.5V-36V zener diode voltage regulator. I just want to ask if there's a 0.3 V minimum zener diode circuit? And If there's one, please give me the link :D

Or Even My Highschool Diploma? I dropped out at 15 and I'm almost 20 now. In my state you have to be atleast 19 before you go back for a GED but the office that I needed to do this in is closed down until they find a new place to open shop. So is there a way to get it Online from home? And I'm talkin a legit GED or so that Colleges will accept.

My 12 year old daughter has always had a fear that a meteorite will hit earth & finish off the planet. Just recently she watched a documentary which seemed to confirm her fears & has given her the impression that there is an enormous one which has a chance of striking us in 2013. Since then she hasn't been able to think of anything else & has found it difficult to sleep. I've explained to her that the chances of this happening is very, very slim but being no expert I'd much appreciate some answers from those with a little more knowledge so as I can show her so as to put her mind at rest.
