I had a L5 spinal fusion about 3 years ago, I did rehab and when the Dr. said I could get back to normal life, I re-broke my back only a few months later and was undergoing a 2nd L5 fusion only 6 months after the first. This TERRIFIED me, and other than very basic movement and walking, I was too afraid to move at all. I've finally gotten past my phobia and I suppose what would be called depression and am now trying to lose all the weight that packed on from what became a solid year of lying in bed with a back brace as well as strengthen my back and core. I mean it hurts to sit up straight for extended time, stand up for any time, do ANYTHING for more than a few minutes and I start to crumble in pain. Can someone please tell me if it's too late to try and strengthen my back and core? I stay in very constant moderate to severe pain. I don't want to have a 3rd surgery. I'm only 26. What are the best things I can do? I was an athlete (football through h.s. and then mma as a hobby) so the workouts I'm use to, kill me. I feel like I'm 60 years old. I'm sorry for the length of this question/life story, but it's consumed my entire mid twenties life. I even get winded and hurt from yoga... I know "no pain, no gain" but I have that constant fear of, " is this a workout pain, or am I in danger of breaking my back again?" Any and every bit of advice is appreciated. I want my life back. I'd like to eventually not have to depend on my Dr.'s medications. I used to be so active, but I've been as close to a shut in for 3+ years as one can be. Advice, links, charts, workout routines, anything, please help me. Thank you to any one who took the time to read this entire thing. Your efforts will not be ignored. Thank you. Yours truly - Joshua P.S. I've recently joined my local YMCA to try and work out, if nothing else but use their pool. So I have access to most anything in the exercise world. I would like to hear any thoughts on these "Teeter Hangup" type devices. I just looks like it would be SO soothing to reverse all the pressure that stays on my spine. I'm 26 years old, male, 5'10 and from the time of the surgeries I have blown up from 230 lbs to 320 lbs.... diet tips are also VERY welcome... Thank you all so much!

Im on varsity and i can get my jump float over about 75%. Well my first game is coming up this wendsday and i don't know if i should just do my overhand serve until my coach tells me to jump serve. Will he tell me to or will he expect me to just do it if i want to? i know all coaches are different but when did you start using jump serves?

OK so 3 weeks ago i got winter white dwarf hamsters and they were mother and daughter the woman who i gave them to me said they got along and they looked like they did so kept them in the same cage but then the next week they started fighting and squealing at me when i tried to pick them up but that was normal so i separated them for a while like she told me to if they started fighting but when i put them back together they started fighting and my mother won and now my little one is still hurt and yesterday she had a big scab/flap of skin but today she doesn't and its all red and bare PLEASE HELP FAST!!! I've never had a fishy smell down there. But on thursday, during intercourse, the smell was so horrible, we had to stop. I've been experiencing major problems down there, as well; ( also, these problems didn't start until I got the Depo birthcontrol shot in June) I have pain/burning, and bleeding every time i have intercourse (but the smell never happened until Thursday.) So today, i stuck my finger in there to feel around to see if I could locate just where the pain was coming from, and when I pulled my finger out, this clear liquid came out of me and it smelled terrible! I'm so embarrassed and scared. I had an appointment with the gynecologist yesterday, but it was canceled because their office was closing due to severe weather conditions an hour before my appointment. I'm going to try and get one first thing Monday. but until then, any ideas on what's going on with me? ):

In one scene, several characters are singing happy birthday to the hero, but he's seeing them not dressed in normal clothes as they think they are, but in dirty rags. Later a committee of elite folk tell him that what he is seeing is correct, that they are broadcasting the false reality to keep people calm until things can be fixed (from a plague or something?), but it turns out that the committee is running under false realities too. ive got a 01 nissan frontier automatic 2wd. im planing on putting a new engine, axels, and transmission in it. i know everbody and there brother is gonna wanna say just get a new car but this car has more sentimental value than money to me. i found a used transmissions online, it is manual 4wd. i was wondering if i put the manual 4wd would it work.

k so when im riding in 3rd or 4th gear if i need/want to shift back to 2nd my gearbox wont let me (it seems like the gears r not meeting/grinding together correctly) i would have to shift back to 3rd then shift to 2nd again....what wrong.?
