I smoke Amber Leaf, and have done for about 9 years now but I'm looking for a change. My ex and I just got out of a nearly 2 year serious relationship. we are in our mid twenties. We are not on bad terms. She feels she can treat me better and give me more. This breakup was caused cus we have discussed this for a long while now about how she needed some space to be on her own. She loved our relationship, and all the things weve done together, she now has girlfriends that are normal (not all about drama) just chill people whom ive met plenty of times. She doesnt know why but in general she doesnt feel happy in a relationship, nothing against me or anything like that. We had discussed that we are not trying to talk to anyone else, but all she needs is time to be on her own and figure out what it is that caused her to feel this way. We both agreed and she does see us being together for the long haul if she can figure that part out. which i understand cus if not it will bring harsher times in the future when we are older. We text everyday, jokingly and what not. but when i text her simple things like how are you? how was your day? or thinsg like that to know about how shes doing and her life, she doesnt reply back. I told her what was the point in me trying bcus she doesnt communicate back to me about that ever now and how it makes me feel shitty. It only really makes me feel shitty because she is the one who constantly stressed that we really communicate as best we can in our situation, and how it is important. I told her this and she told me that i was being immature, and that she doesnt want the drama... am i being immature by expressing this?? maybe i am, but is it too much to ask for when it was her idea to communicate? should i stop texting her? i am confused and it does hurt to know how close we were to what we have right now.. i dont want to ruing things within us, but all i just feel im not being given the respect. :(

Ok so my little sister who is 16 suddenly decided that she wanted to stop eating meat and anything that comes from animals. I am ok with this but I am worried what it will do to her health wise. Until her body adjusts to the diet how will it effect her and what types of vitamins and stuff should I make sure she gets? She is coming from NC to MO to stay with my husband and I for the summer. I just want to make sure she stays healthy while attempting this. She thinks she is fat at 120lbs and a height of 5'4"...any advice, SERIOUS ADVICE, would help. Thank you for your time. (Before it gets asked both my husband and I are in our twenties and we have a baby on the way so as far as maturity level we are told that we are wise beyond our years. I really can't stand all this talk about how dating an underage girl (or boy if you're a girl) is wrong. What ever happened to "Personality matters the most." Did anyone ever stop and think "Hey, maybe this older guy/girl is just slightly immature for their age or the younger one is mature." Not immature in the sense they get in trouble, maybe they just have a personality that resembles someone younger. Me for example, I am in college and never go out to clubs/parties. I never drink and have never done drugs. My idea of a fun time is just chilling with friends at my place, movies...normal high school stuff. In that sense I'm immature I guess, but I also don't get wasted and have one night stands, so in a way I'm also mature for my age.. Anyways, I do realize that there is a point where it becomes strange as far as age differences go. Many countries have lower age of consents and are more acceptable of it. In the past it was also acceptable, and it is in male genes to be attracted to younger girls more capable of producing offpsring (That's actually a scientific fact) Ok, the point I"m trying to get to here is that there is too much concern and panic over age. People don't think for themselves, they just think the way that our government wants them to think. For example, I am dating a 16 year old girl (She turns 17 this year). We don't have sex by the way even though it is legal here for a 16 year old to. We were out in public one day on a date and had this older women say we were a cute couple and asked our ages, we told her the truth and immediatly went from being a "cute couple" to needing to "think about what we are doing" and she even gave me a look like I was a pedophile. I'm not dating this girl because I want to have sex with her. I like her. A lot. It is ok for a 17 year old to date a 16 year old, but as soon as the 17 year turns 18, it is disgusting...well at least that is the way most people think. Basically what I"m asking is, from the ages of 10 and up what would your highest acceptable age of dating be for those ages? Mine would be 10 - 12 11 - 13 12 - 14 13 - 17 14 - 19 15 - 21 16 - 26 17 - 28 18 - any those are just my beliefs.

Last night I went clothes shopping with my girlfriend (mistake) and ended up aimlessly wandering around in the store for literally 2 ½ hours while waiting on her to look at everything. About an hour after being there my old high school sweetheart walked in the door. We ended up breaking it off in the past because we both were going to colleges in different states. At first I couldn't believe it was her, and when she saw me her eyes and face lit up. As she started walking over to me to say something, my girlfriend come up beside me and gave me a handfull of shirts to hang on to. She was unaware of what was going on, and since she's super jealous and insecure I didn't dare introduce her to my ex. We spent the next hour or so in the store pretty much staring at each other and smiling. I thought about her all night long and ended up dreaming about her. I'm still thinking of her now, and I miss her so much. I love my girlfriend to death but I want to have some sort of contact with my ex since we haven't seen each other in years. Should I just let it go try to convince my super jealous girlfriend that we can be just friends?

I tried Snaking through the basement sink, the drain in the tub, removing the overfill drain and snaking from there, and removing all plumbing from under sink to reach the clog, but due to a 90 degree at the drain, it will not snake. I tried liquid plumber products, none of which seem to work. The piping system is PVC so paint thinner is not an option. Does anyone have any ideas?

on a 94 Taurus 3.0 (non sho, non fuel flex) Automd is telling me 2.5 hours and i think this program is full of crap because my power steering pump is the front, topmost part on the serpentine belt, meaning nothing else has to be removed to replace it.

the case:Delchi Carrier, SPA v. Rotorex Corp. In January 1988, Rotorex agreed to sell 10,800 compresors to Delchi for use in Delchi's "Ariele" line of portable room air conditioners. The air conditioners were schelduled to go on sale in the spring and summer of 1988. prior to executing the contract, Rotores sent Delchi a sample ompressor and accompanying written performance specifications. The compressors were scheduled to be delivered in three shipments before May 15, 1988. Rotorex sent the first shipment by sea on March 26. Delchi paid for this shipment, whih arrived at its Italian factory on April 20, by letter of credit. Rotorext sent a second shipment of compressor on or about May 9. Delchi also remitted payment for this shipment by letter of credit. While the second shipment was en route, Delchi discovered that the first lot of compressors did not conform to the sample model and aompanying speifications. On May 13, after a Rotorex representative visited the Delchi factory in Italy, Delchi informed Rotorex that 93 percent of the compressors were rejected in quality control checks because they had lower cooling capacity and consumed more power than the sample model and specifications. After several unsuccessful attempts to cure the defects in the compressors, Delchi asked Rotorext to supply new compresors conforming to the original sample and specifications. Rotorex refused, claiming that the peromance specifications were "in advertently communicated to Delchi". In a faxed letter dated May 2, 1988, Delchi cancelled the contract. Although it was able to expedite a previously planned order of suitable compressors from Sanyo, another supplier, Delchi was unable to obtain in a timely fashion substitute compressors from other sources and thus suffered a loss in its sales volume of Arieles during the 1988 selling season. Delchi stated the legal action under the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods(CISG or 'the Convention') for breach of contract and failure to deliver conforming goods. Questions: 1) Is Rotorex's performance a minor breach or a fundamental breach of contract? 2)How does the court to determine the amount of damages that the buyer is entitled to recover under the CISG?

My grandmother died unexpectedly one month ago today exactly. I have cried and I have got angry and I have bargained, so I thought it'd start being real to me. However it keeps going back to a lot of unresolved type feelings. I did have the opportunity to say goodbye and that I loved her. I think I've been handling it well. I still get up and go to work. I visit my friends. I still exercise and pursue my interests. However, I don't like the way I feel. Is there a way to expedite these feelings? When does it feel real?
