The question pretty much says it all. If a union membership agrees to work under a certain collective agreement that they have voted on, can the union executive legally go behind their backs and sign deals that contradict what the collective agreement says that they agreed to work under?

Hey, any help here would be greatly appreciated... basically, In March 2011, I got female 2 mice, called pinky and boo. I bought Boo first, and then pinky a week later (pinky was a fair bit smaller than boo). For that reason, I assumed Boo was the more dominant mouse, although I never saw any fighting. Then the other day Boo was biting Pinky's neck and there was a lot of squeaking, but I checked, and no blood was drawn. I separated them just for that night. Then today I noticed Boo's eye was slightly closed, and she was missing some hair between her eye and ear, and the opening to her ear was sort of raw looking. Could this be from fighting, or is she sick? :( I've separated them for the time being... is this okay? I use carefresh bedding, but they were on softwood shavings (which I don't doubt are bad) for about 2 days. Thank you

i've known her almost all my life (of her, i didnt hangout with her everyday though, because we lived quite a bit apart). And in the past couple of years, i've added her on FB, and she's initated contact several times, commented on a couple of my pictures, and asked if she could fly out and stay a bit with me. but i recently started a FB chat with her and she seemed distracted or distant, she would respond with short phrase answers, and didnt ask me any questions to keep the conversation going, so it just died and i logged off. And she just liked on of my statuses today, 2 days after the chat WTF? hot and cold much? Or could she be shy? she seemed shy a few years ago when i visited her, but last week when i viisted her she seemed more relaxed around me, and she has a lot of guy friends. Is her being shy still a possiblity?

OK hear is the thing. Report cards is being sent out an I failed six of my seven classes this year an I am bein held back in the 9th grade. I had a 0.6 grade point average. I had a GRATE plan in place for not gettin in trouble. I had the idea to get my report card from the mail box an scan it in the computor an change my grades so I had like a 3.5 grade point average. Then mom an dad would nevar have to no that I failed my school. But then sumthin TERIBULL happen. Steven said that the report cards is bein sent home by registared male an my mom or dad will have to SIGN for it! I have had so many ideas butt none of them makes a good plan. I was gone to call the school an pretend I was my dad an say we had moved to like Oklahoma or somethin an to send my report card their an hope it got like lost in the male or somethin. But then I wood have to exsplain why I was back at school again next year. Then I thought I could get Steven to go to the post office an sign for it but the woman who works their nows my dad! I am so worried an scared an unhappy now! Dad told me in January that if I failed my school I wood be grounded all summer an all school year til I got caught back up. But he's a anus hole cause he don't no what its like to be a kid! I'm supposed to be like unwinding from a tough school year during the summer not bein grounded! An I cant help it that I failed my school cause I just had to much stuff gone on! For 1 thing I got a Wii for Christmas an I like playin it more then doin stupid homework. An Steve an Ralph an Calvin come ovar an play Star Trek with me in the back yard an we have lotsa fun. Plus I was takin dance class an had a recital in May! This is all totally unfare to me cause I didn't do nothin! If I'm grounded I will not be able to like play Star Trek or play Wii or nothin! So what can I do to steal my report card?

Ok this may sound wierd but I think I'm addicted to pain its hard to explain what but I like punching walls as I go past them or I would punch a door of a locker at school I like it I like being hurt I get a nervous feeling and it feels good I have a punch bag but that just don't cut it not evan punch with no protection I like cuts and blood I must sound crazy but I don't know if this is comman or not, I also like play fighting with my mates and getting punched it gives me a worn out feeling and just makes me drift and tingly feeling I like headbutting stuff, am I going mad I can't stop hitting things or people just for fun and I can't help but take it to far, I'm always up for a fight I love the pain and I love to inflict pain on others, I'd admit it it makes me look like a prick just give me some advice before I go mad, I work out a lot and I don't get much sleep maybe 5 hours. He isn't dead. He may look dead, but truth is, he isn't. He is just pale and cold with a non-beating heart, but he isn't dead. Dead doesn't explain what is going on in his body. I had created what some would call immoral and immortal. The human part of him is fighting, but will soon fail and die. The other one is almost done. My perfect immortal toys are almost here. They were starting to sweat from the reaction of the vampire entering their bodies and killing the human in them. Here came the shaking. It's almost over a few more minutes of this torture and they were mine. The whites of the younger one's eyes showed as he woke from the dead slumber. They were so gray, mysterious gray that made me wonder what actually hidden inside him. He sat up more graceful than ever. "Luchas…" I whispered breathlessly. He started to smile, but frowned quickly when he moved his gaze to his brother waking. He rose just as elegant and graceful, but his blue eyes showed more than confusion. They looked so handsome in their lovely black trousers with their nicest white button up shirts that basically hung from their bodies. "Now we can be one, big, happy family," I smiled. Disgust started to fill their features, their beautiful, lovely features. Luchas shot up as the pain started to enter his mouth. Damon sat back as the pain entered his. They were in transition, time for blood. "It is hunger that feels as though it will rip your jaws apart. Come we must eat," I said as innocent as possible. They followed me into the dark, gloomy night where two women with lying on the ground. They weren't dead, just asleep. "Are we to feast as you do?" Luchas asked. "Yes. You can't bite yet, but I find the knife will work," I ensured. Luchas fell to his knees in front of the blond one. I wonder if she reminds him of him, but I did what I had to do. He took the knife from her hand and cut her pale, small wrist. It was easier to resist the temptation now that it has been some old centuries. He licked it at first and then fell in love with it. He began to suck ruthlessly and then screamed. They were coming in, painfully. "What is happening to him?" Damon asked, angrily. "Fangs hurt at first, but then you get used to it. Drink her, Damon. It feels wonderful," I smiled. He followed Luchas's lead but drained the brown haired woman without screaming. I looked at the girl's wrist and found by the cut two little holes. It isn't the greatest feeling when you are talked about because your Dad is on death road. Aunt Sara did her best, but she couldn't fill Mom's place. A tear swelled in my eye at the thought of Mom, but I wiped it away as Aunt Sara slid a plate of pancakes down the counter. I took one and put it on the plate in front of me. Sara came by and smothered it in syrup. No butter, I hate butter on my pancakes.

Please say what ability you are (what grade you are aiming for) and how you found it. I sat the higher paper and my target is an A, but I found it quite hard. Any thoughts on what the grade boundaries will be. Most people simply said "It was alright" - typical teenage response so not sure really how hard it was for most people. Thanks for comments!

I have a 6 month old cavy. Here is what happened. On this past Friday I went to give him his first bath in warm water and while I was bathing him he got scared and bent himself back and fell out of my hands. He only fell back about 8 inches, but I think he hurt something. After I dried him off I noticed he wasn't acting giddy like he normally does and he wasn't moving much. So I gently went over his body to feel if I noticed any bones out of wack or any popping. I couldn't feel anything, but about 90% of the time he is unable to walk. He is able to hold up his weight and move his feet to a certain point, but once he stetches out to a certain point it seems like his back gives out and his body kind of collapses in the rear mid section and he starts squealing and freaking out. I am really worried because I know that guinea pigs have really delicate bones and I'm scared he might have broke something. When he is just hanging out he seems to be pretty comfortable, he is still eating and drinking water. I laid down soft wash rags all over his cage just so he'd have a smoother more comfortable surface to lay on. I don't think he has gotten much sleep either, all throughout the night he would make short crying noises here and there and his body would kind of puff up while he was making the noise. I am avoiding picking him up as much as possible and when I do I make sure I am supporting his entire body. I have been giving him vitamin c in hopes that it will help him heal whatever is hurt. I have had rodents all throughout my life ever since I was 11 years old, but I have never been unlucky and had my piggy get scared when bathing... Now I feel bad because I'm the one who gave him a bath and now he is not ok. My husband really likes him and the piggy favored him and everytime my husband came home the piggy would start squealing and getting all excited and jumping around.. now he doesn't make any noise because he is in pain :-( The local vet clinic isn't cavy savvy but they said they could do an x ray and see if something was broken, but if there was a broken bone there was really nothing I could do to make it better but just to let it heal over time which would be about 6 weeks. I was thinking about building him a back brace to kind of support his back so he isn't bending himself in half. I don't really know what else I can do. I don't want to euthanize him, but I don't want him to hurt either and it really bothers me to see him this way, but I don't want to take his life away. I am just hoping that someone out there may have some input or may have been through something similar and might be able to help. Thanks in advance.

I'm in love with my boyfriend. We've been together 2 years and we're in university. We also just moved in together. Right now, everything feels perfect, and our relationship has always been loving and drama-free. We've discussed marriage, and we've both decided.. "I'm done looking!" it's both exhilirating and intimidating to feel this way, to know that you're only going to be interested in one person for the rest of your life. I'm also still quite young (20), but he's 4 years older. But if he proposed today, I'd say yes! I am attempting to make some sort of program that would enable the user to fill in text boxes and press a button where the inputted text would be ejected into a preexisting template and then be exported to the user. In other words I have an html template that I have designed and I want to make a program so that users can simply fill out a form and have a html file customized with there data. I was originally trying to make a batch file but I ran into troubles with how the echo command handles quotes (") and less than sign/greater than signs (<>) which are essential to html. Do you have any suggestions on how I would go about making the type of program I specified... I will award 10 points for best answer as alwase. Thank you very much for your time...

Ok this morning I walked a mile then had a banana peach smoothie consisiting of 1/3 of a banana and half a peach with 20 calories of milk. For lunch I had another 1/3 of the banana with 2 pieces of 40 calorie bread and 3 medium strawberries. For a snack I had 2 steamed zucchinis and a strawberry shake made with 6 medium strawberries and 20 calories of milk. How many calories? Easy 10 points!!!

Okay so i am 16 years old and of course still in high school but im very interested in learning either mac os x production(c++), or web design and production(html,mysql, java, etc). I've tried to apply for online classes at colleges just to give it a shot but i didn't meet the requirements. I know i cant learn either language in a few hours, days, or even weeks but if anybody know any online classes available for high schoolers or any other educational instructional videos or anything really besides PDF's that will fully teach one of languages, please let me know.
