I have 50/50 placement and joint custody. I am single dad, and have had my son 3-4 days a week for 4 and a half years. His mother and I always had feelings for each other and attempted to reconcile a couple months ago but she is not ambitious and has terrible drug/alcohol habits, so I ended it. Everything was routine as usual until I began seeing another woman. She filed paperwork for a guradian ad litem to take him away from me and get child support. Even though she only has him 3-4 days a week she has not worked in 3 years. Anyways, I am a normal person and strongly believe I am a model citizen. I have nothing to hide and many many positive characteristics as a father. How many single dads do you know have their kids 3-4 days a week all by themselves for 4 years? Will a guardian ad litem come to my house unannounced? what are the odds they will even change current mediation agreement? Can an attorney fight this process? I am flexible and fair and see no reason to spend over 1000 on a gueardian ad litem. I would rather by my son some toys. I have good job, good credit, beautiful house, no bad habits she lives in ghetto, no job, guilty of domestic violence when she hit me, alcoholic and smokes weed on a daily basis. Her live in boyfriend is no better. She is also clinically diagnosed bipolar with depression. Worst characterisic about her is insane jealousy even when she has a live in man!!! please help- Im a good dad, and my rights are being violated.

Hii Im 18 and my boyfriend is 19! Basically we have been together for 2 years, but last month me and him had a biig fight and he said we should 'have a break from eachother'. I didn't really knew wht he meant by this, i assumed he meant lets break up. I was really upset and i slept with this guy. And the next day i saw him making out with my friend (they didn't see me). I was angry because she was one of my relly good friends! Anyway we 'broke up' for 2 weeks, and i acted like bit of a sllut :/. I have my nursey almost all set up and I leave the door open and my cat is always in there sitting on the box the stroller came in. Well she keeps sitting in the crib (no bedding on it yet) and I've tried to fully barricade the crib with wipes boxes, diapers, etc but she still sits in between the things where she can find crib mattress. I tell her no and take her out and close the door but when I close the door she does this god awful meow and bangs on the door and honestly I can't stand it when she does that. Has anyone had these issues with pets and baby things? When my baby comes I don't want her jumping all over him and getting in his crib with him. Any idea how to fix this before that happens?

These 3 kids get adopted. I think they might be from england or something. and they are adopted by a rich family. they give them alot of toys. there are two boys and one girl. he youngest boy is really smart and i think wants to be a scientist and in one part in the movie the twop boys chant to their lil sister and say its all your fault its al your fault. also the mother throws a party at her house for her work and i think the kids ruin it. also when the mther is in the shower the youngest boy tries spying on her.

The malware has been placed in quarantine after rebooting I received a blue boot up screen, it had in text something about my documents which is where the trojan was found according to ad-aware. Will this issue happen to me continuously with the boot up screen? Should I be concerned by any means? How do such things end up in my computer considering I have bullguard which has an active firewall running at all times. Thanks.

I'm going into my senior year or college, have no professional experience of any kind, up until now have worked in restaurants, nursing homes, and work study job on campus. I've done some community service stuff through school like tutoring in and ESL class (english tutoring for spanish immigrants), elderly outreach program (talking to old people in nursing homes), and im on the ultimate frisbee team. the job is for a place called public water association, its some public relations government sponsored organization that makes legislation and works with the community i guess to clean the water in the city. like what do i write in my cover letter and what should i include on my resume?

My two-year-old nephew absolutely refuses to use public toilets and will start to cry and scream if I take him into one (he's usually perfectly behaved for me). He's the same with everyone and we think it's because his dad is a bit hygiene-obsessed and he's caught onto this. Strangely enough, my nephew will wee in the street, it's just toilets he's scared of. It can be very stressful when I take him for days out and I get scared to give him drinks. He's fine using toliets in people's houses, it's public toilets which are a no-no. Is this normal behaviour? Should his mum take him to see a doctor or will he just grow out of it? I'm very worried!

I weigh about 190 lbs. I'm 15, & I'm pretty tall. I play softball for about 2 hours daily. (Except on Sunday's) I also take walks for about a half an hour 2-3 times a week. I have a diet plan set up for myself, where I fallow a 1,000 calorie diet. About how much weight would I lose per week if I fallowed my 1,000 calorie diet? :) Thanks.

I really don't eat much. I almost never eat any breakfast, but if I do it's just a bowl of Cheerios or something. I eat maybe a couple of tomatoes during the day and then just a regular dinner, and nothing after dinner. I rarely get hungry even though I eat this little, and I am a little overweight, but I take time to exercise daily while I'm battling that. Every day I do 100 sit-ups, 50 push-ups, 30 squats, 100 calf raises, and since I'm not used to jogging yet I'm walking/jogging for like 30 minutes - 1 hour. So basically, how many calories am I consuming, and how many am I burning? Will I lose some weight quickly if I continue like this??

My characters are Annie, Athena, Artemis, Stacey, Kayla, Mia, and Rose. Personality traits are: Annie's kind of the outsider of the group. She doesn't talk much, if that helps. She'd never talk to a stranger, especially if it means she's going to sell out her best friends. Athena's the most quietest. She has the least lines in the book so far. She's never afraid to speak her mind when she has to, but that's very rare. Artemis is the outspoken one. If she doesn't like you, she'll tell you. If she thinks you're cute, she'll tell you. Kayla's the brains of the bunch. She's the smartest and thinks of the plans to get them out of tight situations. Mia's the blind person of the bunch. She can guide herself by vibrations and voices. Rose is the main character. It's told from the view of "I". I want Rose to be the last to die. Athena and Artemis are twins. These people are vampires. They are immortal. But, not impossible to kill. Extremely hard, maybe, but not impossible. They can get hurt, but only by things made by vampire slayers. They have fangs, but it takes too long to put them up in their gums. Artemis has fang shaped containers that will make the fangs invisible, somehow. Any ideas? Sorry it's so long. You don't have to write a lot, just a summary of your idea. I can fit in the details if I think for a little bit. Please don't put anything that won't help. Saying 'something made by a vampire slayer' won't help. I need ideas, please. If you can, answer the question with all the characters I put down please. Thank you.

I'm making 1M sodium phosphate dibasic solution (just Na2HPO4 and H2O). According to the MSDS, sodium phosphate dibasic should be soluble at this concentration, but while the crystals originally started to dissolve, now (after an hour of being on the stirplate) they've all crashed out. I've measured the pH of the solution, and it's at 8.94. I've also turned on the heat to see if it'll be more soluble at 30 degrees Celsius, but so far there's been no improvement in solubility. Has anyone encountered this problem before? Is there anything else I can do?

My gorgeous little 12 year old daughter had asked me if a friend could come round and i agreed ( I knew this friend and she was a regular sigh in our house). I got up in the middle of the night to go pee. I went and was just about to wipe when I felt light headed. Next thing I know I'm waking up to a bright light saying "why is it so bright? Is it morning already? What the fuck happened" As I looked around I noticed I was still in the bathroom laying beside the toilet.. I sat up for a minute and started hearing a hissing sound. Then I felt light headed again and next thing I know I was waking up, this time laying against the bath tub. I sat up again and the hissing started again... Then I was fine for the most part. I was really pail and didn't feel well at all. What the fuck happened to me? I had NEVER passed out before this.
