I see it happen in every relationship i see (from friends) or even mine. The guy in the begining is all lovey dovey, gives the girl all his attention and love, but once the girl starts to to the same for them he gets comfortable and just stops..? Even though he still loves her the same, he just stops. WHY??

Americans keep telling me they have the greatest healthcare system on Earth and the Private insurance keeps costs down due to competition and other western country's systems are failing. If this is true, why are American politicians constantly talking about scaling back benefits to old people? Why is it that they all say the system isn't working? And why is it that Private insurance goes up +15% a year, costs $500 a month for pensioners, no other western country is trying to adopt a US style system and costs are much lower in other countries? What gives?

There is this girl I have been talking to on and off. She lives about an hour away from me. We usually talk on Facebook seeing that I don't have cell phone service, but when I do, we text. I have had her drive down and hang out with me(I'm the only one in my town she knows). Last Friday we met up in a city and went bowling and hung out. When she is around me, she is always laughing and I notice she looks at me. She is usually posting on my Facebook status updates, or liking them, and here recently has brought up a few inside jokes between us two. After bowling Friday, even though she said she wasn't hungry, she met up with me at a fast food restaurant. We talked for over an hour and I had her constantly laughing. A friend of mine was in there, talked to me, and when he was leaving he said, "I will let you get back to your date." Neither of us acknowledged or denied this as a date. First off, do you think she likes me? I think she does, but just want another persons opinion. Was it good that she didn't deny it as a date? When I mention going to her hometown, she always says there is never anything to do. Is she saying this because she doesn't want me around? Thanks

And they turn out to be novel-length! O___O It drives me crazy, especially if you have a certain plot which takes some time to unravel in the pages. I've only ever finished ONE story when I was seven or eight, which was about two pages long; yet now, whenever I try to write a short story, I can't fit all of what I want to say as a short-story length. Alright, so a few months ago when the Iphone4 first came out i used jailbreakme.com to get the untethered jailbreak for the iphone 4 iOS 4.1. Its been great, but i am looking to upgrade to iOS 4.2 or later. (About time) I know there are a few untethered jailbreaks available but i was just wondering a few things, first and foremost whether or not i will need to remove this first jailbreak in order to run the newer ones? My understanding is that i will have to back up my iphone (easy enough) and then update to whatever iOS version i choose (also easy enough), THEN re-jailbreak my phone and reload my old apps/data/etc. I'm more or less lost on that last part. Can anyone shed some light on this whole process for me? Anyone else out there do this? Which jailbreak is the best? I've heard good things about Redsn0w, but i tried to use it any no luck.

I gave a landscaper a 500.00 deposit on April 23 to do lots of work around my house. He said he was going to start work in two weeks, but today is June 6th and no work has begun. We did not sign a contract as he was going to revise the plans and get back to me but never came. I called him twice during this time and he said due to the weather he could not get to my house, which I understand. Today I called to cancel the work and he was not happy and said he would start tomorrow, and I said no thank you. He started to get upset over the phone and said he would be keeping the deposit. Should he or shouldn't he keep it??? He did not start any work at my house.

ive been friends with a guy 2 years. ive been a very good friend to him-he suffered a lot of personal angst and i got him through it and looked after him aswell,. i really like him and because we became close mentioned the possibilty of dating. he said it would ruin our friendship but since then has distanced himself from me he doesnt call-i always have to call. hes abrupt with me and has lied. hes telling me hes dating a model off facebook but enjoys my reaction ? tells me shes always with him and stuff. hes become really nasty and im so hurt. i dont understand his behaviour. whats the best way of dealing with this ? also people at work say im blind and that hes really old looking and wouldnt waste their time on it

This item is in poor/dusty/dirty condition in it original blackish box. The body of the violin has two "s-shaped" curves. When you look through it, you can clearly see "caspar da salo" and below the name " made in germany". What is its value? Dont know if anyone here in South Africa can answer that question.

Hi, I have an obsession with height haha, I was just wondering what people's opinions are on what my final height will be. I'm currently 13 and 5'5 1/2 or 5'6. I've had 2 growth spurts already within the last 5 years-- one year I grew 3 inches and the other I grew 4. I haven't had my period yet, I know that plays a large factor in how tall I'll be. I discharged but that's it, yeah uh not going to get into that. My mom is 5'3 and my dad is 6'4. Grandpa on my dad's side is 6'2, and grandma is 5'8. Grandpa on my mom's side is around 5'8 and same with my grandma on her side. When I went to the doctor last year I knew for a fact I was 5'5 but they measured me before I straightened up so they got 5'3 and told me when I'm full grown I'll be 5'5, but then when I went to a psychologist 2 months later she measured me when I was straightened up but I had shoes on, though she subtracted the estimated converse sole height (1/2 inch) and said I was 5'5 1/2. When I was born they said I would be 5'10 but that seems so unrealistic now. And.. the final thing you need to know is that at the moment I don't exercise or eat healthy really but I'm hoping to join gymnastics/tumbling really soon and start to eat more healthy.

My dad was trying to buy a house and we went to sign a contract with the owner to request the title because we were buying. Then, the loan company said that they couldn't approve of the house because it needed repairs. So, the owner said that he could help us, but when we were supposed to meet they lied to us and didn't show up. This happened in 2008 and now in 2011 we want the $500 we had to pay to request the title. What can we do? the last time we called the title company they wanted the owner to sign something so we could get our money back, but he refused!
