NBR Advanced Beginners Run @ 7pm

Hi! Sorry for the late post but the Advanced Beginners run is still on for tonight! I can't make it but John Slaski will be there to lead the run (thanks John!!!!). The route may change but will probably be the fun Newtown Creek via McGuinness Blvd one. As always it'll be at a 9-10 min mile pace.
Meet at the recycling trash cans at the Driggs side of the track @ 7pm.
