Re: Intelligence as a required component of democracy

I obtained something else from it, namely that eugenics is a necessary
strategy to take in solving the world's ever more complex problems.
Democracy was a slight footnote, more saying that in order to improve
its decision making power the intelligence of its individual
constituents must be improved, not that it was necessary.
